- Linda (5/5): The property was fine with very basic accommodations. - The property was in a convenient location. With a flight of stairs upon entry and more stairs between the kitchen and living room area, this property is not for those who are not in good physical condition or those over 65 years of age. Also, there is a metal ledge between the hall way and entry to the bathroom that can easily trip someone. There are also steps going down to the bathroom from the main bedroom which can be dangerous during the night. The bedroom window cannot be closed and remains open approximately 6-8 inches. This issue was noted in a previous review, yet was not repaired. The A/C unit was leaking upon arrival and we were told the reservoir probably needed to be emptied. The owners told us it was difficult to empty and we should not attempt to do it ourselves. They offered to come over and empty it; however, we declined. The instructions stated there were trash bins for the property and “common” bins behind the property. We never found the bins specific to the property, and had to go behind the property in a fenced area to dispose of trash in the common or universal bins. The carpet and floor could use a good cleaning. There was a minimal amount of dishes, with no serving dishes; and the fry pan needed a good cleaning. There were very limited amounts of condiments, with the sugar being hard in the individual packets. The only way to make coffee was with a single serve French press; therefore, if you have a group it may take some time for everyone to get coffee.

- Montserrat (5/5): Good location, but not very comfortable. For the price, the place didn’t feel as clean as expected. - The location is really nice, well connected and nice neighbourhood The property was full of dust. The carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, and the areas under the furniture in the bathroom and living room were very dirty. Some kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, with leftover food on them, and there was hair on the beds.

- Sarah (10/5): Wholesome fun stay close to everything needed - Location, clean and cosy
- l (9/5): Helpful, contactable, clean, neat and well appointed - Owner was very helpful, easy to contact and easy to deal with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed Parking, not the owners fault, but parking is busy in this area. A daily parking voucher is purchased from the owner for $20 a day - which is good value compared to other metered areas in the cities outside edges.
The day care centre next door created some noise, but only between 8.30am - 4.00pm, and I enjoyed hearing the kids laughing and enjoying themselves
- Robert (10/5): Lovely property that’s close to everything, so spacious for a whole family - Such a lovely area, clean rooms and generous amount of heating for winter. Will stay here again! Nothing at all
- John (9/5): Funky little haven in a great location - I especially liked the quiet, location and the atmospheric inner city vibe. It was an easy walk to the Hordern Pavilion, where we attended a gig, and a 5 minute walk to Cleveland Street and multiple services, including supermarkets and restaurants. The Cafe Kentaro, literally a 1 minute walk from the front gate, makes exceptional coffee. There is good access to the L2 and L3 tram line, so getting to the city is a breeze. The property itself is comfortable, and kind of funky, and generally well-appointed. The property does have stairs, and one needs to navigate multiple levels. Not a problem for us, but might not suit people with mobility issues.

- Kristie-anne (9/5): Superb - It was close to the SCG which is what we needed heading to the footy. Location, price and desired look. The property was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable.
- Kristine (8/5): Very good - Location really fantastic, beds comfy enough, loungeoom a bit cold, just needs a bit more attention to decor. Otherwise a great stay for a family catch up Loungeroom was sparce and uninviting. One lounge is not great for socialising. Could really do with attention like a lamp, another lounge chair and perhaps another nice piece of furniture. My dodgy feet didn't like the ups and downs on on the top floor level. Pillows were a bit lumpy or too soft. But otherwise a great stay here. Thanks
- Teodosio (9/5): Superb -
- Sophia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rehab (9/5): Superb - Everything was good and taken care of. 1. To move from the living room to the kitchen, you need to climb down and then up some stairs.
2. There is no e
- Jessamy (8/5): Great for a short stay! - great location, good water pressure and comfy beds, really liked the neighbourhood and the host was very quick to respond to any queries. The facilities were a little lacking - there was very little worktop and storage space in the kitchen and minimal kitchenware, no salt/pepper etc. The bathroom was oddly set up and it would have been great to have a dryer. Lack of containers for recycling. A second key would also have been useful.
- Win (10/5): Perfect - Easy and simple, just grab the key from lockbox and that's all not enough of seasoning provided but it wasn't include in the property as well. The second bedroom queen size bed is too soft to have a good sleep
- Genevieve (3/5): We loved the location which really saved our accommodation experience - The location was terrific The facilities were mean
- Alexandra (7/5): Good - Very hard to open door
- Charmaine (9/5): Lovely convenient stay - Love the location! Near to public transportation and good food places. Love that it has enough space for our family to rest and lounge together. The space heaters weren’t enough to warm up the whole place. I’m told that central heating for houses is not usual for Australia so I can’t fault the house for that.
- Steve (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. The neighbourhood is wonderful with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants but totally quiet at night.
- Rizky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne-marie (8/5): Very good -
- Aaron (10/5): Great stay, great location and close to various things. - Convenient location, great facilities and everything for a great stay. Not much to not like, to be completely honest.
- Shaun (8/5): Nice place. - Great location.
Nice apartment.
- Bianca (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and great location - comfortable, quiet, great location was a bit hot, would be nice to have ceiling fans in both rooms
- Rebecca (8/5): Lovely. - I loved this place. perfectly located for a night out. There was only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 adults.
