Guest Reviews
- SHU LI (7/5): - Air conditioning noise and bed comfort, A bug

- Arkadiusz (7/5): Good - You can use a lift, stay in a quiet area with many diversity shops, cafés and Imbiss. Scooter rental at the motel. The air conditioning was not working well. To set the temperature was not possible. Chargers were getting out of the sockets.
- Benjawan (1/5): Bad - No It's so loud, I can't sleep at all. There's nothing in the room. The fabric is as seam as thin as a handkerchief. No dryer, no air conditioning, no fan.
- Anna (5/5): Passable -
- Supaporn (1/5): Very bad experience. - The staff were very unfriendly and abrupt. Very hard bed and they were cleaning rooms all night creating a lot of noise that kept me awake all night. This affected my performance at work the next day. Overall, not a good experience.
- Ben (7/5): comfortable stay and friendly staff members - the staff were lovely and very helpful the staff
- Catherine (4/5): One of the worst places we stayed in Vietnam. - The staff were all lovely and helpful, except for the lady manager who did not want to sort our queries out once she took our money. The owner did not turn the electricity on when we asked to see the room before paying. When we saw what the room was really like ( with big holes in the ceiling, dirty sheets with hairs and dirty marks) we asked to get a refund but she refused. We had to go to a different room and pay more in order to get clean sheets and a window. The bathroom smelt of sewage constantly.
- Debs (8/5): Very good - Near bus stop, traveling spots, enthusiastic staffs. There are plenty of good street food around the hotel. Quite loud in the morning, it might be because of the location of the hotel in the centre of Hanoi.
- Cindy (5/5): Passable - The hotel was perfectly adequate and served its purpose of needing a 24 hour reception near the bus station.
