• Krzysztof (1/5): - Pokój był sprzątany co kilka dni Byliśmy na miejscu kilka minut przed 15:00. Po wyjściu z windy nie mogliśmy dostać się do mieszkania, ponieważ nie działał kod. Na szczęście pojawiła się pani sprzątająca, która nas wpuściła — niestety mówiła tylko po hiszpańsku, więc trudno było się dogadać. Okazało się, że w naszym pokoju nadal ktoś mieszka, więc przeniesiono nas do pokoju 5-osobowego, w którym nie działała klimatyzacja ani telewizor. Po dwóch dniach mieliśmy się przenieść do właściwego pokoju (apartament 1). Standard pokoju 3 był o wiele gorszy — pleśń pod prysznicem, chwiejna umywalka... Kilka razy mieliśmy też problem z dostaniem się do pokoju, bo nasze kody przestawały działać. Dobrze, że zapamiętałam kod, który wpisywała pani sprzątająca — inaczej spędzilibyśmy noc na klatce schodowej. Całą sytuację możemy potwierdzić zdjęciami oraz rozmowami z właścicielem prowadzonymi przez Booking, które oczywiście nic nie dały. Kropką nad „i” była sytuacja z przeniesieniem bagaży. Z uwagi na wcześniej wykupione wycieczki uzgodniliśmy z właścicielem, że zaufany personel sprzątający przeniesie nasze rzeczy do właściwego apartamentu. Po powrocie z wycieczki okazało się, że naszych rzeczy nie ma, a właściciel napisał, że jednak mamy je zabrać sami. Gdy wróciliśmy do apartamentu 3, okazało się, że już ktoś tam mieszka – w środku były nasze i cudze rzeczy, na szczęście nie było nikogo w środku. Na końcu zauważyliśmy, że oba apartamenty otwierał ten sam kod, więc każdy mógłby wejść i zabrać, co chce. Dodatkowo w przedostatni dzień rozładowały się baterie w naszym elektronicznym kluczu – dobrze, że mieliśmy powerbank, bo inaczej znów nie weszlibyśmy do środka. Podsumowując – jeśli chcesz mieć zepsute nerwy każdego dnia swoich wakacji, to z czystym sumieniem mogę „polecić” ten nocleg.

Huele a guardado, construccion muy antigua. Mucho Ruido de Los trenes. Colchón de espuma sin resortes. Ascensor sólo desde él 2do nivel. La puerta principal del 4to piso esta trabada, Requiere empujar con demasiada fuerza. Presencia abundance de hormigas, en él REPORTERO y en él tachometer de Basura. Frente a Lado lateral de Termini, pero en una zona donde Frecuente qué se siente un poco insegura, algo de gente homeless en él vecindario.

• ANNA (1/5): - I strongly warn others not to book this place. It is not worth your money, your time, or your health. Stay away – there are far better and cleaner options elsewhere. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with accommodation. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on the website – it felt completely misleading and dishonest. The reality was shocking: the floors and walls were dirty, the air conditioner was covered in layers of dust, and the overall atmosphere was unhygienic and unpleasant. The beds were in such poor condition that I felt disgusted even thinking about sleeping in them. Everything about the room gave the impression of neglect and lack of basic cleaning standards. It was impossible to feel comfortable or safe in such an environment.

Pas de volets à la fenêtre et un lampadaire pile en face, donc lumière sur le lit. Plutôt bruyant avec le passage des trains jusque tard dans la soirée. Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision.

• Celina Marie (2/5): Wir haben uns weder willkommen noch gut betreut gefühlt – und das trotz mehrmaliger Versuche, mit der Unterkunft in Kont - Die Zimmer waren schick eingerichtet, die Möbel waren nicht beschädigt in einem guten Zustand. Leider war unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Joe Litty Rooms in Rom enttäuschend. Schon bei der Anreise war das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer nicht verfügbar – stattdessen standen wir mitten in einem Raum mit Bauarbeiten. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir insgesamt dreimal das Zimmer wechseln, oft kurzfristig und ohne klare Kommunikation. Jedes Zimmer wies Mängel auf: nicht einwandfreie Klimaanlage, nicht funktionierende Fernseher, schwacher Wasserdruck und sogar Wasserschäden durch eine undichte Klimaanlage. Die Organisation vor Ort war chaotisch, Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten, und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war unzuverlässig. Statt unseren Aufenthalt zu genießen, mussten wir ständig umziehen und uns um Probleme kümmern.

El alojamiento no era lo que decía en la publicación: no tenía agua caliente, las condiciones eran muy malas y el lugar claramente no estaba preparado para recibir huéspedes. Intentamos comunicarnos con el dueño en varias ocasiones sin obtener respuesta. También contactamos a Booking para buscar una solución, pero tampoco recibimos ayuda. Ante la falta total de respuesta y condiciones mínimas, nos vimos obligados a irnos el mismo día. Nos sentimos completamente estafados. No recomendamos este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia. Booking debería revisar más a fondo a quién permite publicar en su plataforma.

Única falta foi água quente, mas como estava muito calor não atrapalhou. Bem localizado e estava de passagem perfeito para minha intenção. Gastar pouco na hospedagem e com bom conforto.

On ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres car ce serait très bruyant, mais en même temps, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas donc très problématique ... S'il n'y a aucun geste, c'est la première et dernière fois que je louerai par booking. Qui ne devrait pas accepter des chambres comme ça. Nous n'avons jamais vu ça !!! Pas d'eau chaude et une pression très faible. Pas d'air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas. Dès le lendemain matin à la première heure, j'ai contacté le guest house pour les informer de ce qui nous arrivait (pas d'eau chaude ni de climatisation) mais personne ne s'est déplacé pour régler le problème et surtout ils ne répondaient plus à nos appels et messages. Nous devrions tout simplement être intégralement remboursés pour cette catastrophe. Nous avons passé 2 jours à Rome dans la capitale Italienne sans pouvoir prendre de douche. Une honte ! C'est inadmissible. Autre point, il n'y a pas assez de prise de courant pour que tout le monde charge notamment nos mobiles. Nous le faisions à tour de rôle. Expérience pourrie !!!

So, I had no choice but to book another hotel. Some time later, I got a message saying that my original reservation had actually been confirmed and my card was charged. I contacted the hotel and explained that they had initially canceled the reservation, and I had already made other arrangements. Their response? “Sorry, we can’t refund—go complain to Booking.” In the end, I lost both my time and money. No one took responsibility. Completely unprofessional behavior.

• Nadia Yasmin (10/5): Excelente para pasar los días en Roma! - La ubicación frente a Termini, excelente. Cerca de todo. El acceso con las llaves de ingreso digitales son un mil porque podes llegar a la hora que sea y no necesitas que alguien esté esperando. Tiene café en cápsulas disponible eso es un plus! Y también tiene para cocinar. Super atentos incluso nos dejaron salir más tarde el día del check out. Lo uuuunico de malo es que no tiene heladera y que el aire acondicionado no es muy potente, nos tocaron días de muchísimo calor pero había un ventilador para reforzar esto.

• Érica (6/5): Espaço agradável, mas com difícil acesso e uma zona envolvente perigosa - O alojamento está bem localizado para quem quer estar perto dos transportes, fica a poucos metros da estação de Roma Termini, o que facilita nos acessos ao centro e ao aeroporto. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. A zona apesar de cativante pela proximidade aos transportes não passa sensação de segurança, especialmente à noite, fica rodeado de pessoas duvidosas. O quarto fica num edifício cuidado mas antigo, por ser antigo não está preparado para receber famílias nem pessoas com algum tipo de dificuldade de acessos. Levámos carrinho para a nossa bebé e foi muito complicado fazer transporte do mesmo porque logo na entrada existe uma escadaria para aceder ao edifício e só após isso há um elevador mas é mesmo muito pequeno, o carrinho da nossa filha só cabia todo desmontado e tínhamos de subir / descer à vez. A casa de banho do alojamento tem um box para o duche mesmo muito pequeno no qual para entrar se tem de entrar de lado, se estiverem grávidas, tiverem algum sobrepeso, ou forem pessoas mais robustas há uma grande probabilidade de não caberem.

Die ganze woche müssten wir mit abfluss kämpfen und die wasser kam raus von der dusche. Ich würde lieber eine wohnug Mieten anstatt dieser hotel nehmen wo kein einzig mal putz Person kamm um zimmer sauber zu machen

I was also concerned about the neighborhood, which seemed unsafe. In addition, there was an unpleasant sewer smell, and the accommodation lacked beds, forcing us to sleep on chairs. Ultimately, these factors led me to depart a day earlier than planned.

• Dzenana (10/5): Super clean and in great location! - Great location. Same street as Roma Termini station but the flat is on the 4th floor so you don’t hear the noise from the outside. Even though the building is old, there is still an elevator you can use to transport your luggage. We walked to Colosseum as well. The room is super clean and the bathroom has all the toiletries. Room is also equipped with a hair dryer. Bed is super comfy, and they have sockets next to bed so you can charge your phone next to you which is great. Everything was perfectly fine!

• Frizzi (5/5): Gute Lage, aber Mangel in der Ausstattung und Service. - Zentrale Lage, Nähe zu Bahnhöfen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, gut fußläufig zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Es gab nur kaltes Wasser (besonders störend beim Duschen). Auch nachdem der Gastgeber darüber informiert wurde, hat sich nichts geändert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und auch die Herdplatten konnten nicht genutzt werden.
