- Ali (10/5): - It honestly felt like stepping into a small town in Italy—charming, slow-paced, and full of character. The retro decor and thoughtful details gave the place a unique soul. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—everything from cafes to museums and boutiques was just a short walk away. Our room was simple but stylish, with nostalgic furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included, though there were plenty of lovely spots nearby to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall, it’s a delightful place with personality—highly recommended for those looking for something a little different.
- Abbasova (10/5): - Otel çok güzel ve merkezi bir konumda. Her şeyden memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz."
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Even though I booked a standard room, they kindly gave me a room with a balcony — such a nice gesture! The view from the balcony was amazing. I definitely recommend this place!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - It was a truly mesmerising experience! The hotel has wonderfully preserved its historical character. The building itself tells a story from the past. The rooms, furnished in retro style, were both nostalgic and extremely comfortable. Especially thanks to the acoustic structure, the rooms were quiet, which is a great environment for relaxation.
The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making you feel at home. The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to both the centre and historical sites. Staying in places like this offers so much more than just a regular hotel. I can't wait to come back again!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - It was great to find such a nice hotel in the city center at this price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was very advantageous. We are satisfied, we will choose again."

- Hamad (1/5): Don't book very bad - Nothing Every thing was bad the first day they took us to a different place a very bad one not the hotel and they said hotel was full and we have to pay full amount although its not what we booked we paid because they said they will take us to the hotel next day but the hotel was even worse very dirty and small no shower head and no fridge and no TV
- Meryem (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - After a long and exhausting journey to Baku, we had reserved this hotel for three nights (a prime location on Nizami Street). We specifically chose to stay in the center because we had a tour scheduled to begin there the next morning. On the day of our arrival, we contacted the hotel to confirm that all arrangements were in order. Their response was, "Yes, no problem."
Upon our arrival, we were informed that there was no room available. The staff laughed at us and did not take us seriously. They insisted we go to their other hotel, claiming it was only a 10-minute walk (a distance that turned out to be much longer and outside the city center). This issue consumed three hours of our time while we were hungry and eager to enjoy our evening. We had to carry our luggage while my friend was also dealing with an ankle injury that day.
They had promised to drive us back to Nizami Street for a meal, but they denied their promise and did not want to bring us until we spoke with the manager and explained the promise they had made. Ultimately, we insisted on a room at the Malakhan Hotel, so eventually we got one for our second and third night. However, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable: there was a cigarette in the toilet, and urine on the toilet seat.
In summary, I do not recommend this hotel.
In summary, this hotel is a true scam and we lost a whole evening because of this issue. We felt very unsafe and ridiculed. We would like a compensation for this terrible experience.

- Malik (1/5): Bad -
- Mamta (7/5): Good - Location only
- Oleg (1/5): Terrible place - Nothing. Be careful. Hello. There is black mold on the floor in the room, which is dangerous for health. There is dirt on the walls in the shower. The toilet did not flush. There are insects in the room. And most importantly: there are no windows in the room. No one warned about this. In fact, this is a floor in some building divided into rooms, and not a hotel at all. The staff smokes outside, and does not serve customers. In the end, I had to leave this place. When I offered to return the money for the ruined vacation, they refused.
