• Maddalena (8/5): Near Playa de las Canteras cozy apartment ok for 3 persons - The position is great to visit Playa las Canteras and going around with the many buses stopping at Plaza Catalina. Many bars, restaurants and small supermarkets nearby, together with a lot of Chinese bazars. Very touristic area, far away from the historic Las Palmas and the global shopping area. The kitchen is very well furnished with appliances, also sponge and dish cleaner are there. We found a bottle of red wine kindly offered by the property and some useful left overs (salt, vinegar, cocoa). Our flat was on the 5th floor, there was a small lift. There are also 5-6 steps right at the building entrance, before reaching the lift Instructions for check in are very confusing, you receive different messages, some in Spanish, others in your language. Some say you need to install an app and login, others just give you a link to click to open the door. Communication with the property is only through Booking.com messages. Anyway, they reply and act quickly. All windows face internal courts (light wells). The bathroom has no window. In the main sleeping room 3 of the 4 cupboards are locked. The double bed is a french bed (not very wide). In the other sleeping room there's a 3rd bed. If you need a 4th bed you have to pull it out of the 3rd bed and thus in the room there will be no more room to move around. Also, almost all cupboards are accessible only to +1.75m tall people. Parking on the street is almost impossible, there are private parkings nearby.
• Serena (8/5): Appartamento nella zona migliore di Las Palmas - La posizione perfetta: a due passi dalla spiaggia, dal lungomare, dell'acquario, dalla fermata dei bus e in una zona piena di bar, ristoranti, supermercati e servizi, su una strada pedonale. Allo stesso tempo essendo al 5o piano non si sentono tanto i rumori della strada. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. L'interno è confortevole e il letto comodo. Le finestre danno sul patio interno del palazzo e non hanno vista, si è attaccatti alle finestre dei vicini. Per noi non è stato un problema: eravamo spesso fuori e siamo stati solo 5 notti. C'era tutto tranne il sapone per le mani.
• teresa (4/5): Para una vez se aguanta, pero no repetiria - Está muy cerca de la playa de las Canteras, mucho comercio y hostelería alrededor, céntrico El edificio está muy deteriorado, hay cucharachas en el portal y residuos y enseres de los vecinos en casi todos los descansillos. El ascensor se estropeó el primer día y no lo arreglaron en toda nuestra estancia, con lo cual cuatro días subiendo y bajando cinco pisos a pie con un niño pequeño. Los vecinos son ruidosos, rezos de madrugada y conversaciones hasta altas horas, televisiones a toda pastilla, tuvimos que cerrar las ventanas todas las noches. El apartamento es pequeño, sobre todo el baño, pero el mantenimiento y la limpieza son normales. No nos gustó que tengan los armarios de la habitación cerrados con cadenas y candados, da una sensación un poco inquietante de lo que pueda haber ahí.

• Mónica (7/5): Entre la playa y Santa Catalina - La ubicación. Tiene ese precio, porque está a un paso de la playa chica y grande y de Santa Catalina para los autobuses. El apto está reformado, pero le falta un poco de cariño. Sartenes oxidadas. En la habitación principal, sólo dejaron una hoja de armario. El resto, cerrado con candados. Ventanas muy bajas sin persianas, ni mosquiteras o rejas. Un peligro para los niños pequeños. Sartenes oxidadas. Mucha dificultad para tender en las ventanas. El edificio está muy deteriorado y con falta de mantenimiento y viejo y con un ambiente de vecinos regular, como la calle Ripoche en la que está, ambiente un tanto sórdido cuando oscurece e incluso en momentos del día. Para 15 días es muy pequeño. Los dueños no se pudieron en contacto para nada ni preguntaron cómo estábamos o si necesitábamos algo, sólo respondían si les preguntaba algo puntual. Muy abandonados. Dejaron algunos detalles como agua. Zumo y vino con copas, pero le faltan detalles más prácticos para estar más cómodos ( pinzas de la ropa, un baño para lavar, cuerdas de tender en condiciones, sartenes que no se peguen). Al ser una empresa, no se preocupan como un dueño particular. La relación calidad precio es negativa. Creo que el apartamento vale la mitad de lo pagado, pero te están cobrando su ubicación.

• Borut (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment in the city centre. Well equipped kitchen with nescafe Dolce gusto machine and mokka machine. The parking is a bit problematic, but can be parked in the garage house nearby. The neighbours from below was complaining because of the leaking in the bathroom and the host didn't put to much energy to solve the problem. Host only communicating through booking messages, that is a bit annoying.
