Non ci sono parole per descrivere il trattamento ricevuto. Il proprietario che mi rimarrà per sempre nel cuore ci ha donato l'uva di sua proprietà. La moglie una donna che con il suo sguardo mette serenità. La struttura si trova in posizione strategica per niente distante dalle spiagge piu belle. Al centro si puo facilmente arrivare facendo una passeggiata tranquilla. Struttura super pulita con una vista sia sulla città e sul mare fantastica. Posto auto sempre disponibile in struttura. Super consigliato
• Guest (10/5): - The location is perfect, just some 10-15 minutes walking from the center: still central, but very quiet. In addition, the house is located a bit uphill, so the view from the window is amazing. The room is spacious, clean and well organized. The beds are comfortable. The garden is quiet and well kept, with a breathtaking view over the city and the coast. Cherry on top: the hosts, who are extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming, and generous. The best people we have met during these holidays. We really felt at home!

• Oleg (10/5): Best view. - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a shared living area with comfortable furniture. The highlight was the huge wrap-around balcony. Since the house is located on a hill, the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking — you can see the entire city, the sea, islands, and mountains. Everything is at your feet. It’s truly stunning. The only downside is the uphill walk to get there, which might be a bit challenging for those who don't enjoy walking.
• Aleksandra (10/5): The Best Place - The facility provides beautiful views from the balcony and terrace, where there is a place to eat breakfast outdoors or sit in the shade and have a beer. The host is a very nice older gentleman who, together with his wife, creates a wonderful atmosphere of a family home. Being there I felt like I was visiting my grandfather. Wonderful, friendly and very nice people. The rooms are clean and tidy, have air conditioning and kitchenettes, which is great. As a farewell, we were treated to a delicious breakfast for the road with handmade products and watermelon from the garden.
• Beata (10/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung! - Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Ksamil, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. verfügt über eine Küchenzeile, es gibt Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum oder am Strand( unser Favorit war Augusto Beach, ruhig, ohne Musik). Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Klare Weiterempfehlung, auch für längeren Aufenthalt.

• Strînbei (9/5): Beautiful accomodation for a family with the best view - We booked this for our family of 5 and we had the upper stairs apartment. It was made of 2 double rooms and a living room. It is bigger than it seemed in the pics and it fit our family very well. Bathroom is huge as well. This apartment did not have a kitchen nor is there a common one downstairs like I initially thought( only the double and triple rooms downstairs had one) but the host was kind enough to provide us with cutlery and plates, as well as a sandwich maker so we could make breakfast in the room. The terrace has a million dollars view so it was better than most restaurants’s terraces. We chose to eat lunch in, because we were close to the beach and we had a wonderful AC. We loved the fact that it was close to the cheaper, calmer beaches of Ksamil. If you go from Maestro beach to the left, you find calm beaches with normal prices. The hill is not as bad as the reviews make it seem, but be aware of the elevation! (The view comes with a price :)) ) - The extensible sofa in the living room was a rather vintage one, and it seemed a bit complicated to us to turn it into a bed, so my sister took the mattress and slept directly on the floor (she had the best sleep tho, because the AC is in the living room). It is not something we did not like but I thought it is worth mentioning for people who are more pretentious. - Be aware you are to bring your own shower gel and shampoo as these are not provided. (Dishwashing detergent and a sponge too if you are to have breakfast in, like we did) - There is no coffee machine in the room, but an electric kettle (more like for tea or instant coffee). Better bring your own electric moka pot if you have one. - Hosts don’t speak English and the Google Translate doesn’t have the best database for Albanian, but we did get along as they are very nice as sweet and welcoming.

• Błachut (9/5): Bardzo udane wczasy. - Świetna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na morze. Idealne miejsce dla rodziny z dala od głośnej muzyki a jednocześnie blisko na plażę. Czysto i przyjemnie a w dodatku przemiły właściciel, który dobrze się nami opiekował i dawał cenne wskazówki.

The hosts are very nice and helpful, and they even gave us a bottle of olive oil from their own olive trees when we left (and it was delicious). All in all very good value for Ksamil! Note that the kitchen is not very well equipped (only a few cups, basic cutlery and plates are available). However, we got to borrow the things we needed from the hosts so that we could make breakfast at the apartment.

Purtroppo il parcheggio del cortile è molto piccolo e non facile da gestire. Per far uscire una macchina bisogna spostarle fuori tutte, massima capacità 4 macchine con un ingresso unico

• Beatriz (5/5): - Al estar en un alto, no hacía tanto calor y tenía parking Las habitaciones triples no son triples.Son dobles con una cama plegable , que puede ser adecuada para un niño-bebe pero no para un adulto. En la habitación no había sitio para nada. La ubicación no es muy adecuada.Para acceder a la casa hay que subir una cuesta muy empinada .
• Sofía (10/5): Hidden garden paradise in Ksamil - Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful with a wonderful garden, and the hosts were really tender and caring. I want to highlight the beautiful garden that A and E have, we spent there long hours in the afternoon after a full day at the beach. We also used to have breakfast there, enjoying the view and talking with them and other guests. It was 5 min walk away from the beach, and also 15 min walk from Ksamil center. This is perfect since the center was too crowded and chaotic. The room was well equipped, and if you missed anything you could ask the hosts and they would be always happy to help. Everything was super clean, they keep everything impolute.

• Roberts (7/5): Voldoende hotel, vriendelijke mensen. - Je zit hier op de berg, waardoor je mooi uitzicht hebt. Taalbarrière, maar wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De keuken was een 1 pitter. Ook te weinig spullen voor te koken. Prima hotel, maar zo zijn er zoveel en dichterbij en inclusief ontbijt. Ksamil viel ons erg tegen ivm met extreme herrie muziek en de stranden 100 % vol liggen met verplichtte bedjes voor veel geld.
• Shoshaj (5/5): Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gegeben. - Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Man konnte die ganze Stadt sehen und hatte einen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Bei den Betten und Matratzen handelt es sich um die billigsten, die man kaufen kann. Das Badezimmerfenster ging nicht auf. Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist erschwert.

Die Besitzer sind auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen, sind sehr liebenswerte und freundliche Menschen. Klohspüllung war sehr laut.

• Alessandro.007 (7/5): Struttura accogliente ma appartamento piccolo - Struttura pulita e giardino con vista della città "Appartamento" troppo piccolo per 3 persone (uno di noi ha dovuto dormire in una brandina piccola). Cucina inesistente, era presente solamente un fornello elettrico portatile e non vi erano padelle per cucinare. Il bagno è molto scomodo con la doccia aperta sul pavimento e la luce era soffusa (la sera era come stare al buio).
