El personal de asistencia era afable El aire en la habitación secundaria estaba averiado durante toda la estadía. Fue comunicado. La queja no fue atendida. Resultó bastante incómodo y no nos ofrecieron soluciones. Empañó bastante la experiencia y la respuesta al problema no fue apropiada.
