- Diego (3/5): Decepcionante - Zona tranquila y es sencillo aparcar en el exterior. El alojamiento necesita reforma. El olor a humedad es generalizado y requería dejarlo abierto de forma continua para ventilar. Un cuarto tiene mucha humedad en el techo. Las paredes se notan afectadas por la humedad y se cae la pintura. Camas muy malas. El baño está arriba. El alojamiento tiene potencial pero actualmente no está en condiciones.

- Roland (9/5): It was a lovely stay. - We stayed in the apartment for 14 days. At first glance, it doesn't seem very luxurious, but it has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There's garden furniture in the front yard. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot. We mainly used bus line 21 to get to the city center. It's a 10-minute walk, but the inexpensive Polvillo bakery is right on the way. Each room has air conditioning. We would book it again. The neighbor's alarm system ;-)
- Moreno Bernal (9/5): FANTASTICA CASA, PARA REPETIR!!! - En general, bastante bien todo. Esta en una zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios alrededor. La zona ajardinada da mucho juego para los niños. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la casa siempre. Por poner algún pero, el baño un pelín pequeño y en la planta de arriba, pero vamos, para unos días te amoldas y listo...

Nous pensons que cet appartement est parfait pour l ete car tres humide peut etre en raison de la periode. 1 Chambre trop petite. Impossible de poser une valise. Salle de bain et Wc dans le meme espace trop petit et l etage.

- AC (8/5): Séville est une ville exceptionnelle !! J’ai adoré ! - La maison est sympathique, bien équipée et le service de conciergerie est top, ultra efficace et réactif. Le frigidaire est à changer, nous avons perdu beaucoup de provisions qui ont congelé/décongelé. La salle de bain n’est pas optimale (lavabo pas très praticable) et l’évacuation très lente (lavabo et douche). Réveillés en pleine nuit et très tôt par les chiens du voisinage ainsi que les travaux (pas de chance..)
