Saz (8/5): Great location, spacious, clean apartment with good facilities, balcony and shops for snacks etc - Entering door below was slightly tricky as instructions didn’t match exactly what was on the main entrance door but key to apartment was easily collected from lock box Maybe include screenshot of the door buzzer circling which one to press
Linan (8/5): - The location is unbeatable. Is super convenient and makes reaching any part of Bilbao incredibly easy. The apartment itself is very new and spacious, providing lots of room to relax. I was especially impressed by the facilities; the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right there. The noise is a big issue. The ceilings must be paper-thin because I could hear everything from the neighbors upstairs, their conversations, phone calls, and every single step they took. It felt way too expensive considering how noisy it was.

Irina (10/5): Great apartment for exploring Bilbao - The apartment is very conveniently located right above the tube station. There is a parking nearby, three breakfast-option cafes and a greengrocer right outside the building door. In a few minutes' walks there are also bars and other shops. The hosts are professional - they send detailed instructions and everything works. The apartment itself is hotel-level accommodation - pristine, good mattresses, all furniture in perfect condition, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, toiletries. Basically, a hotel stay without other guests. Add a kettle, maybe?
