• Contreras (7/5): Regular estancia, con pocas mejoras sería muy bueno - La ubicación es muy buena, la atención del arrendador es buena, siempre estuvo pendiente de responder y ayudar con las preguntas. Apartamento remodelado, bastante cómodo, con muchos implementos y electrodomésticos necesarios. Tiene un problema en la ducha de uno de los baños que se moja completamente con la ducha. No es un lugar muy accesible, fuimos con una persona en situación de discapacidad que camina, una persona en silla de ruedas no lo logra, aunque existe elevador para escaleras, es muy complicado de usar y las escaleras son estrechas Puerta de acceso angosta, cuesta pasar con una persona con discapacidad. Es necesario algo que sirva para barrer o trapear El horario definido para la basura es incómodo, no es compatible con el edificio, eso obliga a salir con la basura del último día a buscar un basurero cercano que no hay.

• Nelly (9/5): Suggestions et remarques - L'emplacement et la déco. Manque de confort d'un lit dans la chambre double. Manque de couverts. Aucun saladier et aucun plat allant au four. Pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle.
• YEN-JU (9/5): 安靜街區，但設備方面需要加強改進。 - 雖然巷口有酒吧，但算是個安靜的街區。而且可以用網址開門真的很方便不同行程的家人。 洗衣機是我看過最陽春的。 外面的衛浴沐浴用品一按就掉下來了，有點不牢靠。主臥室裡的衛浴打開門離洗臉盆只有25公分不到，如果稍微胖一點，你可能需要踩在馬桶上才能越過去洗澡了。而蓮蓬頭掛在非常高的位置（大約195公分），我們在拿取上需要小心謹慎，生怕砸到自己。
• Zuzanna (6/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie przestronne i czyste. Podczas pobytu zabrakło podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak ręcznik papierowy, papier toaletowy oraz gąbka do zmywania. W obiekcie znajdował się ekspres na kapsułki, jednak nie było do niego żadnych kapsułek. Dodatkowo kontakt z obiektem w kwestii późniejszego wymeldowania był utrudniony.

Clean apartment and comfortable Was got some complication getting in the property however the host was very helpful and responsive. Though I was tired and frustrated, he kept his cool to help. I truly apologize.

• Tamara (10/5): Super zentral zu vielen Sehebswürdigkeiten, U Bahn in der Nähe, hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt dort - Super schön eingerichtet, super sauber, alles vorhanden, super freundliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar.
• Darcie (8/5): A good stay near Madrid city center. - The styling was nice and it was centrally located. Everything was just a little bit broken. Wear and tear on a typical air bnb. Several electrical plugs don’t work. The water heater seems to trip and fault routinely and must be reset in order to shower. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Police activity every night.
• Natalia (8/5): - Расположение. Доступ в квартиру. Не было даже минимального набора продуктов:ни соли, ни сахара, ни чая. Кофемашина для капсул, но капсул не было. Не предоставлены таблетки для стиральной машины и посудомойки. Попали в квартиру в выходные, в комнатах, выходящих на улицу, было слышно гуляющих. По нашему субъективному мнению фото выглядят лучше реальности. Двуспальные кровати не широкие (1,5м).

• geurtjens (10/5): Een typisch spaans modern en mooi appartement die voorzien is van alle belangrijke zaken. - Mooi straks appartement dat lekker gekoeld was en schoon. Verzorgd en geen viezigheden. Toen we binnenkwamen was het wat kleiner dan op de foto’s. Vrij smalle bedden om met 2 volwassenen in te slapen.
• JINGSU (9/5): I strongly recommend this apartment if you come to Madrid - The location is great! Very convenient, close to everything. Very quiet at night. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. Apartment is very clean and comfortable.

• Çağlar Aşkın (7/5): - Ev temizdi. Odalar yeterliydi. Mutfak malzemeleri iyiydi her şey vardı. Konumu kötü bir mahalle. Merkeze toplu taşıma ile geçmek gerekir. Kapının otomatik açılma sistemi başta strese soktu sonrasında zor olmadığını anladım. Tek kişilik yatakları rahat değildi. İadesiz 16 euro depozito aldılar.

• M (9/5): Superb - Overall, the room was great. It was a good location, near the Mercado de San Fernando and within walking distance of the major attractions. Unlike the other reviews, the wifi was perfectly fine. We would come back to this location. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom could have been better and it was a bit loud in the master bedroom since it was next to the street. The facilities and location overall were great but communication with the host could have been better. We ran into an unexpected issue (there was the major European wide blackout during our stay) and we could not reach the host in a timely manner. Had the host responded quickly, we would have stayed an extra night.

• Louise (7/5): Nice stay in Madrid - The property was nicely decorated, host responsive and easy check in. Quiet location. First floor is by lift then a few steps to apartment. Wifi was good. Location close to shops, bars and amongst Sunday flee markets. The kitchen lacked tea towel, cloth, and only 1 dishwasher tablet provided. Twin beds weren’t comfortable for older adults, though others said main bed was comfortable. We didn’t love the Latina area though we were on the edge of the nicer areas a few streets up with a bit less graffiti around.

• Stas (9/5): We enjoyed it very much and made optimum from the location - The location was great. Three isolated rooms made great positive impact for us. The kitchen had all equipment we needed. Everything was very clean. Nothing special. Sometimes the internet was slow in some rooms

Instructions for getting into the apartment not complete so had to end up calling the provider. They did answer quickly and eventually managed to get into the apartment. But if arriving out with office hours wouldn’t have been able to access accommodation.
• Lisa (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, well decorated and in perfect location Unfortunately air conditioning stopped working and took a while before technician came out so was extremely hot one night. I had asked for an extension on check out which they couldnt accommodate as cleaner was booked for 11. She turned up early and rushed us out apartment which wasn't great.

• Nitin (9/5): Lovely apartment, easy accessibility to city centre and great staff to support you at all times. - I was in touch with Emi from the very beginning. She was extremely prompt and very helpful in everything that I asked for. The property was exactly the way the pictures looked like. It was very comfortable with everything that one wanted for our 3 day stay. The Metro is walking distance and there are great bars and restaurants all around the apartment. There is also a supermarket next door in case you need to stock up on anything at the apartment. It is very close to the city centre with a maximum walking distance of 10 to 15 mins to get to most of the main attractions. We are 5 of us and it had the perfect space for everyone. This is not a complaint but you should be aware that the attached bathroom is a rather small one while the other one is large and comfortable in all aspects.

• Matthew (9/5): Great choice for central Madrid, clean and roomy. - Good location, easy walk to most site, nice to have 3 bedrooms for a group, very clean and very responsive host. A lot of noise from the street, neighbors yelling one-night, loud music, etc.
• Anonymous (10/5): The quality of the apartment madr our trip much more satisfying without any doubt! - Everything was perfect, it was clean and warm and comfortable, they provided us with toilet paper and shampoo / shower gel, the kitchenware was beautiful. A 10/10! I loved everything about it. Maybe, when a big group stays in, they should consider giving an extra pair of keys so that all the people staying in the apartment wouldn't have to come back at the same time.
