Owners are also super nice and very welcoming. Parking is also a bonus and very easy To access. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to LA
• cwex (10/5): Great Location, handy parking, friendly and respectable hosts. - The Location was great. Walking distance to the Chinese theatre and the walk of fame. Having a parking was super cool, knowing there's a spot for my car, while still staying at the center of the action. Nothing to complain, all good.

• Eleanor (10/5): Perfect spot in Hollywood for exploring. Very clean modern and kind hosts - Beautiful property and very clean. Hosts were lovely and gave us lots of space and privacy but were on hand to help whenever needed. Flat is beautifully decorated room was very clean and bathroom was nice. Provided coffee and pods in room as well as a big fridge, kettle and toaster. We were also able to use their kitchen which was very helpful so very nice stay! Would come back!

It is in Hollywood, near the Walk of Fame, not in West Hollywood as we expected! If you want see downtown Hollywood or go the the Hollywood Bowl, it would be a great location, but you will need to drive or Uber to West Hollywood. • Reis (10/5): Remarkable experience! - The property is close to the most touristic places such as walk of fame, Hollywood sign, a bunch of restaurants and supermarkets. I liked everything, the hosts are amazing people.
• Karla (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect for us. Two blocks away from Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of Fame. And another block from there was the 1st stop of the city sightseeing bus route. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had access to use the kitchen and living room, though we didn't require it. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They stayed in the apartment during our stay, but were very quiet and in their room the entire time.

• Rick (10/5): Amazing, 10/10 - This booking was beyond my expectations! I was a little worried since it was a shared apartment, but I was worried for nothing. The hosts were super kind and accommodating! My flight was delayed and I was having trouble navigating LAX but they were patient and let me check in later than expected. The check in process was completely contactless and convenient. Specific and clear instructions through text message and answered any questions I had. The hosts were also kind enough to provide water, snacks, drinks, tea and so much more! Not to mention, the bathroom and clean were pristine! I felt like I was at home haha. I also loved how close it was to the walk of fame and there’s an In N Out literally two blocks away. 10/10 Experience, would stay here again when i’m in LA. The ONLY thing was that there was a detailed process to checking in, so it you don’t have access to your phone or if you’re running low on battery, it may be confusing to check in.But i didn’t have a problem because the hosts were so detailed and kind.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the location is not as mentioned on the website, and is much closer to the Walk of Fame. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us! Very clean space! Wish we had the entrance code via the side gate lobby instead because we had to go through the basement parking garage every time! But we understand that could be due to some security restrictions.

Location was not as advertised and personal privacy was not upheld. - Comfortable The property was about 2 miles away from the address as advertised on Booking.com. This made it very inconvenient for me. I did not like the intrusion of the owners into the property while I was there. The photos show actual location and advertised location 2 miles away .

• Carolina (10/5): Amazing room with private bathroom in West Hollywood - Fábio and his wife are great hosts! The room and private bathroom are cozy, very clean and very well kept. The shared areas are equally great. They left us beverages in the fridge and some snacks as well as coffee and tea. We were able to have our own privacy. Location is excellent and safe. Will rent again next time we are in LA. Thanks!

Hosts were nice and paid close attention not to bother us and help us in any way we needed. We had a private bathroom for our use only, shared kitchen and living room. This was great value for the money, spotless and nice place to stay. Hollywood itself is not the best location in LA to stay, but if you wish to stay close to Walk of Fame and other Hollywood attractions, this is a great option! The buolding felt safe and clean too, not just the apartment.
