• Georgene (10/5): A wonderful apartment in an amazing location. - I love the Park Sempione area! You can walk everywhere other than the airports. The apartment is spacious and clean with a nice balcony and Kitchen. There is a grocery store across the street and you are surrounded by nature within the complex and restaurants outside of the gates. The Arch is around the corner. The Duomo is a 30 minute walk and Chinatown is 15 minutes away. The only negative, and this may be my fault for misunderstanding, is that they charge extra to use the sofa bed when there are 2 people. This may be common in Europe.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great 2 bed apartment in Milan would stay again - Beautiful apartment and balcony, super comfy beds and everything you could need. 10 min walk from metro which is 6 mins from Milan central. I was travelling with my mum and was great to feel like we had our own spaces to chill. We did wait about 15/20 mins to meet the person with the keys and to pay the city tax, if travelling late at night or alone would be worth ensuring they know arrival times to prevent this, we arrived right on check in time so no big deal for us. I would definitely stay again if back in Milan. Thanks

• Henriquez (10/5): ¡Apartamento lindo y muy confortable! - Es un apartamento muy confortable y completo . Tiene detalles de decoración muy bonitos y espacios cómodos. La terraza que tiene es amplia y brinda un espacio muy agradable para estar. La ubicación es muy buena y la cercanía al parque es una gran ventaja.

• Hans-Georg (10/5): Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. - Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof und ist mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen, unter anderem mit der historischen Straßenbahnlinie 1. Die Gegend ist angenehm, mit Parco Sempione und Arco della Pace in der Nachbarschaft Ins Zentrum kann auch gut laufen (ca. 30 min). Ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe macht Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf einfach.

• VO (9/5): Un emplacement pratique et agréable - Appartement très confortable, clim agréable, Belle terrasse L'emplacement est top, au calme, mais avec des restaurants ou bars à proximité, et surtout des acces à différentes lignes de tram, sinon ça fait vite de la marche La literie de la chambre était de très bonne qualité Le convertible dans le salon était correct, mais un peu creusé selon les enfants, mais plus que correct

• Kanai (1/5): Nice apartment, but be prepared for shabby treatment - We liked the apartment - good size, well-furnished, comfortable - The shower did not allow water to go out - this was fixed promptly Note checkout time is 3am until 10am. There is nowhere to leave bags etc. For late risers like us this is a de facto price increase, because they strictly apply late checkout charges. If you stay past 1pm, it’s a full day charge. We were surprised nobody else commented on this, it is basically a hidden charge for most people - The person we dealt with by WhatsApp was really rude. This is not a hotel, but there’s a way to talk to people and we were spoken to disrespectfully - In addition they tried to claim the late checkout fee was due in cash and could only be collected before 10am on day of departure in person. We had to ask for a link (this is the 21st century after all), which they had available… but then we got messages until 2350 saying we have to pay by midnight or else we have to leave the apartment at 10am - We sensed there was suspicion we were planning on checking out late and avoiding paying. It all left a nasty taste. Again - it’s not a hotel, but people need to be respectful

The location is perfect , in a quiet and nice neighbourhood near Arco della Pace and Park Sempione, and within walking distance of the Duomo and other tourist attractions. A market is located across the street, and there are more restaurants and bars nearby. The flat is well-equipped, tidy and comfortable.

Would have been nice to add information to go to eat for families. Being unfamiliar with the city, getting in after long travel & hungry children makes knowing closest restaurant invaluable. :)

The host went out of her way to make everything work for us.Great communicator as well. you can book with confidence could use a tad more lighting
• Milena (10/5): Exceptional - The app is great. In a lovely part of the city, just across the Sempione park. It has everything for the comfortable stay, it's quiet, big and with great terrace. Margherita was a great host, very responsive and always willing to help. For big recommendation! The only bad thing is that is not close to the city centre, you need 30 min walk, and there is no close metro station - the closest one is 10 min walk.

• Daniel (8/5): Great apartment, shower needs to be fixed - The apartment was amazing - clean, big space and great location near the park and close to China Town neighborhood. The big balcony was super nice and welcoming and there was a big clothes cabin in the room, so you can store your luggage and put your clothes. The hot water in the shower ended very quickly in every shower, so we needed to take short showers, & the water didn't go down so we showered in a "pool", it went down only after a couple of minutes when you finished showering. The baby crib costs 40€, in other vacations we had we got it for free. Other than this 2 things it was a very good experience

Next to the apartment, there is a supermarket, a big park, restaurants, center is app 20 minutes by walk. in the living room, the sofa creaked a bit.

Superb location, lots of lovely restaurants, coffee shops nearby, easy to do tram into centre but also walkable - most certainly will return. The host was extremely pleasant, very much appreciated. Absolutely nothing!
