• David (1/5): Disappointing - We booked this Property to stay at during the Melb Formula 1. The day we flew from Perth we were told there was “plumbing issue” with the property and we were moved to another property 8km further out from the city. The property they gave us is so run down it shouldn’t even be an embarrassment to the owners. We went from “Luxury and Convenience” to ramshackle & inconvenience….
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
• Brooke (1/5): Wasteful! - The location posted is a medical centre. We got to the location for me to contact them and be told “They have been trying to contact us” which I didn’t receive anything, not even on my booking.com messages. They made us pay another $110 for the new location and “cleaning purposes” on top off a bond purpose - after being screwed over. The house we ended up staying in had mould, dishwasher had dirty dishes, laundry sink was full of dirty water, bathroom was not clean, very unhygienic.
• Christopher (4/5): The location is great and the overall apartment has great potential but is poorly presented and needs cleaning!! - The location was great, easy access to tram and restaurants in the area. Large bed rooms. The house was not clean, the beds were not made, the towels were in the dryer, the entry door ( from the rear lane) was damaged, the internal door did not have a handle or lock. The parking roller door did not work and had to be kept open. Very basic supplies in the kitchen - one pot one pan, mismatched plates and cutlery. Oven did not work, oven trays were removed and stove top would not ignite (luckily we had a lighter to light the gas). TV did not operate and asked host for instructions and he said to look online. Washing machine and dryer operated but no instructions provided. No table or chairs for meals, only a kitchen counter with four stools that are in very poor condition. Most furniture was broken / did not close properly, some doors would not close.
• Jessie (1/5): Absolutely awful. - It was spacious. Absolutely awful and would not recommend for anyone. Property was filthy, beds were not made, bathrooms were mouldy. There was no towels. The host himself, and his service was completely unprofessional and awful. He harassed us with calls and texts, he contradicted everything he said. Held our bond with no reason and ignored multiple communications from us trying to figure out why and only returned it when we threatened to take it to authories. We felt as if there were cameras in the property. We were told we were being upgraded apartments and it was actually an entirely differwnt location to where we orginally booked, 20 minutes away. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY.
• Mehmet (1/5): Bad - Room was so dirty that my friends and I had to leave, stains on beds, carpet had black stains, dust everywhere. When asking for a refund the property owner refused. Would not stay here

• Peter (1/5): Worst place I've stayed - Nothing Room was dirty Beds were uncomfortable Was told it sleeps 12 people prior to booking only 3 double beds with 3 towels No tv Pretty disappointed with the purchase will never be back again Blankets were dirty looks like it had semen on it I want some compensation this was a joke felt dirty sleeping there
• Lynne (3/5): Never again - We didnt actually stay at this property as I was contacted the night before our trip by them saying there was an issue with the water. I received a couple of calls & then a text from someone saying it was booking.com, but it was the property itself. I actually called the property contact number, as I was worried it might be a scam !!this was someone different, who said there definately was a problem, but they had another property which was better but 10 mins further away, he said there was no extra charge, as this wasnt my fault, but that I needed to contact the other person & confirm, who then told me that there was an extra charge of $100, which I said the manager had was not applicable, so she agreed, and was to sent the checkin details. By 11.00am the next day I still had no details, so after several calls/texts, I again spoke to the property manager, who then changed his mind & wanted me to pay the extra $100. I refused to pay. Inhad checke the link to the property & it looked pretty good, so I confirmed it On arrival at the property, It was nothing like the photos in the link !!!There were several garbage bins overflowing with rubbish, rubbish lying around. The pool area was unkept and the pool was not clean and there was equipment lying around. Inside was large, but very basic. The beds were not made properly, ie bottom sheet not large enougn for the size of the mattress, doonas that were too small for the beds. The cold water tap in the bathroom didn't work. There was only 1 Hand towel, 1 Bathmat & 1 Bath towel for 6 people !! Definately not what I call Luxury Accomodation !!! I was woken at 1.27am, by a text message saying that they check out was at 10.00 am. I didn't appreciate being woken at this time

• Brendan (5/5): Great locate, annoying host and filthy property. - Location and price. The place was filthy, the roller door did not work, the shower door would not close and leaked, the drier was on when we arrived with towels in it, no plug to wash up with, cutlery was just thrown in a draw, dirty towels in washing machine, stained bedsheets, dooners stained, carpet floors were as stained as my shed floor, dishes still out drying, no council bin to put rubbish in, host was very constant with phone calls and texts to me, our last contact from host was to inform us that we needed to be out by 10am when booking info said 11am.

• Lizzy (5/5): Disgustingly dirty kitchen but rest of apartment was ok. - That there was a washing machine and dryer to use. Also a spa bath to enjoy. Also, had Netflix to enjoy a movie and a comfortable big sofa. Parking was right outside the front door which was great when unloading luggage and repacking into car. Also, a bottle of wine at the entry table was a nice touch. The kitchen was appallingly dirty with dishwasher full of dirty dishes, fridge had disgusting stains and spillage from something all over the inside of it as well as on the floor. Oven rack was left dirty in the oven. There was no hand towels at all nor any tea towels or any oven mitts to use. The cutlery looked liked it was all just thrown in the top drawer with no tray to keep them in. Felt unsure to use any of the kitchen items as it all felt so grotty so I rewashed everything myself. Not enough simple kitchen items such as a peeler or scissors or a sieve, etc… or even a big bowl to hold food in.
• Petra (8/5): Met our needs for location, parking, comfortable two night stay. - Good location, free parking, lots of room, comfortable bedrooms, cutlery available. Could be cleaner and tidier, couldn’t watch TV as the remote wasn’t available during our stay.
