SERGIO (10/5): Hospedagem surpreendente - O apartamento é muito confortável, estrutura, móveis e utensílios em perfeitas condições. Acesso fácil a todos os principais pontos, inclusive a pé. O som alto dos bares fica bem longe e abafado. A rua e a vizinhança são bem tranquilas e seguras. O locador é acessível e cordial. Assim como todas as residências perto da mata, os pernilongos podem atrapalhar o sossego. Mas, além de resolver deixando a casa bem fechada, o proprietário disponibiliza inseticida.

Thiago (9/5): Ótimo custo-benefício. - A localização é ótima, próxima aos principais pontos de interesse de Arraial. A cozinha é bem equipada e os cômodos, espaçosos. Éramos 5 adultos e ficamos muito confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo também. Havia morcegos vivendo entre o forro e o telhado da acomodação e eles faziam bastante barulho à noite. Apesar de ter informado isso para a anfitriã, não foi possível resolver o problema durante nossa estadia, então tivemos que conviver com esse pequeno inconveniente durante os dias que passamos lá.
