• Alexander (10/5): Sehr gut für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Kuala Lumpur geeignet. - Sehr freundlich begrüßt, waren zuerst am Hotel Empfang, wurden aber sofort zum Lift gebracht und auf das richtige Stockwerk gebracht. Sehr zuvorkommend, ein Parkplatz war auch vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Wissen sollte man, dass ein Schlafzimmer keine Fenster hat. Nur das man vorbereitet ist. Das betrifft die 2 bedroom Apartments. Alles OK!

Отличное расположение, в 10 минутах ходьбы магазины, торговые центры, рестораны и метро. на мой взгляд вода в бассейне слишком теплая можно уменьшить градус, зато отличный вид на башни!

• REGINA (9/5): Overall good beside check in process - Prime location of KL. The rooftop pool comes with amazing view with no obstruction. Big rooms, very specious, nice water/shower pressure When book, it wasn’t specify the property was actually at residence inside of a hotel. We were confused as we tried to check-in at hotel front desk. Then later on the residence check-in desk has no staff on site and team members weren’t responding phone call or message.

• Dusha (10/5): Extremely satisfied the four days of my vacation stay with the KLCC Opus. - The hotel host was being very helpful and responsive during our entire stay, the hotel also let us stored our luggages while I’m going away for three days with no extra charge, very beautiful modern hotel residence, extremely comfortable bed, I was on the 46th floor with a beautiful stunning view of Kuala Lumpur, facing the Patronas twin tower, very good location to convenient stores, shopping mall, and public transportations, There is nothing that I don’t like about the residence. I would definitely stay again when I go back to Kuala Lumpur.

Although there were 3 that we could connect to, it’s better to use own data. The waterflow in the bedroom was slow and get choked up on the last day.

• Marcus (7/5): - Location, size, beds, massage chair. It's not obvious that you're not a hotel guest when you book this. Certain things / areas are for hotel guests only, like towels at the pool, or the skydeck for example. The cleaning of the bathrooms / toilets was nonexistent, staff didn't clean those at all during our 5 night stay. Residence lobby has no staff 24/7 while hotel lobby has staff 24/7. You feel like second class citizen even though you pay more than what a hotel room costs and staff refer to the staying as Airbnb.

• Yvonne (7/5): I’m look forward to rate full to this place but after the incident, I’ve have to decrease it rate. - This was my first stay with Opus, the receptionist Sarfian guide me well throughout my stay. Food and staff service at Roselle and Fifty 1 at Imperial lexis was splendid. Thumb up for the door man and bellboy. While first time to try out Satellite bar at Imperial Lexis, we changed our shoes after knowing slipper not allow, went in and sit down. Realizing already sitting more than an hour, nobody come with menus, no qr code on table to scan order. Trying to get attention to the waiter and reception but in vain. Look around only few people and still have many empty seats. Feeling like invisible we decided to take our leave. Our check out was a disaster, I’ve been request a day before for bellboy to carry our luggage’s from our room to the M lobby, and Opus noted. Instead we waited at our room as time almost due to check out, went down and reception there have 2 women, and just arrange for bellboy. My taxi driver had arrived on time, and thankfully he agreed to wait for us. We finally have our luggage’s arrived at lobby for another half an hour. A guy from Opus with black suit telling us in muttering voice, instead of resolving of the situation, he saying ‘You are not the only person here to serve’. I’m feeling down thereafter and in doubt to stay again to this place.

Моя подруга заказала оформление номера в честь моего дня рождения. При въезде у нас должен был быть украшен номер. Но мы въезжаем и ничего нет. Подруга просит, чтобы вернули деньги за эту услугу, раз уж ее нам не оказали. В ответ - ой это не ваш номер, подождите мы оформим другой. Ничего что сюрприза уже нет? И мы замученные дорогой в 10 часов должны сидеть и ждать другой номер?? серьезно? В итоге отказались от возврата денег, потому что устали, хотели в душ и лежать. Нам от нашего "сюрприза" принесли 1 кусочек торта и вино. и все. ни извинений, ничего. Но на этом не все. Полотенца в пятнах, номер не супер чист, видела и пыль и волосы. Как-то за такую цену ожидалось большего. Но самое ужасное как нас мурыжили при въезде. Незабываемо.

• Sophie (9/5): Very pleasant accommodation that I would recommend. - Very clean and spacious rooms/apartment for 6 people with some luxuries within the apartment: the full body massage chair, extremely generous master bedroom. Daily cleaning of the apartment was also much appreciated. Freezing cold air conditioning - this is possibly a Malaysian thing. We had to put on feather-down jackets when we arrived in the apartment and one of us even developed cold feet and then fever due to the extremely cold temperature. And it was not easy to change the room temperature - the only way to quickly adjust is to switch off the air con altogether.

• Alice Tan (9/5): Overall stay was relaxing and comfortable - I like everything about the hotel. It was clean, comfy and easy to access to all floors with the super swift lifts available. The view from the swimming pool was fascinating. Love it very much. Waiters at the pool sides were all super friendly and cheerful. Keep it up! Responses in the whatsapp was reasonable swift and still have room for improvement. Just that I selected city view room and I expected to see KLCC tower. However I was been told that Im supposed to select KLCC view instead in order to get a room with KLCC tower view. Apart from this, me and family enjoyed this one day staycation.

• Yawa Agnes (5/5): On aurait pu passer un très bon séjour si le personnel avait fait ce qu’il fallait - L’appartement était nickel On nous a mit dans un appartement qui n’était pas celui que nous avons réservé et en plus était plus moins chère , on a du gueulé avant qu’il nous change d’appartement le lendemain mais ça a gâté nos programmes, le personnel n’a même pas voulu faire un geste pour le désagréablement qu’il nous à causé
• Ka mel (9/5): Bien - L’emplacement était bien. Une vue degagé sur les tours petronas depuis la chambre et également depuis la piscine. La chambre était bien équipe spacieuse et confortable. La précision de notre choix de la chambre via booking n’était pas respecter. On nous a donner une autre chambre a notre arriver sans nous avoir prévenu et le haute la changer la deuxième nuitée puisque a insister de nous donner la chambre qu’on avait payer.

• Giusy Romano (9/5): Lovely stay - The apartment was just gorgeous with a stunning view of the entire city. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, easy check in. Small gym but very well equipped. The pool is quite disappointing, I didn't expect to find it full of kids screaming, playing and splashing water all over. There are no restrictions about it. They should do something about keeping the vibe quiet, relaxing and charming.

• Andrew (10/5): Amazing stay in the heart of the city - Location is fantastic amazing shopping and food nearby. Rooftop pool is stunning we all enjoy a morning enjoying the views and water. Plenty of space for a family of four. Beautiful touch bringing a cake to the room for my wife’s birthday. Key’s were sent via WhatsApp. A little awkward but we got used to it. Coffee shops on the ground floor is fairly expensive.

Nuhul was particularly helpful and always available to assist whenever help was needed. - Location is excellent and close to major malls and attractions - The apartment was decent and had all amenities required. - Housekeeping was basic. It could have been more thorough and detailed. - We had occasional smell of cigarette smoke coming through the AC vents probably from outside or other apartments.
