The apartment is well-located with nishi-kujo station, a large supermarket, and several food options just over the bridge. For the price, this is a comfortable and good-value option. The check-in process was a bit complicated. You are sent instructions in multiple languages before you arrive. However, the mechanism for entering the building and unlocking the room is a bit confusing. The locks are controlled by a key code, but the keypad is not obviously visible until you play around with it for a bit. The instructions didn't obviously align with what we were seeing, and myself and another customer who arrived at the same time found it somewhat difficult to get into the building.

Bueno realmente no es tan complicado pero puede parecer un reto para algunos. Igual pudimos hacer check in y entrar. des pues de eso todo sin problemas. Volvería a hospedarme sin problemas.

- Lo (10/5): - it is extremely spacious so if you have a large luggage it can fit in front of the bed frame plus it is like an apartment so you can cook and very comfortable just like your own home some of the utensils arent clean like the spatula was dirty with grimes in between the holes of the spatula but still it is very clean overall
- Irene.91 (9/5): da tornare - La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale, quindi tranquilla. Si trova a 10 minuti di camminata da due stazioni quindi e' molto semplice girare per osaka. La camera e' spaziosa, per due persone va benissimo. Toilet diviso dal lavandino e dalla stanza del bagno/doccia, che ho adorato. La comunicazione con l'host e' stata semplice e, quando avevo delle domande, hanno prontamente risposto cercando di aiutarmi. Bisognerebbe controllare solo la cappa dell'aria nel bagno, da pulire alcune volte, ma niente di problematico.

- Kseniia (10/5): The value exceeded what we paid for sure. - Did we really get this property at that price? The value exceeded what we paid for sure! We stayed in February for 3 nights and the heater (aka AC) worked well. The most important thing for me is quietness - I am a light sleeper, and it was 10/10 here. Then the feeling inside - everything is modern, new, very convenient. They even provided us with laundry detergent! Laundry machine is inside the apartment. There is a small kitchen with utensils and appliances - we cooked breakfast/dinner. And we were in town for USJ - it was very convenient and quick to get to USJ, it's just one train stop away. Smooth check-in, very detailed instructions, fast Wi-Fi.

- 聖海 (5/5): 泊まる方宛にたくさん書いてます - 鍵の開け方🔑 事前登録した時にメールで届いたパスワードはポストの中に入っている南京錠用のものです（二つ入ってます。どちらかがそのパスワードで開きます） メールで届いたパスワードの下に「鍵の開け方」のサイトが書いています、そちらを開くとポストの開け方が書いてあります。 そのポストの開け方に書いている右○左○と数字が書かれています。そちらがポストの開け方です。 ホテルの良かった点🏨 ハンガーがあった ポットがあった Wi-Fiがあった（繋ぎ方→タブレットを開き上から下に騒いぷすると、繋がっているWi-Fiの情報が出ます。それをタップし設定の画面からQRコードを出すとすぐに繋げます） 布団の予備があった 掃除機があった 洗濯用の洗剤があった アメニティがあった（シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、石鹸、歯磨きセットのみ） 包丁が２本あった ボールとザルがあった 延長コードがあった ゴミが捨てやすかった トイレットペーパーやゴミ袋やティッシュペーパーの予備があった スポンジと食器用洗剤があった コンロが二口なのに対し、鍋は一つしかなかった 調味料などは一切ない まな板がとても小さい 写真に写っているピーラーや調理用ハサミはない よくみると髪の毛などがたくさん落ちている 洗濯用洗剤は少ない 外に物干し竿がない ヘアブラシがない ソファベッドの縦幅が小さい ドライヤーは風力が弱い昔のタイプ お風呂のお湯が溢れるくらい多いか少ないかしか選べない お風呂用の掃除用品はない 台所の洗い場が小さい 布団がダニだらけなので一度天日干ししないと噛まれます 部屋が狭い

- Shizuyo (7/5): 寝具とタオル以外は満足 - 最寄駅が近くUSJへ2駅で楽に移動できました。お部屋も綺麗な方だと思います。宿泊費もお得感があります。 確認したい時は、メッセージですぐにやり取り出来るので安心です。 他の方のコメントにもある様に、チェックインは少し手間取りました。海外の方が困っていて、ヘルプを求められました。宿泊者用と管理側のキーボックスが二つ一緒に入っているのが問題だと思います。 ソファーベッドのマットが一体感の無い3枚組合せのため、マットレスか敷布団が欲しい。寝心地は最悪です。枕も薄くて寝づらい。普通のホテル並の枕にして欲しい。タオルの取替が無いのが残念。連続して同じタオルは使えないので、必要な人には取替して欲しいです。また、タオルの質も良くない。

A very small comment was i was only given 1 towel for my 3 day stay and could not translate how to use the washing machine properly into english.. As its getting colder my towel was still wet the next morning so wasnt sure if the machine was a dryer also..
