- EDUAR (5/5): - El lugar está un poco descuidado. No reciben pago con tarjeta. No se pueden llevar las toallas de la habitación a la piscina, ni ofrecen otra alternativa como prestarlas o alquilarlas en la zona húmeda. Lleven sus propias toallas. O mejor ni vayan por allá!!

- SANTIAGO (5/5): Hotel discreto para amantes - La ubicación. La cama. La piscina. El parking. Hotel ideal para romance ocasional, en ubicación discreta. Toda la noche sin agua en la habitación. Por la la mañana nos tuvimos que trasladar a otra habitación del lado norte, que la verdad están mucho mejor que la que teníamos. El desayuno servido en mesa correcto pero sin opciones distintas.

- Sergio David (10/5): El hotel increible - El lugar es increible, el personal muy amable, la habitacion muy comoda, buena ubiacion, cerca a todos los lugares turisticos de la ciudad, recomiendan un servicio de transporte con un señor muy amable. Recomiendan un servicio domicilio para comidas, al cual llamamos y al pedir una hamburguesa, preguntamos y no nos quisieron dar el precio, cuando llegaron con el domicilio era una hamburguesa que se veia poco apetitoza, pequeña, fria y demasiado costosa, son abusivos con los turistas, por esta razon no la recibimos y el administrador del restaurante nos estuvo escribiendo mensajes poco agradables durante todo el viaje, nos sentimos bastante acosados, esta queja tambien la pusimos en recepcion del hotel.

- Mooh Van den Bosch (1/5): 🪳Roaches, 🐀RAT POOP and 🤢🤮broken dreams. STAY AWAY - Nothing, at first I had a decent impression of the hotel. Together with family and the kids we were quite looking forward to our stay from the impression the photos gave us. But after bad service , a dirty pool, roaches in the room and rat droppings we were abhorred . Vacation ruined 1. Service from the concierge was bad, they had an attitude and it was an absolute mess behind the desk. With food and personal belongings everywhere 2. There was an unannounced live music event at the premise, and we were not informed by staff before/during or after booking. This meant loud wall shaking music until 1 am. 3. During our first night we encountered dead roaches in the shared family suite and in the bathroom, as well as some baby roaches coming out the sink 4. 🤢🤮 in the MAIN FAMILIY SUITE we found RAT POOP!!🤢🤮🐀keep in mind this is a shared room with 7 beds where my older mother and our 3 kids were staying (Ages 6, 11, 14) as well as 2 more adults ( HORRIBLE SAFETY HAZARD) 5.The morning after the event , the pool opens at 11am, imagine coming on vacation with step kids , who are eager from 7am to swim in a pool for the first time and have to wait till 11 just to enter the pool? Kids are not adults like us, a pool is an attraction for kids and couples so the management should reflect that 6. As u can see in the pictures , there was a horrible mess next to the pool, with open food containers, cans, forks all over the floor, seats, tables ( RIGHT NEXT TO THE POOL ) 7. The Breakfast was described as GOOD, it was basic and cheap . 1 Arepa and a small portion of scrambled eggs with old water melon. As u can see in the pictures , we were served ( BROKEN BOWLS/PLATES) . Broken ceramic is very sharp and can easily cut skin, this bowl was served to my ( 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER🤬) 8. After we had left and finished our breakfast, my uncle went to have breakfast by himself , he sat in the dining space for over 1 hour and was never attended or asked if he wanted anything. ( THIS IS NOT A SELF SERVICE BUFFET, so shy is there no service 👎) 9. Another picture here shows that there was open garbage bags spread around , 3 meters from the concierge/main entrance. 10.

Es un excelente lugar, que cuenta con piscina y desayuno incluido, es muy tranquilo y lejos del ruido de la ciudad. El personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas, grandes y limpias. -Sin datáfono, deben incluir el pago con Tarjetas, en una estadía anterior si pude pagar con tarjeta, pero en esta ya no la tenían habilitada :( -El desayuno está bien, pero deberían tener más variedad. -El WIFI no funciono muy bien.

- Diana (9/5): - Exelente hotel. Muy amable todo el personal. Tiene piscina y está limpia. . El desayuno delicioso. Las habitaciones son grandes y súper limpias. Lo que más me gustó es que queda realmente junto a una zona con muchos árboles lejos del ruido y tuve buen descanso. No hay nada de ruido
