• SORAYA (9/5): Séjour très agréable et confortable. - Nous avons apprécié le confort, la propreté, puis l'emplacement. Ce spacieux appartement est très agréable et, après une journée à visiter la ville, la climatisation c'est appréciable. De plus, une jolie cour privée offre un espace détente pour le PDJ et même le diner. Pas mal de commerces et restos à proximité. Et merci à notre hôte pour la petite attention qui nous a régalés. Triste de repartir !!!

We spent 3 wonderful days in Florence and we thank the owner for the services provided. He provided us with all the details we requested. I recommend this apartment!

Nos gustó mucho - Todo me gustó, empezando por la atención, desde un día antes de contactaron con nosotros para explicarnos todo al día sgte q era la estadía nos enviaron el código y las instrucciones muy claras para el ingreso. Yo me volvería a quedar en este lugar es muy acogedor, todo muy limpio, tiene todo lo suficiente para una buena estadia. Además es cerca a la estación del tren más o menos 15 minutos caminando. Todo me gustó.
• Mariya (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence - Location is good, walking distance from central railway station Santa Maria Novela 7-8 min, also walking to city centre 15-20 minutes leisure walk, easy check in and check out. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, beds were comfortable, rooms spacious. We were getting out early and comming back late in the evening, but we felt like home. Quiet building and neighbourhood. I would book again for my next trip to Florence but next time a longer stay. Polite and easy communication with the host.
• Yung Chun (8/5): 還算舒適 - 地理位置算是方便 從火車站 搭乘公車 下車後步行約2~3分鐘 可以抵達 輸入房東提供拿取KEY的方式 即可進房 在一樓 不需要多搬動行李 很方便 進入後 有2間房 一間浴廁 一間廚房 一個庭院 空間不算很大 但還可以 附近走路5分鐘內可達一間超市 不是很大 但基本的採買是足夠的 如要大間一點的 步行約15分鐘可達 浴室小了點 淋浴不方便 要有心理準備 開窗空氣流通 才不會一進門有股味道 但蚊子多 要衡量取捨 電烤箱不能與冷氣同時使用 會跳電 電閘在大門外(面對大門右手邊) 使用電烤箱時 冷氣記得先關閉 才使用 不沾鍋鍋具 前面的使用著沒能好好使用 造成功能不佳 建議汰換 其他 一切都好

On the day of our arrival there was a bottle of red wine waiting for us. Contact with the owner was very good. We recommend the place for the stay in beautiful Florence. Nothing :-)

You get what you see in pictures, no bad surprises. Modern with touch of old Firenze. Sliding doors to one of bedroom need a little fixing as can be tricky to open.
