• David (9/5): Fabulous stay in the Eternal City. Close to St Peter's. Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean. - Location was ideal. Close to St Peters Basillica and walking distance to lovely cafes, restaurants and bars. Close to a local supermarket too which was helpful! The apartment was a little dated in decor. The toilet in the room at the back makes a loud noise when flushed (which shocked us all in the middle of the night). The road was noisy but that cannot be helped. More toilet needed so we had to buy more!

Verbindung mit Bus ins Zentrum sehr gut, Haltestelle praktisch vor der Haustür. Prima auch, dass jedes Doppelzimmer über ein eigenes komplettes Bad verfügt. Für 6 Erwachsene war das optimal. Der Straßenverkehr ist trotz guter Fenster in 2 Schlafzimmern praktisch die ganze Nacht über zu hören. Eine Spülmaschine wäre schön gewesen.

• Małgorzata (10/5): City break w lutym 2026 - Rewelacyjne miejsce! Apartament jest bardzo zadbany, czysty i przytulny, w pełni wyposażony. Lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy Placu Świętego Piotra robi ogromne wrażenie i sprawia, że wszędzie jest blisko. Świetny punkt wypadowy na wycieczki po Rzymie. W sąsiedztwie market i kawiarnie. Gospodarze umożliwili nam zostawienie bagaży do 14.30. Jak najbardziej polecam !!!

• Clayton (10/5): Great Rome vacation for family of 4! - Great location near the Vatican and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a grocery store across the street, which makes grabbing a quick and cost-effective bite easy. Street outside is busy so if you’re sensitive to street noises, bring earplugs!

Otherwise - It has 3 bedrooms It looks nice but actually everything is old! The bathrooms should be improved , specially the blue bathroom were bath tub is too old and disgusting to use. The windows cannot be opened for us to see the light outside, kitchen facilities needs to be upgraded.

• Krista (10/5): Exceeded all expectations! - This place is great for large groups! You can’t beat 3 bedrooms and 3 showers for this price! It is right next to at St Peters Basillica and the Vatican. Literally walking distance. A bus stop is right next to the flat! Plenty of good food And a farmacia right next to it! I forgot my contacts at home and was able to get some within minutes! This place was perfect.

Η Valentina η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενέστατη. Τα μπάνια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Το ίδιο και η κουζίνα.

• Rosario (10/5): It’s a peaceful spot to enjoy vacation. - I loved the quiet location and amenities. Everything was great! No complaints.
• Sarah (8/5): Very nice - The host communicates well and was helpful giving us directions from the airport. The apartment is 5 min walk from the S. Pietro subway. We took the train from the airport with a transfer at Trastevere station- easy and inexpensive. Directions to get into the apartment were messaged and clear. The lift was not working but it’s up only one flight. Apartment has three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. . Beds are comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. Bathrooms were good - showers maybe a little small but functional. There is a good sized living room with flat screen tv with streaming options and a separate kitchen. Washer and drying rack for clothes in kitchen. It was a 10 or 15 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Check out should be a bit later. The keys need to be updated - difficult to open Outside door

• Dorothea (4/5): Underwhelming apartament in a good location but with a very bad host. - The location was very good because it was close to the Vatican. The sofa bed mattress was extremely dirty and unconfortable. One of the bedrooms was not properly heated and got very cold at night. Bathrooms very small and noisy. We arrived at 21:05 because the uber couldn’t find the address and the host made us pay another 40 euro for a late checkin. She refused to understand we are late by only 5 minutes.

Property was very clean and it had a lift which is a big bonus. Would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and helpful and organised our transfers from the train station and the airport. • Luana (3/5): Valentina and her team were wonderful. - This would be ideal for a group of 6ppl definitely not for 10. Too small and some of the group had to leave because the sofa bed was not comfortable. It’s on a main busy street so you will hear everything. Walking distance to the Vatican.

• Peter (10/5): An amazing happy and peaceful stay not too far from all the sights in Rome - We all loved the property. It was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Three good sized bedroom and three well equipped bathroom/showers too. Absolutely perfect for our party of seven, four adults and three children 15, 13 and 9. The apartment was on the first floor but there was a lift so we didn’t need to carry our cases up the stairs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We were not disturbed by noise and al slept well as a result. The apartment is close to several cafes and there is a carrefor just over the road. Train station only 5/6 mins walk and metro close too. I don’t often guve such good reviews but Finally in Rome is simply one of the nicest places to stay.
• Frank (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and comfortable. They could do with some new towels and we had to buy toilet paper for a three day stay. It is only a ten minute walk to the Vatican and a bus right outside the door takes you into the city in 20 minutes. We know Rome quite well. I don't know if it is ideally located for first timers to this huge , busy city , but it was a pleasant stay, and getting in and out was seamless.

Only a 10 minute walk to Vatican, and similar to train station. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Valentina kept in touch and entry/departure was seamless. Thoroughly recommend! Great to have 3 showers en suite, but they are small if you're very tall as some of our group were. Not a negative, just a heads up!

• Devin (10/5): Exceptional - The location was optimal. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and in an area with many restaurants and shops. The apartment was well maintained, showers excellent, bedrooms cosy. The kitchen has good appliances and all of what you need to cook. Private parking available for a charge behind the building. Very little not to like. My only criticism would be the sofa in the lounge is uncomfortable, but that's all.

• Maja (7/5): Good - The apartment was close to the Vatican City, around 10 min walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent, we had quick response to our inquiries. The apartment was clean, heated and comfortable. The internet connection was poor, the apartment is located on a busy street (plus ongoing work right in front of the apartment) so it was very noisy. Mattresses very soft. Didn’t like the late check in fee (after 8 pm) and early check out (10am) even though it was announced in the apartment description and they let us keep the suitcases in the apartment.

• Sue (8/5): This property is ideally located to view the Vatican, and accomodated 6 of us comfortably. - The location was outstanding if you want to visit the Vatican, and there are shops and restaurants in close proximity to the property. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and had working air cons. The host was easy to reach for any queries. The one bathroom was quite cramped, but clean and functional. The kitchen was also small but we didn't use it to cook so we can't comment on how well equipped it is.
• Juan (4/5): I cannot recommend that apartment - The apartment is good and well equipped. You do not meet the host, she just write by WhatsApp and no accepting phone calls. In the beginning it was planned to be there with my father but he had a terrible delayed and then flight cancellation. So I was finally alone there and the check in was later than expected but all the time I was informing the host. My surpise was that she asked for an extra payment for the late check in, somethingthat was not priorly informed. During that time she also requested to take the money from the bank account but I refused it as I have booked with "payment at the property ". As finally my father could not be there I had to ask for the refund of the city taxes myself. The apartment is good but not valuable for the high cost and the unfriendly host.

We had lunch and breakfast across the road from a local pastry shop, which was charming and had the best gelato, and our host recommended an amazing local restaurant in the street behind the apartment. The owners were nice and got us the transfer from the port and also the taxi we needed for our first tour. Owners were accessible for questions. The TV in the room we slept in would not come on. However we had 2 other rooms so we watched the other TV. The shower head in the bathroom we used needs to be changed and was dripping. The other toilet tank kept running. There should have been extra towels. This did not take away from the stay.

• Magdalena (10/5): I wish to be so lucky always :) - To be honest I don’t know how to put into words all my positive emotions connected with my staying but I must to do it .... because this place is worth it. First of all, the owner, Valentina so far is the nicest host I met and I must say I travel a lot, she took care about everything, not only the house was perfectly prepared for our arrival but inside we found a list of restaurants, shops, bus lines and all the places that could facilitate our staying in Rome. She was always available for us on Whatsapp, always ready to help. Talking about the house .... it has everything you need to feel like at home, its perfecty equipped with everything You need. I am not going to make a list of all the stuff that were inside because it would take me half of an hour at least. Localisation - 2 minutes walk from 24h carrefour, pharmacy, many restaurants ( I recommend Buona Forchetta - delicious food ) and just 50 m from bus stops. Its easily reachable with bus 64 that goes from Termini Railways Station, so its perfect for anyone who arrives by train or plane because in 15 minutes from Termini You can get there. Whats more 64 line brings You to half of Rome attractions. I was staying here with 6 other people, most of them 60+ and two 24 years old boys - everybody was more than satisified with everything. So as You can see this place is good for people in every age. I reccomend this place so much to everyone. If You want to spend unforgettable time in beautiful Rome this place will help You to ensure everything will be exactly as You planned. I wish I could stay longer :) I will be back for sure
