• Tania (7/5): Migliorabile - L’appartamento nel complesso è carino, ben arredato e pulito, quindi da questo punto di vista nulla da dire. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti a Siviglia in un periodo di alta affluenza, probabilmente a causa di eventi in città, e il prezzo era decisamente elevato rispetto a quanto offerto. Innanzitutto, al nostro arrivo non avevamo ricevuto i codici per il self check-in e siamo stati costretti a contattare telefonicamente la struttura, creando un disagio evitabile dopo il viaggio. Inoltre, gli asciugamani da doccia erano davvero troppo piccoli, poco pratici per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione non è centralissima: le principali attrazioni sono comunque raggiungibili con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti, ma non è l’ideale per chi desidera essere nel cuore della città. Infine, abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di molte zanzare nell’ingresso, che inevitabilmente entrano nell’appartamento ogni volta che si apre la porta. In sintesi, una soluzione discreta ma con diversi aspetti migliorabili, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato.

• danka (9/5): Prijatan boravak na lijpoj lokaciji u urednom apartmanu - Doručka nema, lokacija odlična, mirni dio grada, a blizu samog centra Kada sam rezervisala na bookingu za 2 osobe i platila pisalo je da je dvosobni apartman, tek kasnije mi je vlasnik rekao da treba da doplatimo za deugu sobu ako želimo odvojeno da spavamo. To nije OK

El chico nos comento que solo era para el día de llegada, información que no nos llegó el día de llegada. Por lo tanto tuviste que cargar con el equipaje el día de llegada y salida. Una lastima ya que estaban disponibles ambos días y no se puedo aprovechar este servicio.

• Thonon (8/5): Nieuw, schoon appartement op rustige plek aan de rand van de binnenstad met supermarkt dichtbij - - Eigenaar reageert snel - Heel erg schoon - Nieuwe meubels - Fijne douche - Fijne bedden (memory foam-matras) - Nieuwbouw (dus de ramen kunnen kiep-kantel, hebben dubbel glas en houden geluid buiten) - Code krijg je via een bericht in de Booking-app - Hele scherpe messen (echt mensen, let op je vingers, en zie mijn opmerking over de verbandtrommel) - De ligging is ideaal: aan de rand van de binnenstad dus rustig maar slechts kwartier-half uur lopen naar de winkels en restaurants in de binnenstad. Dat gezegd hebbende: we hebben erg goed zowel Koreaans als Spaans gegeten op vijf minuten lopen. - Een Dia op twee minuten lopen, maar die is dicht op feestdagen. Maar dan is er nog de Carrefour Expres op tien minuten lopen. En een grotere Mercadona op twintig minuten lopen. - Ik was er met mijn vader, maar als je voor twee personen boekt dan gaat de eigenaar ervan uit dat je partners bent, samen slaapt en dus maar één kamer gebruikt. De tweede kamer was daarom op slot, terwijl die wel geadverteerd is. Je moet dan twintig euro contant extra betalen (denk voor extra schoonmaak) voordat die opengaat. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, en ik snap dat de eigenaar het goedkoop wil houden, maar wel goed om dat van te voren te weten, zeker omdat je contant moet betalen. - Alles is nieuw en schoon maar door al het witte voelt het wel wat steriel aan. - Ik heb zelf maar een kommetje voor mijn muesli gekocht, er waren verder geen kommen. - Verbandtrommel (wat op zich heel goed is! Die is er niet vaak) had geen pleisters.

I would've stayed in areas where streets & public areas surrounding the appartment are cleaner, athough I understand this is beyond the control of owner. I wished there was more flexibility to store our luggage after checkout, since this a pretty standard service in all other premises we have stayed in.

Circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale e dal Real Alcazar. Non c’è molta insonorizzazione. Si sentono i rumori provenire dalle stanze affianco e dalla strada.

• kevin (6/5): - Apartment was clean, and cosy. I had booked a two bedroom apartment on booking.com, only to find that the 2nd bedroom was locked on arrival. Then, eventually told that 2nd bedroom only normally available if 3 people on booking. Had to pay €20 extra in cash to get the 2nd bedroom opened. While the cist was minimal, I did not get what I booked without a good bit of anxiety and inconvenience.
• Manuel (9/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable. - Alojamiento en muy buenas condiciones. Tiene todo cuanto puedas necesitar para una estancia, tanto corta como un poco más larga y en buen estado. La ubicación es en la zona que más me gusta de Sevilla. Cero contacto físico, todo se hace a través de mensajes y, sobre todo, que no hay llaves así que si un día hay un problema con la luz te quedas encerrada o en la calle.

Al llegar faltaba la sábana en la cama y tardaron mucho a traerla desde que la pedí, el chico me la entregó en la puerta, tuve que hacer yo la cama. Como decoración había flores de plástico en varios sitios, aunque entiendo que esto es cuestión de gustos....
