• Marta (8/5): Apartamento cómodo cerca del centro - Buena ubicación, cerca de todo. La terraza tiene vistas al río. Nos hubiera gustado que el check-in fuese más flexible. No pudimos entrar antes de las 16:00.

Obsługa dostępna jest tylko w godzinach 10:00-20:00, a do tego udaje, że nie rozumie problemu z niedziałającym ogrzewaniem, przekręca fakty i wszystkie swoje nieudolności tłumaczy tym, że obsługują 95 mieszkań - może więc warto byłoby postawić na jakość, a nie ilość. Dwie noce marzłam, a trzeciej nocy nie było ciepłej wody. Na wyposażeniu jest ekspres i pralka, ale nie ma ani kawy ani środków do prania. Na plus, że obiekt dokonał zwrotu części kwoty za niedogodności.

• Clara (1/5): Mucho frio durmiendo. Los radiadores de las dos habitaciones no funcionan. - Ubicación Los radiadores de las dos habitaciones NO funcionan. Fuimos un fin de semana de frío y viento y estuvimos helados durmiendo en la casa. La presión no llega a los radiadores de las habitaciones y no saben arreglarlo. Tuvimos que dormir con jerséis y abrigos por encima (no había mantas y aunque las pedimos ni siquiera las trajeron) porque a las habitaciones no llega el calor. El agua caliente tambien dejó de funcionar, tuvimos que llamar al técnico que por suerte eso sí supo solucionar.

• Marisa (6/5): - Las vistas desde la terraza. La casa es para 5 personas y solo tenía dos vasos y 2 tazas. La ducha rebosaba el agua. Faltaban sillas en la cocina solo había 4 cuando repito, la capacidad es para 5. El sofá muy incómodo y muy suicio.
• Isaías (8/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento en sí está bastante cuidado y limpio. El sábado por la noche se oía la música hasta altas horas de la madrugada de una discoteca que hay en el local a pie de calle del edificio.

• Beatriz (6/5): Bien. - +ubicacion +terraza +entrada sin llaves -la responsable no respondo mis mensajes -el sofá esta muy dañado para usarlo de cama y estaba MUY sucio (envie fotos y no recibi respuesta) -zona de mal aparcamiento -poco menaje de cocina
• Lucía (8/5): Muy buena estancia en general. Una ubicación perfecta. - La amplitud del apartamento, las vistas, En la cocina todo en muy buen estado y limpio. Para 5 personas un baño se hace poco. El sofá cama tenía bastantes manchas. Tuvimos que estar sin calefacción la tarde/noche que llegamos sobre las 20:30 ya que a pesar de que hay carteles que te dicen que si tienes problemas para ponerla te pongas en contacto con ellos, en realidad la conectan ellos cuando les avisas pero no puedes llamarles pasadas las 20:00 porque ya no es su hora de trabajo y te salta un contestador solo urgencias.
• Jérôme (3/5): Passez votre chemin - L emplacement est idéal mais c'est bien le seul point positif de cet appartement !! Appartement très mal équipé. Pour 4 personnes seulement 3 verres, pas de petites cuillères, un Tire bouchon cassé, un étendoir détruit... l hôte a de suite répondu qu'il amènerait tout le le demain mais on n en a jamais vu la couleur!! Le canape est dans un etat inimaginable tres sale !! Et pour finir comme de nombreuses autres personnes on a eu droit à la panne du chauffe eau nous aussi. Et la en effet c'est sur réaliste. Déjà on ne dérange pas l hôte avant 10h sauf urgence. Ensuite il ne répond pas. On fini par contacter booking ils nous mettent en attente et eux on leur répond. On nous demande ensuite de dépanner par nous même en nous envoyant la notice du chauffe eau!!! Et bien entendu du on n y parvient pas... finalement un technicien est venu et à reamorcer le système. Il nous a demandé jusqu'à quand on restait inquiet à l idée que ça tienne. Bon courage aux prochains locataires. Bref c'est une honte de laisser ce genre de bien en location. On ouvre une réclamation chez booking.

• jidemena (10/5): Pràctic i econòmic - Hem estat a gust. L'apartament estava molt ben ubicat, prop del centre històric de Saragossa. A l'interior els llits eren còmodes, estava net i l'accès era senzill i pràctic.
• Esteve Villalmanzo (7/5): - La ubicación, permite ir andando a los sitios de interés turístico. Y las vistas del paseo del río Ebro, el Puente de Piedra y de la Pilarica desde la misma terraza del comedor. Falló la caldera y estuvimos sin agua caliente los 3 días, por falta de una pieza de recambio de la cual no disponía el personal de mantenimiento. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de apartamento, pero lo rechazamos por la incomodidad de volver a desplazarnos con nuestra família y todas las maletas. Compensaron económicamente el contratiempo (con un reembolso parcial del importe abonado por la estancia).

• rebeca (9/5): Para repetir! - Ubicación inmejorable, fácil acceso al alojamiento con código. Muy silencioso. Aspectos a mejorar: más menaje en la cocina y básicos, así como la comodidad del sofá y camas puede mejorar. La calefacción central no se controla desde el apartamento.

• Audrey (5/5): Séjour très mitigé, emplacement très bien mais propreté et équipement à revoir - L’appartement est spacieux pour une famille de 4. La terrasse et sa vue magnifique sur le pont et l’Ebre. L’emplacement très proche du centre historique. Beaucoup de choses doivent être améliorés. Les équipements sont vétustes, la douche ne marchait vraiment pas bien et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant le séjour (et cela semble récurent au vu des commentaires précédents). Un technicien devait passer, il n’est jamais venu. Pas d’étendoir pour le linge, celui ci était en morceau sur la terrasse. La propreté laisse à désiré : beaucoup de poils et de cheveux sur le sol, des mégots de cigarettes sur la terrasse, de grosses tâches sur le canapé, rideau de douches pas très net tout comme celui de la cuisine. Enfin aucun condiment et équipement de base disponible : pas de sel/ poivre/ huile, torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, ni dosettes en café, ni sac poubelle.
• Dani (4/5): Suciedad y dejadez - Tuvimos que cambiar de alojamiento ya que el agua caliente no funcionaba La dejadez, bastante sucio, las tapetas de Las puertas de caían, faltaban utensilios de cocina, apartamento para 6 y solo vajilla para 4 etc..
• Jérémie (5/5): Très bon séjour, mais ce n'est pas normal de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude, un geste commercial s'impose - Très bon emplacement, superbe ville, Joli appartement. Pas d'eau chaude pendant le séjour. Et communication sur ce sujet déplorable, pas de geste commercial et pas de mot d'excuse. L'équipement est à rénover : séchoir cassé, très peu d'ustensile de cuisine, la porte des toilette ne ferme pas (ou alors on reste enfermé dedans).
• Kornelis (8/5): Nice apartment with some flaws. - El Puente … comotucasa is a large apartment in a good location of the city. The bedrooms are large and it is clean. A terrace with a magnificent view plus a small balcony are available; unfortunately, most days there is too much wind to enjoy that facility. There is a large tv (that we actually didn’t use). The kitchen is small and not too well equipped. No facilities to wash and dry dishes. The toaster is of low quality and half defective — the owner promised to replace it. The laundry rack is falling apart. Other guests have already remarked that there are no wine glasses: the owner is afraid that they break. Upon arrival at the apartment the inside temperature was around 35 degrees (with outside temperature of 22 degrees). We bad to switch off all radiators and leave windows wide open to lower the temperature. A waste of energy and money.

• Arnold (1/5): READ AND STAY AWAY! - Nothing! Our stay was ruined! Stone cold apartment, no hot water, owners are not responding and left us unattended. Don't go here! Stayed here 1 night with 10 month old baby. Upon arrival the apartment was stond cold. Had to contact the owner who had to turn on the heating remotely. There was no possibility to manage the heating inside the apartment. After coming home late night from the city center the apartment was stone cold again (12 degrees) and the bedroom floor was full of water which was leaking from the radiator. Also there was no hot water supply any longer. We contacted the owner ComoTuCasa on their provided WhatsApp number but they didn't respond. We called them over 25 times but no respond. We went to bed freezing with a 10 month old baby which we had to take into our own bed to keep her warm. The next morning after 10am we received an answer that we have contacted them outside their customer service hours. UNACCEPTABLE! So this is their excuse to leave you unattended without life support utilities. We have opened a claim for a full refund at Booking. By the way there is literally no mention-worth amenity in the apartment. You have to do it with only 4 limonade glasses. No wines glasses, no coffee, no tea,, no soap. The beds are only 120cm wide. Also the owners are very unwelcoming while they sent us an email in the night saying that the cleaning team will be at the apartment at 11am and asking us if we can leave earlier. I never experienced a host asking me to leave earlier to do him a favour while I have paid for the condition to stay until 11am.

• Raphael (8/5): Very good - great location, apartment was overall clean and confortable. Great value for a few days in the city. Heating had to be remotely activated by the host, which didn't work at first. Host was proactive in fixing it. Apartment front door uses a digital code, which is fine by itself, but the code is very simple and doesn't seem to be changed between guests. There's no manual lock or safety chain preventing anyone with the code to enter the apartment at night. Even though Zaragoza isn't Mexico, this seemed pretty light securitywise.
• Louise (10/5): A beautiful place to explore Zaragoza - The location was excellent, overlooking the Puente de Piedra. The apartment was spacious, light and comfortable. We loved being so close to all the sights of the city. Nothing. Initially the check-in was a little strange, as we didn't have internet, but once that was sorted it was easy.
• Eric (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. Nearby the city centre. The beds are small and the amount of cutlery, dishes and glasses is too low.
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was perfectly situated and beautiful at sunrise and sunset. It was beautifully refurbished apartment and I would definitely recommend it.
