• Keshishian (8/5): Cozy and clean hotel in a convenient spot with helpful staff - Big thanks to the receptionist for upgrading my room to one with a balcony, the view was amazing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The location is great, walking distance to lots of tourist spots, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was very simple. The hall is small, so seating is limited, but it worked fine.

• Sylvia (4/5): My stay was just ok - Was put off my smoking at entrance to the hotel and the smell lingers inside, being a non smoker affected me and my kids The breakfast was same everyday, no variety, Towels very old and not white, looks more of brown, bedsheets not changed everyday

They provided us cold room with no heater working, after that they transferred us to 1 floor room which is worse all hotel staff might be living there it was so loud and noisy. We tried to spend the night only since our check in was late and I ended up with no sleep. Room has a smell of cigarettes and dust. Breakfast was terrible, hotel is not 4 stars for sure it was 2 stars. Pictures much more different than in real life. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its kinda ruined my first experience about Istanbul

• Bin (1/5): Bad Service and No Star Hotel - I am extremely disappointed because we reserved the hotel based on the information provided on booking.com, including the picture and facilities. However, the property is only one star, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The location and the image are not accurate. I am unsure how they were able to obtain a four-star rating and wrong review. They have requested that we provide a positive review, but I refuse to do so because it will be shown to others, and they will experience the same level of service and cleanliness that I experienced for three days. The most unpleasant experience, and the hotel is rated one star (1)because of the service level bad internet access. The breakfast is extremely basic next to reception, extremely cramped. The view is very old. The dusty building is very bad to see breakfast area tight, small to the reception, which is extremely small. The hotel is not significantly worse in general. However, I will give the responsibility of recommending such a hotel to Booking.com. It is unquestionably inappropriate treatment.

• Salma (4/5): I don't recommend this hotel. - Great location Spacious rooms We booked a room/sea view, but it actually overlooks a lot of waste on the roof of the building opposite with small part sea view. Linens show spots, which means is not well sterilized.🤮 The bathroom is very small with bad smell. The restaurant is very small, which means that you have to wait until you get a table ،when checking out they took 400 TLfor a towel that had myhair dye on it.

• Esam (9/5): Magnificent hotel with panoramic sea view. Nicly decorated. - Magnificent hotel with panoramic sea view. I booked a sea view room with a very good rate. The room was well decorated with large isolated window facing main road and the view of the sea. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety to choose from. If you know the walk walks you can reach taksim market place with 300 meters. And the best thing is the metro station is 100 meters away for m2 which the most important line in istanbul.  The only small drawback is that sometimes you can hear the neighbor room.

• Aysha (8/5): Great stay with great view and location, highly recommended - The hotel location is perfect, right next to the metro station, ATMs, and cafes. It's a few minutes walk from the Galata tower which leads up to Taksim street. It's a much nicer neighborhood than Taksim; way quieter but a lively area and it felt much safer. There are many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance from the hotel that leads to the Galata which was great. there's also a bus stop next to it which is convenient for using the bus or taxi stop. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a sea view which was very nice of them. Highly recommend this hote. The only downside is the noise. you can hear people in the hallway and the car horn outside. However, it's not so bad that you will not be able to sleep.

Breakfast is very poor and finish early 10 a.m. Smth the house keeper trashed needed staff from bathroom. You should be attentive this.
