• HORACIO JULIO (10/5): Excelente - Hola!! Muy lindo el piso, bien equipado. Muy limpio. Más que conformes. No hubo nada que no nos haya gustado.

• Gulluscio (8/5): - La struttura era posizionata molto bene, a circa 5 minuti dalla metro La Latina e a 10 minuti da Plaza Mayor, quindi molto comoda per spostarsi e visitare la città. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e si è interessato a come stesse procedendo il soggiorno. Abbiamo anche chiesto un cambio delle lenzuola e non c’è stato alcun problema. La pulizia in generale c’era, ma non era proprio il massimo. Un aspetto che ho trovato scomodo era la doccia, che aveva solo una parte della vetrata: per questo motivo, quando facevo la doccia dovevo stare attento a non far uscire l’acqua.

• provazza (4/5): Decepción - No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Hay calefacción pero nunca nos funcionó (pleno invierno), hay lava ropas pero no hay para tender la ropa (solo comunitario y afuera) y se nos cortó la luz 3 veces cuando lo prendimos. El baño es extremadamente pequeño. Como sugerencia: pava eléctrica, secador de pelo y cortina para el baño.

• sheila (10/5): Muy céntrico y cómodo - Todo genial. La ubicación es estupenda y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida desde el primer momento.
• Samet (2/5): Tavsiye etmiyorum kaldığım en kötü tesis olabilir - Sadece konumu idare eder. Kliması kötü, ev sahibi mesajımızı görmedi 1 saat kapıda bekledik. Ev ile ilgili hiçbir açıklama yazmadı hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı. Ev kirli banyosu çok kötü ve küçük. Yataklar iki birleşik yatak şeklinde ve kötü rahat değil. Çarşaflar çok kirliydi. Evde yemek yapmak için malzeme bile eksikti. Fön makinesi de yok. Ev sahibine sorduğumuzda çaldıkları için yeni fön makinesi almadığını söyledi. Kısacası 20 Euro fazla verin düzgün bir yerde kalın. Çok kötü bir tesisti.

• machado (7/5): Overall, my stay was convenient and well-located, though the property would benefit from some improvements to enhance co - This apartment has an excellent location right in La Latina, which makes it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the best of Madrid. The washing machine was a great bonus for doing a quick load of laundry during my stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with good refrigeration and all the utensils needed for cooking. Overall, it’s a great apartment in a fantastic area. The place needs renovation. The bathroom sink was very small, the cabinet was damaged, and the shower needed a curtain or door to prevent water from splashing out. The sofa was stained and dirty, and the bedsheets were outdated. The stay was okay, but the property needs improvements to be more comfortable.

Muy céntrico y ante las dudas el anfitrión Mariano al tanto y muy amable. Nos gustaría regresar en las vacaciones próximas. Muchas gracias a todos. Todo perfecto

• Sergey (6/5): - Расположение в целом хорошее, в старой части города. Рядом магазины и кафе, до станции метро 10 минут пешком. Для центра Мадрида довольно умеренная цена. Небольшие апартаменты на втором этаже с не очень рациональной планировкой. Подход к двуспальной кровати только с одной стороны. Есть небольшой диван, но нет ни одного стула или табуретки, стол только низкий, журнальный. Кухонного стола тоже нет, при этом много места занимает четырёхконфорочная плита, явно избыточная.
• Stéphanie (8/5): Je reviendrai et conseillerai volontiers ce logement, merci Mariano - Pleins centre ville : la proximité avec bus, métro et centre ville est très très appréciable. Mariano est un hôte très réactif, il vous envoie un document avec quoi faire à Madrid à notre arrivée. Il y a un système d'ouverture à distance et Mariano nous ouvre dès que nous sommes devant le logement. Ensuite nous avons les clés dans l'appartement pour le reste du séjour. Petit appart avec le minimum (y a quand même un sèche cheveux qui m'a sauvé 😂) mais fonctionnel, il fait le job. Il faudrait le préciser dans l'annonce que l'ouverture à l'arrivée est à distance (à moins que je ne l'ai pas vue 🙄) et être un peu plus exigeant sur le ménage : c'est propre mais vite fait (y'a pleins de moutons sous le lit par exemple).

• Bianca (6/5): - Host disponibile, posizione vicina a plaza mayor la pulizia, la doccia che è per metà aperta, il lavandino troppo piccolo, il fatto che dal lavandino in cucina (non ho capito se a causa del condizionatore) uscisse l’acqua che è andata tutta per terra in cucina, poi purtroppo non è colpa dell’host ma i vicini di casa tengono la musica troppo alta tutto il giorno anche fino alle 2.

• Gio (6/5): - Location ottima, il proprietario è gentile. Ok per pochi giorni. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e le finestre non si potevano aprire, rendendo l'appartamento praticamente un forno dove non correva l'aria. Non c'era molta acqua calda. L'ascensore dell'edificio non funziona quindi se avete valigie pesanti non è per nulla comodo. Il late check in si paga 30€ visto che non è automatizzato.

• Milica (1/5): Bad - Nothing. We could not sleep there, it was so hot so we had to leave and hire a hotel instead. The apartment is misrepresented on the website. It is run down, damp, with washing machine with no on/off button, and they are saying that it is working. Air con is very old and can not cool this tiny apartment, so on +40C in Madrid, we had to leave the apartment and hire a hotel.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Great location but apartment needs some TLC - The location is excellent and is in a short walking distance of restaurants, bars and historical sites. It was also in general very quiet at night. The apartment was airconditioned. While it had a small kitchen it did not really have a table just a small sofa. As we stayed for 7 days it made breakfast quiet difficult. Toaster oven and electric cooker could not be run at same time as it triggered the electric circuit breaker and there was no electric kettle. A more perplexing problem was that the air-conditioning drained into a 1 litre measuring cup beneath the sink which filled up every 2 hours and had to be emptied or it flooded the kitchen floor. Figure that one out if you ran the air-conditioning all night?

• Filion (9/5): Great quality price cozy appartement - Great quality-price, cozy appartement with appliances and the host was very kind and fast to answer. Thank you Mariano! There’s no windows in the whole apartment so no sunlight but for the price that’s okay and the neighbours were very loud even during the night but that’s not the the host fault.
• Naoki (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and very easy to stay. The Location was close to public transport and was surround by bars and restaurants. Only down side was the hot water runs out pretty quick. Other than that, the place is a worth to stay.
• Phil (8/5): Travellers - Location was excellent, close to all, attractions either by foot or transport, although smallish and a little dated it had all the required needs for us and pricing was good Access to floor was via stairs and we are a little older so it would of been good to have the lift access especially for bags.
• Andrew (9/5): No complaints, great, cosy place, with very useful amenities - The owner was very helpful and got his city guide translated for me and very accommodating. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the neighbours at times but it was never an issue as they were always quiet.
