Guest Reviews
- Corrales (5/5): - Excelente servicio al cliente La tele y el agua caliente no funcionaba además que tanto paredes como piso estaban manchadas de negro
- Marffel Wilfredo (9/5): - Buena atención
- AndreJesus (5/5): -
- elda leticia (7/5): LA ATENCION ES MUY CORTE, SOLO NECESITARIAN MEJORAR LA FACHADA - LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL LA FACHADA DEL LUGAR, ESTA EN REMODELACION
- Gagliardi (2/5): - Sali corriendo, mo me quise quedar.
- 笑她爸 (1/5): terrible expierence - near terminal 7/10, 10 minutes by walk. No hot water, very noisy, WiFi barely cannot access, the staff don't speak english.
- Peter (5/5): Passable - Room on fifth foot no access to elevator when shop was closed
- Eduardo (7/5): Good - Location The bathroom
- Dc (4/5): Disappointing - No hot water
- Angel (8/5): Overall average experience. - I liked that the room was available to me before my check in. Allowed me to get some sleep after an overnight flight. I was very appreciative of that! Didn’t like that I only got one towel and one soap for the entire 3 nights I was there. I also didn’t like that apparently on Sundays the elevator is closed? I’ve never heard of that before from a hotel; I was on the 5th floor; that’s a lot of stairs to have to go up and down from. Lastly, the location is very dangerous. The locals/ubers refer to it as a Red Zone; luckily I didn’t walk around at night and kept myself safe.
- Olger (4/5): Disappointing - Danger place Ubication
- Maria (2/5): Dirty, Noisy, not safe area - Old dirty bed linen and towel. The rooms either extremely noisy or in the corridor with big window which if u leave open while u r sleeping, anyone can jump into the room. They charged me extra than what I had booked in booking.com. the super market on the ground floor is the reception of hotel. Bed linen dirty and old. Very noisy. Not safe area.
- Oliver (3/5): hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, though it had a charm. - reception was nice, it’s relatively cheap and there’s a charm to the hotel being in a 24 hour supermarket. everything was dirty, I’m quite sure there were bed bugs. the neighborhood is not nice, especially late at night. In addition the people in the room next to me were smoking and talking loudly the whole night, so I’d definitely recommend bringing headphones or earplugs.
- Lucy (6/5): A cheap hotel stay in San Jose - Comfy bed, spacious room, clean, good WiFi, felt a secure hotel in a rather less safe area of town Felt an unsafe area, quick dry towels not the best, noisy, window did not fully close so cold overnight and unnecessary noisy, would be nice to have a fridge and kettle
- George (1/5): Dirty rooms in the most dangerous area in San Jose, prostitutes and drug addicts everywhere. - This is the most dangerous area in san jose. The staff did help us check in late and the owners are friendly, however the area is very dangerous and the room is filthy Prostitutes on street corners, drug addicts trying to 'help' take bags out of taxis. The room is disgusting, black dirt in corners of rooms, dust everywhere. Feet marks on wall next to bed where people have most likely been having sex, stains on those same walls. A black gate is locked at the bottom of stairwell to avoid people breaking in at night, this is a needed security measure but stops you escaping in case of fire. We are being honest and frank to avoid people making this same mistake but this area is completely unsafe. We were told by several locals to not walk around during the day or night, staying in this area is not fun and the hotel is not clean. Avoid it, please.

- Gregory (7/5): Good -
- Oksana (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The staff very polite
- Arturo (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Pros: The staff are very friendly and honest. They provide great info about neighborhood and safe times. The room was spacious with a low couch and table with chair. TV was good with lots of channels. The bathroom had a modern elegant look.
Cons: The hotel is old in the middle of a central San Jose's main market. During the day is ok to walk around but at night it could be dangerous for foreigners. Taxi would be the best way to get around at night. Thehotel has an old elevator that needs to warm up for about 5 min in order to be used. Its kept turned of to conserve energy. I used the stairs a lot because of it. The bed was big but not very comfortable. The bathroom was small with a large shower area but it had a sewer smell and could not get rid of it even with spray.
- Isabel (8/5): good for the money - a little difficult to find, specially after dark !
- Fabio (2/5): - A ese pulguero no regreso ni a recoger mis pasos....mejor dich ni regalado.
