- Agata (10/5): Wonderful Christmas week with friends and family (3 bedroom apartment) - Beautiful apartment, very clean, spacious, incredibly comfortable, well equipped, gorgeous views, common pool and hot tub with a view over the mountains and it was very quiet despite peak season (christmas) . Very proactive host in their communication. Personal preference but the beds were very soft

- Anthony (7/5): Great condo with decent amenities without the big cost. - Pretty simple condo apt. Not new or luxurious, but worked out perfectly for 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 young adult. Hot tub was prefect with 2 pretty strong jets and a couple lower powered ones. Hot tub and pool were pretty clean, with great views. Free parking was a big bonus. Will definitely book again. Would be nice to have an actual person to book in with, but I understand. Keeping costs down, you have to sacrifice somewhere. Check-in time a touch earlier would be nice too.

- George (1/5): Poor facilities and very poor customer service !! - Building is close to the village and walking distance to the Anta lake. There are two spacious bedrooms and also a decent living room. - No one is there to help if you have any issue. - Building is under construction. The facade of the building is completely covered with construction mesh - The furnitures are old and worn - We were out of the suite for more than one hour ( with a kid ) because somebody from the building maintenance locked the security bar in the suite while we were snowboarding at the mountain.. We have no clue why they did it but the response from the suite management was very late and poor. We also spent an extra hour to figure it out how to get access to the suite. Hope nobody has to deal with this horrible experience.

The entrance was difficult to find, there was no staff either so we weren’t able to ask for help. The company didn’t reply to emails or phone calls prior to the trip with questions. It was an apartment building not a hotel/resort like the website states

The check in process was a bit difficult for codes for the building and doors but was eventually sorted. Although there’s building work going on the large window needs a good clean so you can see the views better.

Lovely fellow guests and owners that I bumped into. Everything was easy to navigate and so clean. The kitchen was well set up. Secure parking for the car and bikes. Excellent.

Construction dust and grime all over the floors, counters etc. We called the hotel company and someone came to clean it and hour later, but it was still dirty. - on booking.com it is advertising this suite as 4 bathrooms. It is only a 2 bathroom suite, so we were a little upset it is advertising incorrectly. -the pictures on booking.com show a hot tub on the patio. When we arrived the patio was under full construction. Hot tub and patio was not usable. We felt like the suite wasnt advertised truthfully.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. it was very functional and was better than home! We visited during an arctic blast of -20 degrees. The heating system wasn’t working the first couple nights but I believe the building had it fixed by the third day. The elevator needs a bit of maintenance, it would get stuck on P and the doors wouldn’t open.

- Jon (10/5): Fabulous Vacation to Whistler - View was amazing. Location were excellent. It was an excellent choice for us. We thought we wanted to be in the village, but went with recommendations to be very near it instead and it worked out perfect for us. Great access to trails and very close to Lake Alta. Wish there was a better solution for Kayak storage, but we just had to be a little creative to figure that out.
