• Johanna (10/5): Ruheoase am Meer - Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die ganze Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und die hauseigenen Parkplätze waren sehr praktisch. Wir waren total überrascht und hatten trotz Regen eine tolle Zeit. Vor allem das tolle Frühstück in der Sonne am Meer war den Schlenker an die Küste allemal wert. Vielen Dank für alles! Nichts.

• Pichu (10/5): - Obiekt bardzo zadbany. Położenie przy samym morzu. Dosłownie dwa metry od morza. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Obiekt wygrywa jakością. Wszystko ma wysoką jakość. Począwszy od materacy, poduszek, pościeli, poprzez wystrój, wykończenie, podejście personelu. Dosłownie wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Przesympatyczny personel, znakomita lokalizacja i cudowny widok z tarasu. Pokoje bardzo duże. Brakuje żelazka w pokojach.
• Drago (10/5): Best place to stay in Neum! - The owner Ante welcomed us with a smile and homemade pear rakija. Our room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The guesthouse is right on the new walkway, few meters from the sea. It's just a short 5-minute walk down to restaurants and bars. Free parking on premises was a life-saver because I noticed it's very hard to park your car otherwise in Neum. We haven't tried the breakfast but I saw other guests enjoying it and it looked spectacular. I'd recommend Villa Maslina to anyone coming to Neum. It's an amazing value for your money.

• Guest (1/5): Worst experience ever, truly disappointing! - Nothing! A huge thank you to the Booking.com team for assisting us avoiding the host attempt to deny us from leaving a review! I truly regret booking this accommodation after trusting the positive reviews. For the same price, we were given a triple room without a proper window, only a tiny balcony facing a neighboring house just a few meters away. Sleeping was impossible: every time cars passed over the rainwater drain grate in the road, the noise echoed through the walls and ceiling like constant thunder. The host was far from welcoming, and the property description was misleading. There was no minibar, and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in on arrival. The A/C was always switched off, some beds had no nearby power outlets, and the ladder into the sea shown in the photos didn’t even exist—it belongs to another hotel further away. The “sea view” was fake, and despite the description, breakfast was not included. When I tried to raise these issues, the host became aggressive. We were practically thrown out—with two small children—simply for complaining. The host insisted we were the only guests who had ever complained, but later admitted to the noise and missing ladder, blaming the city and refusing to take responsibility for the false advertising. They even tried to mark us as no-shows despite the fact that we stayed and paid, in an attempt to prevent us from leaving this review. We couldn’t help but feel discriminated against as Hungarians. A huge thank you to the Booking.com team for assisting us in this matter! This was the worst stay experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.

There were many sea urchin in front of the hotel. We wanted to swim but it was little bit dangerous thats why we did not use hotel's sea side for swimming.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Paradiesisch - Es war überragend schön. Ante der Besitzer ich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wie es nur irgendwie möglich ist. Eine paradiesisches Gefühle wenn, man neben den Olivenbäumen frühstückt. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier. Danke für alles Ante.

Od trenutka dolaska pa sve do odlaska, sve je bilo apsolutno savršeno. ​Prvo što nas je oduševilo je besprijekorna cistoca. Svaki kutak smještaja, od sobe do zajedničkih prostorija, blistao je od urednosti, što je pravi pokazatelj pažnje i brige vlasnika Osjećali smo se ugodno i opušteno, kao kod kuće. ​Vlasnici su posebna priča. Njihova ljubaznost i usluga su na najvišoj mogućoj razini. Uvijek su bili tu, spremni pomoći, dati savjet.Takva posvećenost gostu rijetko se susreće. ​Što se tiče ponude pica i hrane sve je bilo vrhunsko. Svaki obrok je bio pravo gastronomsko iskustvo, pripremljeno s ljubavlju i pažnjom, a izbor pića bio je odličan. ​Sve u svemu, Vila Maslina je mjesto koje preporučujem svima. Ako tražite savršen odmor gdje su čistoća, usluga, hrana i piće na najvišem nivou, nećete pogriješiti. Zaslužuju sve pohvale i sigurno ću se ponovno vratiti.

• Zuko (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful location! The villa slopes down into the sea with lord of spots to lay down or sit down around the olive trees. Our room was wonderful - clean, modern, beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, and AC! Parking is free but a little difficult only because the street is very small especially with all the other cars parked alongside. So just be aware and maybe come with a small car. The host was wonderful and friendly and very accommodating. Also made a great cappuccino! Would love to come back someday!

Hatten sogar trotz eigener Einschränkung (vegetarisch) eine riesen Auswahl, sehr schön präsentiert und super geschmeckt. Sehr netter Host jederzeit verfügbar, auch um zb kühle Getränke am Tag zu bestellen. Nichts.

• Mary (10/5): A relaxing stay at the edge of the sea. - Everything. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom and a large terrace with serene views of the sea! The breakfast was exceptional! A beautiful presentation always prepared the freshest ingredients and lots of different flavors. I loved that I could just walk down the steps and go for a swim in the morning. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But what I appreciated the most was the kindness of the host/owner who parked my car when I arrived very late the first night. He immediately answered my message and came within minutes when my rental car was making odd noises on my last night and I needed to get up early to drive to the airport in Dubrovnik in the morning. He called a friend who is a mechanic and they took care of everything for me. I highly recommend Villa Maslina! I was traveling by myself and I felt safe and cared for and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. No complaints.

• Monie (10/5): 10/10 recommend! - This location exceeded expectations. It was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the water. Very clean and smelled good. The husband and wife hosts were both very nice. They speak good English. Nice lounge chairs to lay overlooking the water. You can order breakfast which was delicious. We had the room with 3 twin beds and it was spacious. Good AC as well. There was parking on site that was good. This was the 4th place we stayed on our trip and it was the nicest. Wish we had stayed longer. Again like most places in the area be prepared for stairs. And this property is CASH only. Conveniently located to restaurants and small shops. Shower was a little small but clean, good water pressure. You have to be careful getting in the water in front of villa because there are lots of sea urchins but there are some areas with less and plenty of people in the water.

Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Recommendation: I highly recommend The Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.
• Luciana (10/5): Well located, peaceful, and with an amazing sea view. Super friendly owners. - Honestly, this was the best place I stayed during my recent trip to Bosnia and Croatia. The location is excellent, just a 10 to 15-minute walk to the center of Neum. Our room had an incredible sea view, it was clean and perfectly quiet for sleeping at night. The owners were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! I definitely recommend the place! Absolutely no complaints about it. It was amazing.

The room and balcony was spacious, bathroom a bit small. Lovely seaview, comfortable bed with nonsweaty materials. Wonderful garden to relax in and just walk out the gate for a swim. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Friendly and helpful owners. Some more space in the bathroom for own toiletteries and towels. Neum as a destination. In the end of september the weather is still great, but many restaurants, cafes and shops have closed down already.

You could swim right in front of it or go to the closest beach, which was not even half a min walk. • Karina (8/5): Very good - Beautiful villa house on the sea shore with partial view to the sea. Spacious bedroom and clean bathroom, comfortable beds and free parking. The reception was very friendly, waited for our late check-in and even treated us with some beer! Other than that - comfortable location for a rest between other attractions. It was our mistake but we didn't notice that only cash payments are accepted and had to cash out some local currency just to pay for the accommodation (cards/payment via booking are not ccepted). Common kitchen was not that well-equiped, we missed some coffee or other simple necessities. Bathroom could use a shelf to put your shampoo/soap/etc, it kept falling over and making a mess. There's also not much to do/see in the city, very few public beaches infested with sea urchins so we had to look for a beach further away. Shops around also only accept cash payments so be prepared to take out some local currency.
