• Noriko (10/5): Fantastic stay! Highly recommended! - Clean inn, close to Haneda. The innkeeper took extra care to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There were complimentary guest snacks, guidebooks, and every other helpful amenity you didn’t think you needed. The washing machine and drying rack were also great. Location was close to Haneda. N/A. This location is exceptionally convenient for access to Haneda, Ota ward as well as Yokohama. Be sure to review your travel itinerary to make sure the inn is close to attractions that you wish to visit as Tokyo is very large.
• Frank (10/5): - Facilities: Nice sized family home with plenty of supplies provided. The host provided some snacks upon arrival which was very nice. There were plenty of supplies such as water heater, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and even a nice portable vacuum for accidents. One big surprise was the number of USB outlets and charging cables provided. We had plenty of devices with us so that was a nice feature. Having the extra space to sleep in the tatami room was very nice. The shower room is large and the tub is very nice. Everything was well documented in the room with detailed instructions in English. Any additional questions were replied to promptly by the host. Host: Hiromi was incredibly gracious and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting her as she came by with extra supplies and to help dispose of the garbage when the garbage bin was full. She was very prompt in responding to any questions or requests we had. You could tell she was very conscientious and always made sure that we had everything we needed. She was everything you could hope to have as a host - a real pleasure! Bottom Line: If you are looking for a quiet area a little further from the heart of the city, this is the perfect place. We felt that having such a nice facility with a wonderful host really elevated the quality of our trip. We are definitely looking forward to staying again if we have the opportunity! • Béatrice (10/5): Excellent séjour à Haneda - Notre séjour a été exceptionnel. L'hôte a tout mis en oeuvre afin de rendre notre séjour agréable. A notre arrivée, durant notre séjour et jusqu'au check-out l'hôte prend des nouvelles. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à des snacks, biscuits et bouteille d'eau de bienvenue. La maison est très propre et confortable. Il y a des instructions pour rendre l'utilisation du lave-vaisselle et la gestion des déchetsbplus aisée. Comme c'était l'anniversaire de mon fils il a eu une attention particulière pour l'occasion. Nous sommes arrivés 4 heures avant le check-in, l'hôte qui est très réactif nous a autorisé à déposer nos bagages. Je recommande ce logement si vous êtes de passage à Haneda. Rien tout était parfait.
• Chiu (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommend to stay IROHA. We stay 3 nights. Very clean and good condition at anywhere such as kitchen, living & dinning area, bedroom… And I surprised and appreciated that I got an Hand writing welcome msg and gift from owner.
• Jacinta (10/5): We stayed for 8 nights, it was our first time in Japan. The accommodation is so close to the airport but you can’t hear - It was only a short walk to the train station through the cherry blossoms. It was very spacious and had such beautiful features that when I sent photos to family they thought we were in a tea house. So many things were supplied that we didn’t expect. It was so comfortable and our host Hiromi would get back to us very quickly with all our questions and had great advice. When we come back to Japan we definitely want to stay at IROHA STAY HANEDA Everything was fantastic
• 拓真 (10/5): Great place to relax - The interior of this accommodation beautifully captures the essence of the Taisho Romantic style while offering a spacious and comfortable living area. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Although it takes a bit of a walk from the station, the surrounding area is quiet, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. Nothing to say anything. It's all perfect!
• Mihiro (10/5): A peaceful hideaway that perfectly blends classic beauty with modern comfort, ideal for families. - The location is very convenient, with just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The nearest station, Keikyu Umeyashiki Station, is only about a 10-minute walk, so access is not an issue at all. We drove, and having free parking available was a great bonus. The room was spacious and immaculate, making us feel right at home. The interior was beautifully designed, with a classic charm reminiscent of the Taisho era, creating a wonderful atmosphere like something out of a TV drama. It was also a very peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, and it made us think it would be perfect for a long stay. They also had toys and gear for children, so next time, we’d love to stay here with our kids. The host was always attentive and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. This place is perfect for families or long-term stays. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! There were no particular negatives.
