Guest Reviews
- Avikash (10/5): Awesome experience - It was spacious next to the jetty and yeah nice environment. Everything. You gotta have heated pools
- Siok (5/5): Bad. - Location, orientation of property, ambience, out door undercover area. Dead ants in their trails, dead and dying cockroaches in the house, inadequate lighting, dead potted plants, unkempt external area on both sides of the house, not a great cleaning job internally either. Maintenance/replacement required on doors and front sliding grill, gas tank ran out when we started BBQ, no stand-by tank and was asked by the after hours person to get a replacement at the nearest BP petrol kiosk. (This is not acceptable). No proper inside living/sitting area apart from the TV lounge. Instead the pool table takes up the whole of the living space. Air-conditioner’s thermostat probably not working and we could not control how cold it became and decided to turn it off altogether. One of our guests cut her finger on a sharp edge on the front door left by a bad angle grinding job. We had to hammer in the rough edges ourselves to prevent more mishaps. Connector water hose to the pontoon tap was spilt and when I called on Thursday for a replacement, I was told they would try to contact the owner but nothing eventuated by the time we checked out on Monday morning. This hose has obviously been split for a long time by the looks of it. It was just all very disappointing.
- Jones (1/5): Bad -
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - Location Might need pest control was a few cockaroaches running around inside
