• Karmolinski (8/5): It was a very pleasant stay, nice facility, nice location. - It was very nice and quite modern, very clean, the beds are separated by a little curtain which allows you to have your own privacy and to not disturb other people with the light it. It was very close to the beach and to the bus station, it’s a nice location. Honestly I can’t think of anything negative. I struggled a few minutes to open the door as there are no staff in the hostel and everything is done digitally, but it was not a big problem.

Solo hay que puntualizar qye el baño de mi habitación estaria mucho mejor si tu biera mapara com o el resto de los baós. Al ser un baño con cortinas, sel suelo siempre estavba lleno de agua con lo que esto supone a la hora de ir al baño.

• Marta (10/5): - Bien ubicado, limpio, las camas muy cómodas. Esta muy bien que cada cama tenga su luz, su cajón y la cortina para dar privacidad. Muy bien de precio. El baño de la habitación de abajo se inunda bastante porque todo el suelo es plano. Pero bueno arriba hay más baños individuales que están muy bien.

El diseño del Hostel , la Sala Comedor cocina muy comoda. El tramite online excelente. En mi estacia ( habitación femenine) no estaba muy ocupado , todavia resulto más comoda. Repetire .

• Yoshida (6/5): Great Location and Value, but Inconsistent Staff Experience - • The dorm was cleaned daily and kept tidy. • Because of Carnival, most other hotels in the area were very expensive, so I appreciated being able to stay here at a reasonable price. • The location is excellent — right in front of the beach, with restaurants and bars nearby. • The kitchen was relatively well equipped with basic utensils. • When I contacted staff by phone or chat, the response was quick. • The common area was spacious for a hostel of this size and comfortable to spend time in. • Salt, oil, and dish soap were all empty. When I asked via WhatsApp to refill them, I was told they do not provide refills and that anything available had been left by previous guests. I understand not providing oil, but having no dish soap in a hostel with a kitchen felt unreasonable. When I asked a cleaner directly, they kindly refilled the salt and soap, but said there was no oil available. • The listing mentioned a washing machine, but when I asked the staff, I was told there isn’t one. • The shower drainage was poor. After showering, the water spread across the bathroom floor and even reached the toilet area, so we had to push the water away ourselves. • After paying the tourist tax, we were given a password for entry. When I extended my stay, I was told I could continue using the same password. However, it stopped working on the day of my extension. A new password worked, but this also happened to other guests, which caused confusion. • The property description mentions a garden, but I couldn’t find one.

• Bent (6/5): Fint hostel med en bøvlet indtjekning - Udemærket hostel med gode facilitetet, men oplevelsen blev noget ødelagt af den bøvlede indtjekning. Intet personale. Svært at komme ind, fordi instruktionen blev sendt meget sent, efter jeg var taget afsted. Det var MEGET bøvlet. Men det lykkedes til sidst

• dannycastel (9/5): Hostel pequeño, nuevo y reformado con buena relación calidad-precio. - Hostel muy nuevo y recién reformado. Con buena decoración. Con 3 lavabos amplios. Habitaciones de 6, con edredón y toalla. Todo digital. Con una cocina pequeñita pero suficiente para hacer alguna comida ocasional y un comedor con mucha luz a pie de calle. Todo muy limpio y correcto. Dispones de Gel y Champú en el lavabo. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy céntrico y bien situado en Palamós. Quizás el proceso de check-in on-line es confuso y engorroso, aunque si llamas o les escribes por whatsapp te lo solucionan al momento. Las escaleras de acceso a las camas superiores son algo incómodas pq no están inclinadas.

• Sandra (5/5): Disappointing. This is not an hostel is just business for them - Beds are good and also the location. This hostel doesn't comply with the Hostels practices: there's no staff in the building and it can feel unsafe when we are the only guest in the building, kitchen is very small, very small fridge without freezer (according the big number of beds/ dorm), there's no curtains in the kitchen/ living room so when we're having a meal Spanish people stare at me looking inside (this is cultural but doesn't make sense and it's unpleasant for the guests). Only 3 individual Bathrooms to be shared for everyone in the building. I don't recommend this hostel for more than 1/2 nights, not in summer and especially if you'd like to cook. They don't have any iron in case you need to borrow. Lastly, the cleaning lady is very arrogant and disrespectful. I asked a simple question about a spare towel as my stay was longer than a week and she started shouting telling me to look for it...Extremely unpleasant. Other two guests saw her having an argument with another guest the da before. As an hostel there are so many things to improve.

• Katrin (9/5): - Es gibt keine Rezeption und niemanden, der vor Ort ansprechbar ist. Die Tür öffnet automatisch. Es dauert ziemlich lange, bis sie wieder automatisch schliesst. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich das als verunsichernd empfunden, v.a., wenn sonst niemand da ist.

Hay un Bonpreu y un condis cerca y estas al lado de la playa. La cama era cómoda y Debajo hay un cajón como para una mochila donde almacenar cosas (Ojo! . Debes llevar tu propio candado. ) Que el check-in y check out fuera todo ONLINE. No hay una recepción donde te puedan auxiliar con algo de forma inmediata,es todo online. Por lo tanto si quieres llegar muy temprano para guardar sólo la maleta o la mochila y MÁS TARDE hacer el check-in... , hay que planificarlo bien, ya q no tienen recepción o alguien q te haga el favor, sino q tienes q esperar a la hora de ingreso y a partir de ahí tendrás el Código de acceso (precio formulario online).

Tener que recoger el agua no lo vi efectivo, dado que gente desconocida de la habitación no lo hizo y el baño quedó encharcado. Considero que un plato de ducha sería una mejor opción, viendo cómo puede ser también accesible para movilidad reducida.

• Ines (10/5): Nice Palamós ❤️ - Super Hostel. Alles fußläufig. Vom Bus ca 10 min Fußweg. Nicht weit zum Meer und zur Altstadt. Alles war sehr sauber und chick. Blütenweißes Bettzeug und Handtücher. Wird täglich frisch gemacht und geputzt. Wenn es Probleme gibt, kann man sich entweder persönlich oder direkt 2min entfernt im Hotel Trias melden. Sehr hilfs- und kompromiss bereit 😀 Die Mädels vom Zimmerservice haben beim Betten machen einfach meine Ladekabel entfernt und mitgenommen. Ich konnte das am nächsten Tag klären. Es wurde zurück gebracht mit Entschuldigung. Meinen Rucksack hätte ich da lassen können, bis zum Nachmittag. Der Bus fährt 16 Uhr. Check out 11 Uhr. Habe ich dann vorsichtshalber ins Trias gebracht und die Situation geschildert. Danke

El ganchito para poner el candado estaba flojo. No lo solucionaron. La habitación da a un descampado . Super inseguro. No a daban los códigos para ingresar a la habitación o al establecimiento. El check in y todo es un line. Nadie controla
