• Anonymous (1/5): No electricity and no contact from the owner befor arrival - Nothing There was no electricity, no hot water, no air con, no wifi no nothing. Owner knew there was no electricty several days in advance of our stay and did not let us know it was not repaired untill we arrived and caller her about it. Booking.Com was not helpfull. We found another room for more than twice the cost as we had to book the same day. DO NOT STAY HERE

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent stay at your property, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The place was in very poor condition—everything was dirty, unkempt, and far from what was advertised. Most concerning was the presence of bedbugs, which made the stay not only uncomfortable but also a health hazard. This is completely unacceptable and should be addressed immediately to prevent others from having the same awful experience. I strongly suggest you take urgent action to improve the cleanliness and hygiene of your property.
• Claudia (6/5): Overall it was ok, some things need improvement - The location was very good and the neighbourhood felt very safe, including at night. Easy access to transports. The self check-in process was very easy to follow. It was just what the pictures shows, the decor is very cute. The house doesn't have wi-fi and the mobile network doesn't work very well inside. Doesn't have a microwave which I think is the minimum. It was very clear that the house was missing some finishing touches and some things were already in disrepair.
• Jennifer (6/5): Definitely room for improvement. - Across from grocery store. Nice pizza joint close by. The heated drying rack in the washroom is a nice feature to dry out items on a rainy day. Difficulty opening the main gate with the key. Frustrating. Cannot lock front door from the inside of the apartment, because it interferred with the metal gate. There was a laundry rack in the living room with washed laundry. There was no TV. Towels had strong odour (perhaps they were air dried) and appeared discoloured (bleached?).
• Laurynas (8/5): Very good - The house is about 25 minutes by feet from the city center. It is a good place for a family of 4-5 people. You can find a free parking place in the yard. There was no WiFi and the mobile internet signal was very weak. The electric hob was not working.
• Maria (5/5): Very bad choice - I didnt like anything there. The pilows were together with the hoover. They didnd have soap, or anything for bath. The shits where smelling but, and they didnt have wifi. I had no internet for two days
• Gunel (10/5): Great please in a great Firenze - Everything was just great! Location, house, staff. I love all of it and next time will stay here for sure. I think the people without mobile internet can have a problem with it, but I has it that is why didnt have any problem.
• Marine (8/5): Very good - Great value for Florence! Comfortable mattresses, good equipments in the kitchen. Not far from the city center, 15 min on foot. No Wifi but that was specified in the description, unfortunately the data wasn't good either at this place but that was globally the case in all Florence.
• Virginia (8/5): Good location - Lovely flat comfortable for 4 peoples. Convenient location, five minutes to the tram station which takes 10 minutes to the centre of Florence. The hot water ran out after 2 showers!!! And would be helpful if provided a hair dryer
