• Hans Meijerink (10/5): Leuk hotel met super gastvrije ontvangst. - Super ontvangst van Charlotte. Heeft meegedacht ivm oud/nieuw. Op nieuwjaarsdag stond een uitgebreid ontbijt al klaar om 0830. Ook het extraatje van de pantoffeltjes was een leuk kadootje voor het nieuwe jaar. Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. -

• Anja (9/5): Really wonderful stay! We were just passing through and needed an overnight but we will gladly be back. Thank you, Charl - The rooms are beautiful new, clean and comfortable. The linen and towels are good quality. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. It would be great if a coffee machine and mini bar can be added to the rooms, but as it wasn’t said to be a facility, I cannot find anything wrong. They do offer breakfast on premises as well, Perhaps the hours of the breakfast can be a little extended, but they were so accommodating I am sure had we asked they would have assisted on that too.

• laurent (8/5): Bon séjour et personnel sympa malgré notre mésaventure avec l'ascenseur - Petit déjeuné bon, manque un peu de choix mais produit de bonne qualité. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain spacieuse et propre également. L'hôtel est silencieux malgré la proximité d'un aéroport. la literie très molle et nous sommes resté coincé dans l'ascenseur qui est heureusement repartie tout seul au bout de 5 minute sans que personne ne vienne à notre aide.

Met enkele kleine herstellingen (bv. enkele haakjes van de gordijnen los, lampje aan bed waar een stukje ontbrak) wordt de kwaliteit nog hoger! Bij aankomst bleek niemand aanwezig te zijn, moeten aanbellen om binnen te kunnen en dan lag toegangskaart klaar aan de receptie. Kamer dan zelf gezocht. Was niet helemaal duidelijk uit telefoontje 's ochtends. Parkeerplaatsen vlak voor hotel hadden laadpalen, was niet duidelijk of je er met een niet-elektrische wagen mocht staan. Op zich parking genoeg rondom maar nu bleven die plaatsen leeg.

Het toilet spoelde vanaf de vroege avond een hele tijd niet door. Pas 's morgens net voor ik wilde vertrekken werkte het opnieuw. Het hotel is gelegen op de hoek met een erg drukke weg.

• D A Ham (8/5): Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. - Het is een ruime kamer en heerlijk koel als je de ramen maar dicht houdt. Locatie is vlak aan een doorgaande weg en makkelijk te bereiken. Parkeren voor de deur. Ik had zonder ontbijt geboekt en daar werd ik door de receptie over gebeld of dat nog aangepast moest worden. Dat was fijn. De kosten van dat ontbijt waren erg hoog en naar mijn idee niet in verhouding. Bij het afrekenen deden mijn credit card en bankpas het niet. Ik had meteen het vermoeden dat dit aan de gammele internet verbinding daar lag en gelukkig hadden we nog echt geld bij ons om dat ontbijt te kunnen betalen. Naderhand bleek dat alle passen normaal werkten. Van het internet moet je het daar dus niet hebben! Het uitzicht is op een industrie terrein dus weinig vrolijk.

Breakfast was excellent and the lady serving it was extremely nice and kind. In general, the hotel looks clean and modern. Nothing major, all was ok. Maybe for the breakfast to add some vegetables, like tomatoes, cucumber, red peppers etc. In the bathroom a hook or two to hang the towels would be useful.

• Yonatan (9/5): Lovely stay in southern Belgium during the Olympics - Lovely stay! A big, spacious room, lovely staff, and a very good breakfast. Equipped with a big closet, kettle (needs to be picked up from the floor bar), and glass cups. Very close to Lille (20-25 minutes), where the Olympic basketball competitions were held; not far from Bruges (35-40 minutes). A quite and relaxing environment with a helpful staff made it a wonderful stay. Breakfast ends very early on weekdays (09:00 AM), minibar could have been a nice addition.

Conveniently located for Menen adjacent roads N8 and R8, with Aldi and Carrefour in walking distance, and petrol station nearby. Kortrijk is nearby town with good selection of restaurants. Incorrectly advertised as having tea making facilities in each room, but this not the case. Tea/coffee making was available at a central point outside the rooms.

• Veronika (10/5): The prestige room with double bed on thee top floor was absolutely comfortable. - The prestige room with double bed on thee top floor was absolutely comfortable. The policy in the hotel regarding towels is if you want towels to be changed leave them on the floor in bathroom otherwise hand them. The thing is, there is nowhere to hand the towel in the bathroom apart from heating rack. Also on my second day cleaning lady brought me clean towels even though I didn't need them, but as I was in the room she just left them on the floor outside me room, which I find even more weirder. The other thing the hotel does is honesty bar. Basically there are different types of drinks available in the kitchen, take what you need, write it on the paper and pay during checking out. Very nice and comfortable indeed. I'm not going to mention the prices as it's expected to be higher than in the shop, but thing to watch out for is other guests writing their drinks on your room, not sure if it was intentionally or just a mistake, but as advise better to take the paper slip to your room if you don't want end up paying more if you aren't attentive enough.
• Veronika (9/5): Superb - Everything what was needed was there. Some towels had yellow stains which is not nice, although they were clean. My first room was missing a remote control for the TV so I had to ask for it in the reception. Shower gel product is a bit weird one as it's also for the hair, so it leaves some layer of the product on the skin so you need to rinse it several times off for this gliding layer to be gone of the body. And it's also becomes a slipping hazard if you put this product on the feet as you can slide there in the shower easily. Just something to be aware of. Also when I had single bed, the single duvet cover was too small for my comfort.
