Guest Reviews
- Riccardo (9/5): -
- Sir (10/5): Will come again next month - Everything Nothing
- Kay (10/5): Loved it and highly recommended. excellent value - fantastic location and very secure with every item you may need hairdryer iron kettle toaster and even beach towels. Two bedroom one large double and two single beds in 2nd room. Owner left us tea
bags and crisps and even shower gel and even tablets for the washing machine ! We also got a late checkout which was fabulous could do with extra or fuller pillows on each bed. A minor issue😊
- Xhendris (3/5): A well-equipped stay with comfortable beds and a great kitchen, but issues like a strong bathroom. - ✔️ The double bed and two single beds were very comfortable.
✔️ The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for full meal preparation. ❌ Strong bad smell from the bathroom pipes—even with the window open, the odor was extreme. Keep the bathroom door closed to avoid it spreading.
❌ No shower shampoo was provided.
❌ Mold in the toilet, which was disappointing.
❌ The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with a hard wooden part that made sleeping painful.
- Downing (5/5): Price was reasonable despite a level of disappointment in regard to the condition of the property. - Size of property, Location. Beds very hard, dusty floors, shower drainage was blocked, had to clean out myself as best as I could to help prevent flooding in bathroom.
- Hatim (2/5): Very poor - The room in TIERRA DEL FUEGO is unsanitary: an IMPOSSIBLE and harmful smell of humidity and mold, dangerous for any human being! I immediately informed the owner who turned out to be an agency and not an individual, LANZAROTE VACATION HOME, and he told me that an agent would come the next day. We slept on the floor in the living room, like dogs, with mold smells leaking out. The next day, LANZAROTE VACATION HOME after its intervention confirmed to me that the mold odors were existing but resolved. When I returned the same evening (day 2), it was still there and nothing was resolved, and they did not agree to come because it was outside their office opening hours. I still had to sleep in the living room on the floor with odors leaking and with an exterior light that was impossible to turn off because it could not be programmed from the inside (I begged LANZAROTE VACATION HOME to at least come and turn it off) but they told me said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact BOOKING. This is a pure scandal! I demand an immediate refund and recommend that LANZAROTE VACATION HOME/TIERRA DEL FUEGO be removed from booking because UNSALUTOR ACCOMMODATION! Attention future tenants: TIERRA DEL FUEGO is unsanitary accommodation and you will be sick the next day!!!
- Galina (8/5): The apartment is nice and large enough for 5 people. - The bed mattress (single bed) which is next to the window in the twin bedroom is too soft and possibly old. It sinks if lying down. Therefore I could not sleep there. I suggest to replace the mattress on that bed. But the mattress on the bed opposite is Ok, it is firm and that is the bed I slept on.
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Vanessa (8/5): Pleasant - The space and the facilities were really good. Would have liked the towels changing without charge.
The wifi kept losing signal so no tv.
- Nick (8/5): Very good - Location was residential but quiet, at the top of a hill and a 25 minute walk downhill to the beach and PDC, however lovely bars and restaurants on the way to stop at if you wanted a more traditional experience.
The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and spacious, exceptional value for money. Nothing really, wouldn’t recommend walking up to the apartment from the beach, it’s very steep! Taxi wa only 4 euros
- Mikosz (9/5): Superb - The keys were left in the locker as in the instruction. The only issue was that we did not get the code to the first door and had to walk around the apartments to get in. Apart from that, the location was great, quiet but close to the town centre. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Beds comfortable. Just an issue with getting to the main door worried me on the arrival. All went well after that.
- Warren (9/5): Superb -
