• Chernova (9/5): Great apartment! - The apartment is in an excellent location. It is literally 3 minutes to the tram stop and also 2 minute to tram and bus stops by the seafront. There are two large supermarkets within a 1–3 minute walk where you can buy everything you need. The view from the window is beautiful. The apartment itself is very bright and spacious. The mattress is very comfortable, which is important when travelling, and the pillows were also great. There is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious fridge, a good stove, oven, and a washing machine, which was very useful when travelling with a child. The host was very accommodating. We were allowed an early check-in, and on the day of departure, after confirming the cleaning schedule, we were able to check out later. All our questions were answered quickly. There is a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The area is quiet, so it was easy to sleep and wake up comfortably. There is also a large balcony with a table, perfect for having coffee, and a drying rack for clothes. We didn’t go to the beach as it was still a bit cold, but there was even a beach umbrella in the wardrobe. The beach itself is about a 3-minute walk away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment. None of the following affected our stay in any way. At some point in the past, it seems the balcony door may have been left open during rain, so a section of the parquet floor near the second balcony door is slightly unstable. However, we didn’t really use that area, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Also, for a few days after around 10 am, the hot water was only lukewarm. This didn’t affect us much, as hot water was available in the mornings and evenings, so it may be related to building rules or temporary maintenance.

• Kraaybeek (9/5): - Prima appartement, dicht bij het openbaar vervoer, strand en wat winkels. Buiten WhatsApp helaas geen persoonlijk contact met de host, 1,5 rol toiletpapier en 2 sets handdoeken/badlakens is wat weinig voor een volle week. Wellicht is het een idee om een informatiemap samen te stellen. Dit is niet als commentaar bedoeld maar hooguit als verbetering aan te dragen.
• Maria (9/5): Alles top :) - War sehr sauber, gemütlich, neu renoviert, hatte alles was wir brauchten für Kaffee und co, Bad modern, zu Fuß zu erreichen Strand & trocadero Yacht Hafen mit vielen bars & restaurant- supermarket nah & Gastgeberin sehr nett :) Unterkunft selbst eigentlich nichts, nur das Parken war an manchen Tagen etwas schwierig…

• Solvita (10/5): Noteikti atgriezīsimies, jo nepaspējām apskatīt visu ko plānojām. - Ērta atrašanās vieta, Atēnu Rivjēra, no balkona redzama jūra, pāris kvartālus tālāk Athens Sightseeing autobusa pietura. Arī sabiedriskā transporta pietura netālu. Dzīvoklītis tīrs, svaigs, veļas mašīna, masāžas krēsli. Netālu pārtikas veikali iepirkumiem. Automašīnu ērti novietojām uz ielas pie dzīvokļa. Visam pielāgojāmies. Viss patika.
• Jean (9/5): - Να παίρνουμε το πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι. Η θέα προς την θάλασσα. Τραμ και λεωφορεία σε άμεση πρόσβαση. Δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ. Το ασανσέρ μέχρι μόνο 100 Kg δεν εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη.

The host was proactive, providing information on check in and check out in a timely manner and was responsive on any attempts to contact him/her for information. The only challenge was parking, something obviously problematic in the area.

Very nice, helpful and responsive staff and owner. The apartment is very well maintained, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, the location is excellent, very well connected, bus x96 will take you from the airport to right next to the apartment. I strongly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again. Nothing
• Eoin (10/5): Exceptional - Ayda and Tasos were both most friendly in all dealings with them Apartment was immaculate, really comfortable bed and 2 massage recliner chairs made the stay most pleasant. Nice welcome gifts were provided in the fridge Location is ideal, 2 minute walk from beach and only a half hour tram into the centre of Athens. Many shops within a small radius Overall a lovely stay. Would go back again in a heartbeat Construction works going on in the building meant it was a bit noisy in the mornings but hopefully these will be finished soon!
