- Androniki (10/5): - Ο Abu ηταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και η ψυχή του καταλύματος. Ακούραστος από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ εξυπηρετει για ό,τι χρειαστεις. Προσέφερε δωρεάν σάουνα και μασάζ καθώς και βόλτα στο Νείλο. Μπορει να σου οργανωσει και εκδρομές στο Abu Sibel και στα νουβικά χωριά. ΔΙαθέτει εστιατόριο με τοπική κουζίνα και προσφέρει τοπικά χειροποίητα ροφήματα. Μας εξυπηρέτησε για όποια ανάγκη προέκυψε. Κατά την άφιξή μας μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι με τη βάρκα του και μας πήγε στο καταλυμα που μας περιμενε δροσερό το δωμάτιο γιατι ειχε ηδη φροντίσει να ανοίξει τον κλιματισμό για να μην δυσανασχετησουμε από τη ζέστη. Θα ήθελα το μπάνιο να είναι πιο μεγάλο και να υπήρχε πατάκι για να μην γλιστράμε. Ακόμη, θα ήθελα να υπάρχουν δύο πετσέτες και όχι μία.

- sofia (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο Abu Nubian Guest House ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και προσεγμένος, ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικός και φιλόξενος. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκανε να νιώσουμε ευπρόσδεκτοι, προσφέροντάς μας welcome drink και φροντίζοντας για τη μεταφορά μας κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση. Επιπλέον, μας παρείχε δωρεάν υπηρεσίες, όπως πλύσιμο ρούχων και μασάζ, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Ξεχωριστή εμπειρία ήταν η βόλτα για το ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς και οι δραστηριότητες που οργανώθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια πολύ όμορφη και αυθεντική εμπειρία που θα προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

- elena (10/5): - Abu meraviglioso ,ha fatto di tutti per farci sentire a casa,ci ha dato un succo di benvenuto a base di Guava,ci è venuto a prendere una volta arrivati ad Assuan e siamo sempre stati in contatto per risolvere ogni dubbio. La colazione ottima , così come la cena,una prelibatezza ad un costo davvero ottimo. Abbiamo anche fatto la lavatric e ci ha fornito il sapone lui,cosa di non poco conto. Acqua calda e condizionatore,un armadio e una cassettiera dove riporre le nostre cose. Ci ha aiutato con le escursioni e ci ha trovato la guida in italiano. Consiglio a chi fa Abu Simbel di fare il tour privati e non condiviso in modo da porter stare al.sito quanto vuole,per la differenza di prezzo che ha ne vale la pena Bisogna solo abituarsi al bagno piccolo ma direi che non è stato un problema

- Anja Inge (10/5): - Es war der 1. Urlaub mit meinem 80jährigen Vater. Abu ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und er kocht fantastisch. Er hat uns spezielle Plätze gezeigt. er ist ein sehr guter Tourguide. mein Papa und ich haben uns immer sicher gefühlt und in sehr guten Händen . Abu hat eine Sauna und er massiert auch sehr gut 10 of 10. ich komme n. Jahr wieder inshalla. herzlichen Dank Manfred und Anja Ich liebe independent Travel und auf meine eigene Weise zu reisen. Abu hat alles getan unsere Reise unvergesslich zu machen. super bequeme Betten, sauber. einfache Ausstattung aber sehr gut geführt.Abu ist gut vernetzt und bietet individual Trips und Taxen Boottrips etc. an..wir sind super Happy das gefunden zu haben. L'Abu ens va portar a donar un vol amb la seva barqueta i ens va organitzar el trajecte a Philae. També vam sopar de meravella al restaurant del seu germà. Breakfast was excellent and the location is in a quiet corner of the Nile island Elephantine, but one can walk to the ferry port in a few minutes. The bathroom was nice and the room was clean. The free drinking water was very appreciated. The only issue that I had in the guest house was that the beds were just too short (I guess around 1.8m long only) for tall like me.

- Hugo (10/5): - La guest house est sobre mais d'une propreté irréprochable avec une literie confortable. Elle est situé côté ouest de l'île et ne donne pas sur les berges, ce qui la rend très calme, loin du bruit des bateaux du Nil. Le propriétaire Abu est disponible et serviable. Il peut arranger des excursions (sans commissions), il propose aussi un sauna, lave linge et tour en bateau au coucher du soleil gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur une terrasse avec vue sur un jardin arboré, est composé d'une grosse omelette aux légumes, de pain frais, fromage, crudités et un fruit. Le bruit de la ville certains soirs parvient jusqu'à la guest house.
- Elina (10/5): - Очень приятный отель в тихом и зелёном месте на острове. Все аккуратно и чисто, терраса уютная, завтраки вкусные, утром поют птицы. Вода и чай в любое время, отдельное спасибо за свежевыжатые соки из гуавы, особенно приятно было попить сок после вечернего перелета. Очень удобно, что можно воспользоваться стиральной машинкой. Просторный номер, удобные кровати и быстрый интернет. Есть небольшая общая зона на несколько номеров с диванчиками и чайником. Абу помогал нам во всем - с трансфером из аэропорта, с организацией поездок в Абу Симбел и Люксор, и с покупкой каких-то необходимых вещей, с переправой через Нил к разным достопримечательностям. Ужинали несколько раз в отеле - было вкусно, особенно понравились супы. У нас было все необходимое, но я бы порекомендовала брать с собой резиновые тапки для душа - он совмещен с санузлом, как много где в Египте, и шампуни - их тоже часто не бывает. Еще я бы посоветовала кроме всего прочего посетить гробницы знати (совсем недалеко на лодочке от отеля) и погулять там подольше - очень интересное место, показывают только 4 гробницы, но можно посмотреть и другие, если пройти подальше. Асуан очень яркий и необычный город! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых Абу, а еще Мохаммеду и милой девушке, которая помогала на завтраке (не знаю, к сожалению, ее имени)!

D’abord il est venu nous chercher en bateau et nous a préparée le repas du soir. C’était très appréciable après un long voyage. Il a cuisiné pour nous tous les jours. C’était vraiment très bon et le prix est raisonnable. Également il nous a organisé des circuits pour aller au temple Philae et Abu simbel ainsi que le taxi pour aller à Assouan … avec des tarifs corrects. Tous les jours il nous a emmené voir gratuitement le coucher du soleil avec son bateau . C’était vraiment très chouette ! Chez Abu guest house, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison . J’ai même rencontré des gens qui sont venus chez Abu plusieurs fois. Merci beaucoup Abu et Abdou! Vous nous avez laissé un super souvenir. On reviendra certainement ! Le débit d’eau faible . Ce n’est un petit détail qu’on peut s’en passer. Par rapport au service et la gentillesse qu’on reçoit tous les jours.

- Raquel (10/5): Un lugar para sentirse en paz - Aún no habíamos llegado al guest house y ya nos sentimos súper acogidos con la preocupación de Abu para que llegásemos. Es una aventura desde minuto 1 ya que para llegar tienes que salir desde un pequeño puerto y cruzar el Nilo. Muy fácil todo. Te viene a buscar el mismo con su barquito y el paseito hacia el alojamiento es realmente agradable. Está ubicado en la pequeña isla de elefantina y para mí fue de los mejores sitios de mi paso por Egipto. El trato de Abu y todas las personas que trabajan con él, la comida, lo limpísimo que está todo, lo cómodo que te sientes, lo bonita que es la habitación, todo excelente. No puedo estar más agradecida con Abu. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos preparó un desayuno riquísimo y abundante para ir a abu simbel, que también nos lo organizó él y a precio buenísimo. Después tenía que ir a hurgada y hasta en eso nos ayudó. Si necesitas cualquier excursión o cualquier cosa Abu te lo pone muy fácil. También nos invitó a ver el atardecer en su barquito. Todo un detalle y un lugar que te hace sentir que estás totalmente en casa. The guesthouse is situated on Elephantine Island, which is a quiet and relaxing location just a short ferry ride from the chaos of Aswan city centre. The property has a lovely rooftop to relax upon and this is also where breakfast is served. The food at the guesthouse is delicious, we had breakfast there every day and also ate for dinner there. The rooms are very well equipped and we even got an upgrade which was much appreciated. Abu and his family went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable indeed.

Il sait nous conseiller pour les excursions et les tarifs que nous devons payer. Il nous a organisé l'excursion vers Abu Simbel et une balade en felouque que je vous recommande. La chambre est très propre et le petit déjeuner copieux.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Adu. Il est venu nous chercher en bateau à minuit sans nous faire payer. Abu, l’host, di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. Ci è venuti a prendere con la sua barca al molo per aiutarci con i bagagli. Abbiamo prenotato con lui due tour (Abu Simbel e Philae Temple) entrambi favolosi e a buon prezzo. Ci ha anche aiutati ad organizzare il transfer da Luxor ad Assuan con taxi privato e soste ai templi lungo la strada. La terrazza sul tetto ha una gran bella vista sul Nilo e la vegetazione dell’isola. Colazione ottima e abbondante. .
- Fabio (10/5): Esperienza stupenda! Dormi sereno - Ottima esperienza, Abu ci è venuto a prendere con il suo battello al molo di notte e ci ha accompagnato presso la sua Guest House. Abu è sempre stato super disponibile appena arrivati gli abbiamo chiesto se poteva farci da mangiare e lui subito ci ha preparato uno ottima cena (cucina veramente bene!!). Camere comode, spazziose, pulite e super silenziose, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. Tutte le mattine ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni molto abbondanti (cosa non usuale per noi italiani mangiare tutta quella roba). Consigliatissimo!!!! Bagnio un po piccolino ma funzionale!

Nos ayudo a organizar traslados y excursiones desde antes de llegar, ademas de un paseo en su bote gratis. La comida es muy rica, al igual que el desayuno. Ademas la isla es muy tranquila y silenciosa (se agradece mucho en Egipto), y la gente que vive allí super amable. Hay una cocina disponible, lavadora, y todo lo necesario. Sin duda volvería. Nada.

Loin de l'effervescence ́d'Assouan , ici c'est tranquille d'ailleurs nous y avons passé 4 nuits. Endroit très propre, déjeuners et repas très bons. Abu fait tout pour que nous passions un très bon séjour. Moindre besoin il est toujours là pour trouver une solution (achats, transports....à des prix moindres car il traite directement avec les locaux). D'ici quelques jours il va ouvrir un espace massage avec sauna un vrai plus !!! Merci à toi pour toute ta bienveillance, tes attentions. On conseille cette adresse à 200% Les nuits commençant à être fraîches une couverture plus épaisse serait la bienvenue

Man får en ægte lokal oplevelse, personalet er utroligt venlige, og værelserne er rene og komfortable. Abu er desuden utrolig hjælpsom og kan arrangere ture og aktiviteter, hvis man ønsker det. Always felt safe and no one hassling you. Ferry very cheap. Nice restaurants on the island, especially King Jamaica. The winding streets get a bit of getting used to especially when dark at night, but easy if you have google maps working.

Abu organized a transfer for us from the airport, met us at the boat dock and took us to Elephantine Island on his boat. Upon arrival, he offered us a fresh mango juice. He took us to a drive on his boat around Elephantine Island. The room was very clean and breakfast was good. Everything was great. The only complaint is that the bathroom is too small, there is no place to take a shower.

Restaurant on the site is very convenient and you can enjoy your food in a private terrace. I ended up spending a lot of time on that terrace, just relaxing.

- David (10/5): Logement très agréable - La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Elle est bien placé sur l'île Elephantine, en 5min à pied on peut prendre un bateau pour traverser pour 15EGP. C'est calme. Abu est très gentil et attentionné, il nous a beaucoup aidé. Je recommande sans hésiter. Par contre la douche est vraiment petite mais fonctionnelle, ça ne nous a pas dérangé et j'ai compris qu'elle est plus grande dans d'autres chambres.

Il bagno piccolino con doccia senza box, ma non è stato un problema. Alla sera Abu ci ha portato gratis a vedere il tramonto. È stato pratico anche il pick-up all’arrivo con la barca dal molo, anche questo gratis. Al ristorante si possono consumare gustosi pasti alla carta. Abu parla molto bene inglese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Abu est venu nous chercher en bateau à notre sortie de gare puis nous a redéposé en partant Notre chambre familiale pour 4( 2 enfants et deux adultes ) était très bien avec 1 grand lit et 2 plus petits dans une grande piece Les petits dej sur le rooftop très bien! Nous n'avons pas utilisé les climatisations car les ventilateurs au plafond faisaient très bien le job! Nous avons dîner un soir : excellent avec des tajines a 7$ . 2 pour 4 suffisent car très copieux Enfin Abu laisse a disposition l'utilisation de la machine à laver! ! Peit être proposer quelques boissons en plus du coca pour pouvoir boire un verre le soir ;)

Mr. Abu was extremely welcoming, the rooms are super comfortable, well-decorated, and very, very clean. He even ofered us a bigger room for free. The dinner and breakfast prepared by Mr. Abu's wife were the most delicious we had in Egypt. He also took us on a boat ride around Elephantine Island, showing and explaining everything. At the end, he also offered us a massage session... very relaxing! In short, it was truly a pleasure to have stayed at ABU Guest House. If I could rate them more I would because they really deserve Nothing at all... Everything was perfect!

Il est venu nous chercher au débarcadère qui est face a la gare, nous a emmenés sur les lieux de nos visites le 1er jour, nous a réservé un chauffeur pour une autre journee de visites. On se sent comme à la maison (eau à volonté, possibilité de faire sa lessive, accès à la cuisine pour prendre un thé, un café). Les repas (chez lui ou chez son frère) étaient délicieux. Nothing major—just note that the island location requires a short boat ride, so plan your transportation ahead for convenience, such as some walking on the Island, however this helps up really live like a local in Aswan.
