- sudesh kumar (10/5): Perfect friendly Neapolitan hospitality. - Good location for transport to get around in Naples. A quiet place with kitchen facilities etc.... Luigi is a great host and he made it a must to come and visit me in person which exceeded my expectation. I was allowed for early check in and late checkout without any fuss. The kitchen and the lobby is CCTV monitored which is a great aspect in terms of security and safety and I quite liked it as it made me feel safe. My room had a mini fridge which was great too especially to store my milk for tea, my first thing in the morning. The private bathroom was fantastic and the room is of a good size, loved it. The lady looking after the apartment was pleasant as well despite the language barrier we managed to communicate. Definitely a place I would recommend, If you see availability book it as soon as possible before it is gone. Thank you so much Luigi for his hospitality. No issue at all. Everything was great.

Location is close to the centro historico, metro and train station, also bus station basically in front of the building. Great value for the money! Thiner walls so other people wake you up in the early morning/late evening. More homeless people than in other neighbourhoods.

- Jean (10/5): Accoglienza e gentilezza - Gino è stato super accogliente e disponibile, pure prima del check-in con la possibilità di deposito bagagli. L' alloggio è ben organizzato, asciugamani e lenzuola che sanno di pulito, ottima pulizia del bagno in stanza. In camera c'era un mini frigo con una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, che ho gradito. C'è una sala comune a disposizione con cucina. Avrete un mazzo di chiavi con anche uno "sblocca ascensore" (di base l' ascensore si utilizza con monete da 20 cent). La struttura è silenziosa, nonostante la zona sia vicino alla stazione. Non so se la sera la zona sia tranquilla o meno poiché sono tornato a casa in scooter con un amico. È stato davvero un ottimo soggiorno, l' ho trovato disponibile il giorno prima e ho fatto un ottimo affare. Gino è un perfetto padrone di casa!

- Benjamin (8/5): Interesting stay. - Inside the actually apparent was nice, kitchen convenient and available to use. The building/stairs and outside location was questionable. We didn’t feel unsafe, but there is a ton of trash and questionable people walking all around day and night.
- Mihindu (10/5): It was a esiest place to stay to visit Napoli.. - It is close to the main train station, easy to get to everywhere, buses, trams, and the Metropolitan are very close, and there are many restaurants. Although it is located on the third floor, there is an elevator. You can use the elevator without paying with the key you receive.You can use the washing machine and the kitchen freely...

- Bmhdez (8/5): Estancia cómoda. - El alojamiento estaba cerca del centro y de todos los puntos de interés. Muy cerca de la estación de metro y de autobuses para moverte por la ciudad. Luigi, el anfitrión, fue muy amable y se comunicó con nosotros por Whatsapp dándonos todos los pasos a seguir. Tenía ascensor. Balcón en la habitación. Las camas eran cómodas, la decoración adecuada, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Cerca hay restaurantes y cafeterías. Nos permitió entrar antes de la hora estipulada debido a nuestro horario de tren. Tuvimos una incidencia con las toallas, que el anfitrión nos compensó las molestias con un desayuno en un cafetería, cosa que agradecimos bastante. La calle era algo ruidosa y se seguía escuchando algo de ruido aún teniendo las ventanas cerradas. Deben revisar el enchufe del baño ya que cuesta mucho meter el enchufe.

- Gary (10/5): Exceptional - The room is nicer and larger than it looks in the photos. The bathroom is great and everything was spotlessly clean. The window opens onto the inner courtyard so you get a view of authentic Napoli living and it's quieter than being on the other side I guess. The kitchen was big and had everything I needed (kettle, microwave etc). There's a small "mini-bar" fridge in the room but none in the kitchen. The host was very responsive, even when I changed my arrival time at the last moment. Everything was great really. I would probably prefer a normal bed to a bunk, but I knew what it was when I booked, so fine.

The facilities of the hotel were good enough. everythong very clean and confy. The owner Luigi was always very kind and provided all the information about the hotel. It was a good experience to be there. Unfortunatelly the neighborhood seems to be somewhat dangerous so you have to take certain precautions, but it is worth staying at the hotel because of the proximity to the train station.

He kept the place clean and despite being close to the train station and busy streets it was quiet in our room. It was a very comfortable room. - Mónica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is fully renovated and everything works perfectly, including the AC. My room looked exactly like in the pictures and came with a fridge and cold water as courtesy. Luigi is a wonderful host and keeps active communication through whatsapp to make sure everything goes well with your stay. The location is very convenient to take the trains and buses to the Amalfi Coast towns, Pompeii and other touristic destinations. The centro storico of Napoli is in walking distance and you can also use the metro or buses in case you dont want to walk. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back; Napoli and the southern coast of Italy are full of charm, beauty and history. The area around the main train station is a bit intimidating some times being a solo traveller, specially at nights, since there are many inmigrants hanging around (mostly men from African origin); but nothing bad ever happened to me. I am perfectly aware that illegal migration is an international issue affecting Italy, witnessing this was just part of the whole travel experience.

I liked the shared kitchen and that there were only 5 rooms to rent. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but were told it was fine. But it was a sweet place

The thing we loved most about our accomodation was our balcony overlooking the piazza, it was perfect to undwind and relax after a busy day walking and exploring the city. - Saif (10/5): Fantastic place and location to go anywhere in town. - The apartment is very clean and comfortable located at an ideal spot near the central train station. The rooms are big, clean, and comfy. They come with a personal fridge, and a personal bathroom. Luigi, the host, is a very nice guy who cares about the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment generally... so it's always super clean. He's also very quick to answer any query you may have. The only complaint I may think of and it's nothing serious was that my bed was a double bunker bed. I would have preferred a single bed or a king size but it did its job so that's all.

Although the room was quite small, everything was clean and functional - perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep. The area around the train station can feel a little ‘unsafe’, but as long as you keep your wits around you, you’ll be fine.

- Piotrek (10/5): Exceptional - A room in an apartment located in a tenement house allowed you to experience the feeling of being a resident of Naples. The room was well equipped with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Close access to the railway station and metro station made it easy to move around the city and the surrounding area. The room is located in an area with several cafes and grocery stores, which allowed for easy shopping. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meals. The host of the apartment is a very helpful and nice person who took care of my stay all the time, taking care of the cleanliness and comfort of the room. In the bathroom, unfortunately, the handles were poorly attached to the wall, which made it impossible to hang towels and there was no place to put them. The room was located in a tenement house, which unfortunately meant that you could hear noises throughout the building. The location is a short distance from the historic center, which in the evenings forced us to choose a taxi to return home.

He always check up on me by sending WhatsApp messages everyday. The lift! It broke down the first day and the hotel is on the 3rd floor.

The walls are quite thin - we had some very loud neighbours entering/exiting their room and talking very late into the night and you could hear them very easily through the wall

The owner is really nice, always ready to help and be in contact. We were very surprised that during our stay all the sheets were changed (the owner asked as when the room can be clean which never happened to us before). The whole apartment is being kept tidy and clean. Definetely coming back when we'll be around! This is not the most representative area in Naples. Still it's close to train stations, so if your aim is to visit ancient places around Naples, this is good spot.

- Karan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect choice! Nice, clean and very spacious room and bathroom with all necessities. Generous, friendly, very polite and approchable host (amico) Mr. Luigi. We have stayed here for 7 days and it felt like home. Appartman is located near (5 min walk) to the metro, tram and bus station. Walkable distance to all the attractions in the city. There are several market in the area as well as restaurants. Our flight back was late in the evening and we could leave our lagguage in the building, so we had light stroll in the city all day. If I come back to Napoli again I would booked this accomodation again. Highly recommend!
