Laís (5/5): - A localização é muito boa, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, além de ter um shopping super perto. O Flat é bem equipado e aconchegante. Contato fácil com a proprietária, apesar de não ter conseguido resolver os problemas, ela sempre respondia. O prédio tem uma portaria digital para entrada, mas não conseguimos ninguém para cadastrar, e quando tentávamos com a portaria remota, sempre recebíamos a mensagem de que o apartamento não estava cadastrado. Algumas vezes ficamos do lado de fora, na chuva até que algum morador saísse para que pudéssemos entrar, um verdadeiro transtorno. Além disso, acredito que não foram feitos testes de resistência, pois toda vez que ligávamos o chuveiro - mesmo frio - o disjuntor desligava, assim além de termos que tomar todos os banhos com agua fria, ficavamos no escuro durante os banhos.
