• Kinga (10/5): - Lokalizacja na duży plus, wyposażenie kuchni pozwala na samodzielne przygotowanie posiłku, czysta pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Ogólna ocena 9/10, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, dobra baza wypadowa na miasto, w pobliżu super bazar. "cienkie ściany" powodują że słuchać wszystko co się dzieje za zewnątrz i na klatce. Zaskoczył mnie prysznic i w pierwszej chwili myślałam że go zwyczajnie nie ma - był ale nietypowy, dla mnie nie był problemem. Psy sąsiadów biegające samopas - niekoniecznie nastawione przyjacielsko.

• Krzysztof (7/5): - The apartment is large, clean, and self-check-in is always a huge plus. The owner is very helpful, changing check-in and check-out times was no problem, and I also got some great recommendations for places to eat. The location is also great, you can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. A big plus is the comfortable bed. The apartment is located in an older building/tenement house, and the only heating comes from portable electric heaters. This wasn't a problem in early April, but it can be problematic in the colder months

• Alicja (8/5): Polecam - Mieszkanko fajne. Na krótki pobyt. Blisko do metra( 10 min pieszo) oraz do głównych atrakcji Sofii. Brakowało pełnowymiarowej łazienki, ale to nie była wielka przezkoda. Z gospodarzem super kontakt. Świetna instrukcja pobrania kluczy.

• Marina (3/5): Не препоръчвам, особено през зимата - Достатъчни инструкции от домакините за безпроблемен самостоятелен check in, удобна локация, беше възможно доста рано да вляза в апартамента (още в 12ч). Доста студено през януари, въпреки електрическите радиатори - стара сграда с минимални козметични подобрения, без изолация. Банята е малка и неудобна, като при мен и бойлерът не беше предварително включен - неприятна изненада след като се прибрах късно вечерта. Тоалетната чиния се клати, при използване на душа е невъзможно да не влезе вода в коридора. От всички кранове течеше кафява вода, която успя да се подобри до леко жълтеникава на другия ден.

Los anfitriones suuuper amables y atentos El baño es muy diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados normalmente, sobre todo en España, pero nos hicimos a él bastante mejor de lo que pensábamos. La limpieza estaba correcta, pero igual, había cosas que para mi gusto podrían estar mejor
• Edyta (9/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. W pobliżu duży market spożywczy, piekarnia. Blisko centrum. Brak prawdziwego prysznica. To w zasadzie ubikacja z zamontowanym wężem do mycia. Na krótki pobyt daje radę.
• Gosia (10/5): Dobra lokalizacja, mili wlaściciele - Bardzo mili gospodarze, kuchnia była wyposażona, w tym np. Przyprawy i oliwa, więc faktycznie można było w niej gotować. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie nie było porządnie wysprzątane, problematyczny prysznic

• JOSE (4/5): - La ducha está conectada al grifo del lavamanos, dificultando que éste se utilice. Además, el cuarto de baño es muy pequeño, con lo que para ducharse se queda todo mojado. La limpieza en el cuarto de baño era bastante mejorable.
• Laura-Elisa (8/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe für zwei Personen und die Anbindung ist gut. In 15-20 Minuten ist man an den wichtigsten Einkaufsstraßen. Gleichzeitig ist es in der Nähe der Unterkunft recht ruhig. Kann ich empfehlen, wenn man günstig für ein paar Tage in der Stadt bleiben kann - wir hatten jedenfalls einen recht guten Aufenthalt. Das Bad ist wirklich klein - für ein paar Nächte aber völlig ok.

• Kristýna (7/5): Good - The apartment is located in a very good neighborhood, you can walk to the women’s market in a few minutes, everything is very close. The host is very communicative and always provides all information in advance and responds to any messages right away. Overally very good care from the hosts. We enjoyed our short stay there. The facilities are a bit old and rusty, the toilet is moving forward when you sit on it, you have to wipe the floor of the little bathroom each time you use the shower, it’s not exactly practical bathroom but you can manage. The place is probably renovated but quite cheaply which is understandable as the whole building is very old and rusty and we understand that the owner doesn’t want to invest money in it.

• Ian (6/5): Quiet location but wouldn't stay again - Good location, easy walk to city centre. Quiet at night. Good internet. Clean. Easy access with key safe. Good communication with owner (but never met anyone). No smoke alarms. Electric sockets difficult to use and felt like the socket would come off wall if plug pulled out. No microwave or oven. Just a hot plate to heat pans on. No TV. No sofa or seating area other than kitchen table and hard dining chairs. Bed felt like it would collapse when you sat on it (but didn't!) Sheet not big enough for bed, so mattress exposed. Voile style curtains in all rooms, so felt like people could see in if light was on. Kitchen sponges stuffed behind bathroom taps where they connect to wall, as taps didn't fit properly. Exposed wires. Interesting shower arrangement ( but managed to shower). Street dark to walk along at night. Property is next to a building site, we (and the taxi driver) thought we'd been scammed when we arrived. Apartment is part of old residential block and is accessed by uneven wooden spiral staircase.

• Huyen (9/5): Cozy apartment for 2 in Woman market area - Excellent location close to the Woman's market where you can explore the local life and food, walking distance to the city center where all the sightseeings located. The host is really nice and supportive, they find us a solution for self-check-in due to our arrival at mid-night as well as advise on parking areas and rules. If you have a rental car, note that free parking on the street is only allowed from 8pm Sat to 8am Monday. the bathroom is quite small and water easy to get out.

• Alexandre (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very confortable and clean, it was well-located and have everything we need. The bedroom was spacious, the beds confy. The kitchen was well equipped. The toilet was small but functional. The host was very kind, he even received us at late hours, give us suggestions and left us a delicious chocolate. Sofia is a beautiful city, for a next stay we will certainly get back to this apartment.

• Dafni (8/5): Very good - The room was renovated and generally looking really nice. The owners were really kind and helpful providing us detailed information about what to do in Sofia. A small chocolate treat was waiting for us which enhanced our experience. The location was doggy - you were a bit afraid to move around especially at night. The bathroom needs to be bigger and renovated cause it’s not very comfortable as it is.

• Simona (7/5): Sofia Little Corner - Great position near to the Sofia city centre and its monuments. Despite the main entrance which was under restoration, it was a really nice apartment (from the room with a double bed to the well equipped kitchen). The two guys managing the apartment were very kind and we appreciated their welcoming. Nikolay was very kind showing us all the rooms as well as Boris who gave us all the information and helped us with our early check-in and check-out. The only suggestion is to improve the bathroom space because it is really small, it could be difficult even to have a shower and clashed with the nice apartment. Moreover I suggest to clean the fridge by removing goods of other guests before new guests coming.

• Aleksandra (3/5): Poor - The property was close to all city attractions and the hosts were welcoming and responsive during check-in. At first glance the property looked decent and the host showed us all the equipment and rooms except for the bathroom. When we asked if the door was to the bathroom he said yes and didn’t go inside, nor opened the door. We only open it while he was leaving and at first we didn’t have a good look. When he left we went inside and it was completely unclean. The toilet was disgusting and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Later, it stopped working (flushing). Moreover, the bedroom was okay but when we turned one of the duvet covers there were coffee stains. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the sheets were not fitted so basically we had to sleep on the mattress. Additionally, when I checked under the bed there was a lot of dust. The kitchen was equipped but there was a lot of dust on the fridge as well and when we opened it we saw that it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. There was opened cheese and rotten fruit, opened bottle etc. We were there for only two nights and didn’t stay in the room much so we didn’t have time to react about all of this, but for a longer stay this would have been a problem. Furthermore, there is a construction site next door and it’s pretty loud in the morning. The last morning, there was a construction worker at our bedroom window and because the curtains were transparent it was quite uncomfortable and disturbing.
• Syuleyman (10/5): Highly recommended - I had a fantastic stay at this amazing place! The location was spot-on, close to all necessities. The apartment exceeded expectations, even better than the photos, and the price is a steal. The creative design of the furniture and interior conveys the feeling of coziness of a different home without compromising on comfort. Moreover, the landlord was incredibly polite, assisting with everything. Cleanliness and perfection defined my experience. Highly recommend!
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - I am extremely uplifted by both the place, the cleanliness of it and the host's special approach. The bathroom is not of huge size, but it fulfils all functions and is designed in a practical way. The most important thing seems to be the room, which is spacious, pleasant and equipped with really comfortable beds. We lacked absolutely nothing, so any unreliable, unflattering reviews should be surprising. The host is kind, responsible and able to communicate in English to an advanced level. He cared about our comfort and was open to any objections. I think, despite his young age, he is a model of how hospitality should be conducted.
• Denny (3/5): Probably ok for a night or two on a budget. - The property was bare bone and very basic. No hanger or hook in the bathroom which was tiny and overflowing when showering. The bedroom had a short and uncomfortable bed, with an old springboard. Linen was clean, but the apartment had a smell of an old vacuum cleaner bag that I couldn’t air out with all the windows open. Common areas were a mess. There’s a construction site right next door and a lot of noise from there along with street and neighbor noise from early in the morning. Windows have light curtains, if you like me bed blackout curtains that may be something to consider. No central heating thought two electric heaters. Luckily the host was very kind and friendly and location is fairly central. All the furniture looks really old and even with the new floors and walls, still looks cheap and unfurnished. Overall coziness is missing.

• Ivanova (10/5): Exceptional - Nikolay and Boris are incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They're also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment is located near shops and public transport and also is within walking distance of the city center which makes it very convenient! We sincerely thank you for the experience! :))
