• Giuseppe (10/5): Meraviglioso appartamento in centro - Non ha prezzo andare a dormire e svegliarsi con la cupola in bella vista. Un appartamento ampio e curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutti i comfort disponibili e host veramente gentile. Abbiamo tardato di 15 minuti il check-out a causa di un imprevisto. Siamo dovuti andare in farmacia e al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato gli addetti alle pulizie (comunque gentile) già intenti alla pulizia dell’appartamento.

• Kristin (10/5): Beautiful apartment stay in Florence with spectacular views of the Dome. Easy 5-15 minutes walk to most locations. - The location and view are spectacular. Close to most everything, clean and safe.
• Eszter (5/5): - The view was beautiful and the place itself was nicely furnished. The location was excellent, and getting in was very easy. I recommend this accommodation only to those who are okay with the fact that the heating cannot be turned on until a certain date — we were freezing during our entire stay, it was only 16°C inside. We would have appreciated it if, after we mentioned that we were freezing and had gotten sick, we had been given a space heater. The luggage storage was in a dirty room, and I wouldn’t recommend leaving your bags there.

• Paula (10/5): Great 1 BR apartment close to the Duomo on a street with conveniences. - The facility sent us a video of the entry which made it easy and stress-free. The apartment has two aspects, facing Fiesole and Bruneleschi's dome. Fabulous As Americans, we don't always find the appliances to work intuitively (for us). We didn't figure out the oven!

The location is absolutely perfect—centrally located and just steps away from the stunning Duomo. It made exploring the city so convenient! The property itself is amazing. It’s clean, well-maintained, and features gorgeous high ceilings that give it a spacious feel. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional service. Even during the holiday, he responded quickly to my inquiries and came over to show me something that made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

The location is close to everything we wanted to do and is walking distance to the train station. The stay was excellent with one minor inconvenience. We were given instructions to discard our trash the morning of checkout (instructions received after we already went to bed). There was no instruction guide in the apartment. The trash bin is about 1.5 blocks away as another reviewer stated. Of all our years of traveling globally this is the first time we were asked to do this and seems odd given they have cleaning service that would clean the unit.

The location is unbeatable – right outside the window, you can see the stunning dome of the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), which was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The host provided a detailed check-in guide, making the entire process smooth and easy. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.
• Jorge (10/5): Amazing and luxurious apartment with an unbeatable view, all necessary commodities including washer and dryer, and perfe - This is an absolutely amazing property! A full one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, with elevator, and a view of the Done that takes your breath away. You get to see it from the bed and from the living room. It is very tastefully decorated. The bed is super big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. It has a washer and dryer which works perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room is spacious. The bathroom is big, clean, great water pressure. Easy to get in with a video explanation. And last but not least, its location is unbeatable. You can walk everywhere in 10-20 minutes. Just an amazing place for an amazing city like Florence. All was absolutely wonderful.

• Anne (10/5): Perfect in so many ways - The best part of our stay was Luca who was wonderful in making sure that everything was to our satisfaction and when ever we needed him, he always answered the phone and attended to our needs, even sending Caroline his colleague when the oven wouldn’t work and she went out and bought two large casserole pans so we could cook for some guest we were entertaining. These two people are an asset to their company, they made our stay there perfect just like the apartment was perfect, very roomy and clean. Also so close to all the major sights. Highly recommend it to anyone.
• Sue (10/5): An Apartment like an upscale hotel. - Carolina the host provided excellent instruction on everything and was very responsive. You could not pick a better location if you wanted a place that was walkable throughout the city center. The apartment felt more like an upscale hotel really. It was very hot in June and it was wonderful to be able to walk about, go back and rest in the A/C, refresh, then go out again. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Nothing.

• Sandy (7/5): Good - Location and view is unbeatable Good taste in furniture Cleanliness is definitely not 4 stars. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there comparing to hotels. Moldy in the shower room and laundry machine is too dirty to use. Too many mosquito. I got over 10 bites the first night and they got very swollen for the remaining of my trip. Recommend adding mosquito vaporizer in the room. AC not really working and very hot in the room. But also unable to open the window due to mosquito. :(
• Shi (7/5): Great view, spacious place but I would suggest to up your service - The apartment is one block from Duomo, really nice view of the dome from both the bedroom and living room. Apartment itself has a modern furnishing and new furnitures. Minor annoyance that adds up: - only one coffee capsule provided for our 4 days 3 nights stay - strict check out time at 10am, which is much earlier than most places. - been asked to take out our own trash to 1.5 blocks away to throw the trash(?). I have stayed in so many aparthotel/airbnb, this is the first time I had been asked to do so. - no hand towel provided - we did not see anyone in the complex the entire 4 days 3 nights we were there
• Chris (10/5): Beautiful apartment with stunning view, close to everything in Florence. - Large, modern and beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the dome. Just a few minutes walk from the duomo. I’m never sure if a sofa bed will be good or not, but this one was just as comfortable as the other bed (which was super comfortable!) Our host was fantastic. washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Can’t recommend enough! nothing

• Sarah (10/5): Amazing apartment steps from the Duomo - Awesome apartment steps from the Duomo! It was amazing to go to bed and wake up to images of the Dome. The apartment is recently renovated and has everything a couple or single traveler needs to make the most of their stay in Florence, including air conditioning to beat the summer heat and a washer and dryer for laundry. Carolina is always quick to respond and provide helpful suggestions. I will definitely be returning here next time I’m in Florence!
