• Ahmetovic-Suvalic (5/5): Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles... - Le restaurant. Je suis malheureusement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel qui se prévaut de 4 étoiles. À mon arrivée, j’ai été surpris de ne pas pouvoir régler en euros et qu’un supplément de 4 KM me soit demandé. En entrant dans la chambre, le mini-bar ne contenait que de l’eau, aucun autre rafraîchissement ni mignonnette (whisky, rhum, vodka). Nous avions bien du café, mais cela ne correspond pas aux standards annoncés. Le matelas, beaucoup trop ferme, n’offre pas le confort attendu — surtout à notre âge, où un matelas à mémoire de forme serait plus adapté. La vitrine n’était pas confortable non plus. Autres points négatifs : Lampe de chevet en panne Ascenseur hors service le matin Accès à la piscine et à la salle de sport impossible (service en rénovation) Aucun membre du personnel ne parlait français, alors que l’hôtel semble orienté vers une clientèle francophone Aucune information ou instruction disponible en français, ce qui est très regrettable En résumé, une rénovation complète serait nécessaire pour justifier les 4 étoiles affichées. J’ai séjourné dans des hôtels sans étoiles bien plus confortables que celui-ci. Absence de robinet pour couler le bain obligé d'utiliser la douchette.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay with great staf - I stayed in a superb, spacious room that was very clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to provide support whenever needed. When I noticed the shower head holder was broken in my first room, the receptionist immediately arranged a switch to another room—great service! - The hotel is located in what seems to be an industrial supply area. The nearest city center is about a 20-minute drive away. • Dining options are limited, as there aren’t many restaurants nearby. • Breakfast is the same every day, and the coffee machine appeared to dispense only chocolate—even when selecting a latte. I didn’t ask the waiter for proper coffee, so perhaps that could’ve been resolved, but it’s worth noting that the machine didn’t seem to offer actual coffee.

• Tea (10/5): Iznimno pozitivna recenzija - Lokacija je odlična, osoblje iznimno pristupačno, profesionalno i simpatično, soba besprijekorno čista, doručak super. Jedino nam je krivo što bazen nije radio. Čak iako je nestalo vode i struje u cijeloj općini, hotel se pobrinuo da gostima ništa ne nedostaje. Sve u svemu, odličan sadržaj za ovaj iznos, stvarno sve pohvale! 👌🏻

Rezervirali smo tjedan dana zbog prikazanog spa centra i bazena i dobre pozicije za razgledavanje, ali kad smo stigli, ništa od toga nije radilo jer je u preuređenju. To nam nitko nije javio nažalost. Bez dodatnih sadržaja, u hotelu nemate što raditi..
• Ranko (7/5): Solidno - apartman prostran i čist, osoblje jako ljubazno, parking u redu Bazen/spa je trebao raditi od 31.12. ali nije proradio, problemi sa toplom vodom ( treba je čekati bar 10 min), a i grijanje bi moglo biti malo bolje ( 21.5 - 22.5 kolko je bilo max , na vanjskih -8C bi godilo stupanj - dva više)

• Marija (10/5): Idealno mjesto za odmor - Na prvom mjestu istaknula bih izuzetno čistu i urednu sobu, prostranu i modernu. Krevet je bio udoban a posteljina mirisna i svježa. Kupatilo je besprijekorno sa svim potrebnim toaletnim potrepštinama. Sve pohvale za osoblje koje je bilo ljubazno i profesionalno. Lokacija je idealna. Doručak je bio bogat i raznovrsan, sa svježim i kvalitetnim namirnicama. Definitivno preporuka!

• Drazan Sipic (1/5): Buka od svadbe do jutarnjih sati - Lokacija je bila ok, i krevet je bio udoban. U objektu je za vrijeme našeg boravka bila organizirana svadba do ranih jutarnjih sati. Uopće nismo bili informirani o događaju od strane hotela prethodno našem boravku jer bi inače tražili alternativni smještaj. Nikakva isprika ili bilo što zbog neprospavane noći. Kao bonus ventilacija grijanja preko klime je izrazito glasna i u sobi u kojoj sam smjestio roditelje soba 102 klimatizaciju nije bilo moguće ugasiti. Doručan poprilično loš. U svakom slučaju grozno iskustvo koje nebih volio ponoviti.
• Kata (1/5): - Ovim putem bih samo dala napomenuti budućim gostima koji dolaze vikendom da obavezno provjere ima li u hotelu kakav oblik zabave (svadba). Prije svega zaista osobno nemam ništa protiv zabave i glazbe, ali kada dođete u hotel s malim djetetom i želite samo prespavati na miru, ne očekujete pritom da se samo jedan kat iznad odvija pravi dernek, ne očekujete da čujete band od riječi do riječi i da vam krevet vibrira od tolike frekvencije, da šalice koje vam stoje na stolu za jutarnju kavu zveckaju od tutnjave i vibracija. Zaista je izolacija samog restorana hotela na kriminalno lošoj razini, bez preuveličavanja, spavati je bilo nemoguće. Moj iskreni i konstruktivni komentar za vlasnika hotela je da ukoliko imate svadbene svečanosti zatvorite booking hotela za goste koji nisu gosti svadbe, jer ovako zaista dobijete samo loš feedback i gosta koji vam se zbog ovakvog iskustva više nikada neće vratiti (jer jarane ne može i pare i jare). I p.s. sretno mladencima 🥳
• Robert (6/5): I would not recommend staying here on a weekend unless you can sleep through loud music. - Our room and the bed was big and spacious. Location is very central and easy to get to major cities or vitez town. Two of the three nights we were there (weekend) the hotel has a restaurant which they use as a function centre. They did not advertise this on their page. The first night the music was loud until midnight and the second night there was a wedding and the music was loud until 3am. Both nights couldn’t sleep. There was no one at reception to speak to.
