Guest Reviews
- channa (6/5): The place have a good potential if the price was appropriate to what was offered. - . The location on the border of Torre Del Paine National Parke is very continence if you have appropriate car and prepared to drive on very difficult roads. In the 6 days I spend in the area I learned to drive these roads and enjoyed the outstanding views. The place was O.K , nice and simple and the staff very attentive. The gap between the price they charged and what was provided was outrageous. The complex was more of a farmhouse converged into a nice and simple dining room and sitting area. The rooms were collection of pavilions on the ground. The room was nice but small and simple, included a comfortable bed, a place to put the suitcase and a private bathroom. There was no place to sit, no refrigerator or facilities to making coffee. For coffee you had to go out to the main building, even when it rained, and pay for the coffee The manager justified the gap by saying that, unlike big hotels, they give a more personal and attentive service. In the 5 weeks I traveled in Chile, Argentina and Spain, their service was not above the common in all the big or small accommodations. I would not mind the simple accommodation if the price would be appropriate to what was offered

- Jennifer (10/5): An unforgettable boutique stay with incredible service, amazing food, and breathtaking views. - This hotel was an absolute gem—an intimate boutique experience that felt both luxurious and personal. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind. What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. They were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, to the point where they felt more like friends than hotel employees.
The food was fantastic, consistently exceeding expectations, and added so much to the overall experience. And the location? Simply breathtaking. The views alone are worth the stay—truly unforgettable.
I would come back in a heartbeat. Loved everything!
- Charlie (7/5): Good location, friendly staff - Good location Paper thin wall. Small rooms
- Dimitry (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): What a great place to enjoy Torres del Paine! - Great location, food and lovely staff. Nothing.

- Silvia (4/5): Cute place , too expensive for what they offer, they need to adjust their price for what they offer - The property is in a nice setting and nicely decorated with tasteful local artifacts Too Expensive !!! For what they offer. You have no amities in the room, ei: no fridge, no cattle , courtesy tea, coffee or event water !!. No hair dryer, no TV, etc. Breakfast was ok , but small restaurant with limited choices .
- Deborah (10/5): It was beautiful, peaceful, and staff deliverd superb service! - The location, view, food, and staff were extraordinary! Power is not very dependable. They're on solar, and when it goes out, the backup generator is supposed to kick on. However, that did not happen one morning, so there was no power the morning of a 6:30 am hike. No lights getting ready, phone didn't charge all the way, no coffee. My husband didn't go on the hike, and stayed at the hotel, but there was no hot water till 10:30 am.
- CORIE (10/5): Most well designed, amazing place ever - Literally everything, super worth the price
- Jessica (10/5): -
- Aimee (10/5): Awesome location and incredible staff. -
- Samir (9/5): Great service in a unique setting. Great to explore Torres del Paine. - The hotel is conveniently located at the Serrano entrance of the Torres del Paine National Park. I recommend to rent a car, since you will need it to go to the different spots in the park. You can book tours but they are expensive and it is way better to go at your own pace, and be able to see as much you can in the park.
The best part of the hotel is the service, in fact Florencia (Flo), was simply fantastic, they treat you like family, and provide useful tips (including weather forecast). Drinks in the bar are also great (the pisco sour with calafate was the best we had during our trip to Patagonia). The hotel itself is fantastic in design, it is cozy and comfortable. The views from the room is also fantastic.
The area around the hotel has quite a few restaurant options, in case you want to diversify your food options, although food in this venue is great as well. It is a bit pricy for an hotel, but when you consider you are in the end of the world, it is somewhat justified. I would classify it as an upscaled lodge, rather than an hotel (which is fine for us, since it makes more sense for the setting).
Sound proofing in the room could be better, since you can hear the next door room noises quite easy.

- Monica (5/5): - It has a great view The heating system was not working in our room. Food can be better money wise.
- jean - christophe (9/5): Design and nature - A amazing place , calm beautiful design feel you better than home
- Carolina (10/5): Gran hotel!
Rien.
- Carolyn (10/5): Stunning location, design, staff and food! Cannot recommend enough! - Stunning location, design, staff and food! Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The shower in the Puma cabin was very small. Ideally it should be full width.
- Mansourian (10/5): Beautiful place with an amazing view to the mountains, super nice friendly and helpful staff and chef, felt like a famil - Beautifully designed and well kept property. Can’t say enough about the staff and whole team that worked there, very helpful and nice. There was an amazing chef on the property that cooked using local ingredient, very delicious and elegantly prepared.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Xin (10/5): The best of rio serrano - A very lovely place where we spent two days. it has the best view and the staff are very kind and helpful.
- Margaret (10/5): Absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming. - Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious food with great vegetarian options. Stunning setting with great views of the park. Really no negatives
- Charles (7/5): It’;s good but make sure your room faces the Torres del Paine Nacional Park - It was an interesting building. Food was okay and the staff quite excellent. I did not like the way that my cabin did not face towards Lago Grey and the Torres del Paine Nacional Parque. Instead I faced the opposite way with a road and people walking past my picture window.
- Anthony (10/5): A fantastic stay - more than we’ve ever paid for a hotel - but worth every penny for the beauty, and not out of the rang - The staff and the exceptional view of the massif (pay for the upgrade to ensure you get the view to wake up to every morning). The meals were elegant and delicious.
- Yuan (8/5): Beautiful place and unforgettable experience - employees are very nice and helpful. Lovely animals always pass by our window like a cute farm and very clean. Comfortable bedding and quiet surrounding… we love here! Nothing but too expensive hahaha…
- Phil (10/5): A beautiful and relaxing place to stay whilst exploring Torres del Paine National Park. - This is an amazing place to stay! We stayed for 4 nights in one of the lodge rooms - so we could lie in bed and see the mountains across the river. The room was beautifully kitted out, with a comfy bed, space for bags and clothes etc, and a fantastic bathroom. The staff were some of the friendliest people we've met (with good English to make up for our limited Spanish). The food was fantastic - choice of entree and mains with dessert for dinner each night. Each day the staff packed a takeway lunch pack for us. Loved that they sourced local produce, as well as local beers and wine. Great tips on weather conditions, walks - and where to see pumas (we were so lucky to see a mother and her cub). Loved being able to wander down to the river for sunrise and sunset - and have chickens, geese and cattle etc roam through the grounds. Wifi was good, though a little patchy in places. Nothing - Carolina has created an amazing place to stay. Just a note though ... there is no fuel in the area, so be careful with your mileage when driving!
- Jerome (7/5): Despite incredibly attentive and friendly staff, a bit disappointing, given the price - Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Good location just outside Torres del Paine park, beautiful views, some nice walks in the area. Food was very good, but the choices were very limited. For the price, the amenities were fairly minimal (no hair dryer, limited water glasses, not much else), and aside from the room itself and the common area, there were nothing else (pool, spa, exercise room, availabilty of food other than at meal time, etc.)
- Sophie (10/5): Felt like royalty between the views, food/drink, and the overall attentiveness of everyone who works there. - The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
- Mark (10/5): Had a lovely stay, thanks to Carolina, Daniel and the rest of the staff for making us so welcome! - Food was great and excellent standard
- Rebecca (10/5): A beautiful, friendly, cozy stay in TDP - We spent 3 nights here during our honeymoon. It was amazing! Everyone we met was so considerate. We love talking with Paola so much!
We were the only guests for 2 nights, during the fringe season. It truly felt like a home.
Amazing views, delicious local food, and great people! Nothing
- Sheeba (10/5): Nothing less than AMAZING! - The food was excellent! We traveled to Chile , Argentina & Uruguay and this was one the best foods we had. We were also celebrating a birthday and the dessert provided was excellent! The location, the interior, the showers, the ambience- everything was top notch! We went off season so it was just us and a couple in the entire hotel so it was great! I’ll be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know planning on doing this trip. Honestly can’t think of anything!
- Stolarczyk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tomizo (8/5): Very good -
- Israel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sreekanth (9/5): Superb - Manager Carolina went above and beyond . Waiting staff were wonderful too .
- Jutta (10/5): Pure relaxation combined with highest comfort and sustainability. - It is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise! I liked everything!
- Elena (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
