• Michaela (7/5): Would stay again! The owner is so lovely. - I loved that it was more like a home that you were able to use. For me having a fridge and a toaster was great! It’s more like a hostel but with everyone having their own room which I thought was cool, but I’ve stayed in many hostels. My sheets really really need to be replaced, I’d say even the bed but I know that’s a lot. Could start with the sheets!
• Asuvini (1/5): Inconsiderate owner - Location Ugh, slow response. Ew, dirty pillows with saliva stains. The bad mattress messed me up, and now my neck and back are sprained. No breakfast, no shower gel, dust everywhere, and no AC? OMG, in the summer with no AC? I feel the most... The reviews must not be real, or the owner doesn't care. The shower tap was another issue. I had to hold it for ages to get it to flow.

• Kiarash (1/5): Host is not responsible - I booked a room for new year holidays to stay there with my wife, after going there for check-in we realized there is a cat in the property free in the whole building. My wife has cat phobia and there was no information about this important thing in the listing. I contacted the host and the host accepted to give me refund however after that I got charged and no answer from host anymore. Host is not responding at all. This runined my vacation to Montreal during new year. Don't recommend the host. Be aware when booking.

• Maria (7/5): A great place to stay a couple of nights and explore the city. Definitely recommend! - The host was very friendly and helpful. The property is in a great location with plenty to do nearby. The room we booked had a pretty uncomfortable mattress with wiring sticking out, but it didn’t bother us much as we only stayed 2 nights. I believe the property description mentioned breakfast, but that wasn’t included.

• Kit (9/5): A beautiful comfortable home at a reasonable price, in an area convenient to public transportation - We liked the location, the price and the beautifully renovated home. Kitchen facilities were excellent for cooking our own meals. Free parking was available on nearby streets. Whatever we needed was dealt with promptly by the owner, so we had no problems to report.
