Lorna (9/5): Comfortable and clean NYC apartment - Spacious (by NYC standards) 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Clean and quiet between floors and other rooms but some city noise as expected. Beds were really comfortable. Close to Fulton Street metro. Roof terrace was closed for construction! We were really looking forward to utilizing this and it just would have been good to know in advance.

Maddalena (8/5): One Dutch, ci torno! - Zona bellissima a pochi passi dalla old town, Battery park, WTC,Wall street, zona discretamente tranquilla con tanta scelta di ristoranti. L'appartamento arioso con 2 bagni di fantastiche dimensioni, ci siamo stati in 6 ed era comodo, dotato di tutto anche per cucinare. Molto pulito e arredato con gusto. Il personale molto carino, disponibile e sempre presente. unica pecca il ponteggio esterno, che non ha costituito un reale problema, solo esteticamente. Eravamo stati avvisati che ci sarebbe stato quindi abbiamo apprezzato anche questo.

Luana (6/5): - L' appartamento è super accessoriato e i letti sono comodi. La posizione è fantastica e nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il riscaldamento, perdita d' acqua dai termosifoni. Secondo il loro punto di vista hanno risolto con due stufette ma io non ho pagato per questo servizio. Nelle finestre ci sono parecchi spifferi d' aria e si senteno tutti i rumori esterni. La stradina in cui si trova è il " pisciatoio" di cani e senza tetto.

Louise (8/5): Appart hôtel proche de toutes comodités au bon rapport qualité prix - Chambre spacieuse et très propre, réceptionnistes 24/24 chaleureux, emplacement Wall Street très proche du métro (très facile pour midtown, uptown et brooklyn) à proximité de l’embarcadère pour la statue de la liberté. Le rooftop était fermé pour travaux. Comme c’est un appart hôtel, le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour. Le quartier est très pratique mais n’est pas le plus charmant pour profiter des soirées de NYC (vs the village, soho…).

The dryer just wouldn’t dry even the lightest smallest load. There was no blinds on the en-suite window. Some of the outlets just didn’t work. Hard to adjust air conditioning.
Christophe (9/5): Spacieux et bien situé dans le Financial district et proche du métro - Grand logement dans le quartier du Financial district, disposant de 2 belles chambres avec une bonne literie, une salle de bain comprenant une douche et une baignoire, un WC et un lavabo et une autre comprenant un lavabo et un WC. La cuisine dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire à la préparation de repas ainsi qu’une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Une situation très proche de la station de métro Fulton’s Street pour découvrir les autres quartiers de Manhattan. L’appartement manque un peu de luminosité naturelle, car il est situé face à un autre immeuble qui cache de la lumière. Et comme beaucoup d’autres logements New-yorkais, le vacarme extérieur de la nuit s’entend depuis l’appartement et peu déranger le sommeil déjà compliqué avec le jetlag.

Le coin cuisine a été également très apprécié. Le personnel est aimable mais sans plus quant à l’appartement, il manque sérieusement d’épater pour pouvoir accrocher serviette de nombreuses anomalies dans la salle de bain, aucun ménage fait durant le séjour le bruit de la clim
R (8/5): Great location, friendly staff, certainly a recommendation for a longer stay in NYC - Very nice apartment, spacious for New York and well equipped. Good beds for 6 people. The location is exceptional. The access to main metro lines is a plus. Everything is within reach from this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The noise… in parts due to construction works around the building and the neighborhood. We got advised that there is some noise but the level of noise kept us from sleeping well.

Max K. (8/5): Wohnung gut, Lage schlecht. - Wohnung ist sehr groß, gepflegt und sehr gut eingerichtet. zB Miele Trockener und Waschmaschine. Heizungssystem im Hochhaus ist alt und musste im Schlafzimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes repariert werden. Wir haben die erste Nacht im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, da die Heizung im Schlafzimmer in App. 11 E sehr laut klackerte und auch Wasser aus dem Entlüfter herausließ. Dies wurde dann schnell und kompetent am nächsten Tag repariert, allerdings haben wir das Schlafzimmer dann vorsichtshalber kalt gelassen. Die Lage ist wirklich nicht gut, sehr heruntergekommen. Sehr viele "Dauerbaugerüste", sehr dreckig, schlechte Lokale, schlechte Bürgersteige etc. Nächstes Mal doch wieder nahe dem Timesquare....

Markus (4/5): No rooftop, problems with AC - Great location, nice rooms, nice furniture, good beds - but that doesn´t help much with 84+ degrees in the apartment. There is construction in and around the buildung. Therefore the rooftop is closed - according to comments here and on google it has been closed for months already. When we checked in, the AC did not work - and we wer not the only ones to complain about it, the AC did not work on several floors. The guy at the recepton said: Don´t worry, the weather will get cooler at the end of the week. After a lot of complaining and after three days the AC was finally fixed - that´s not good enough!

Wir hatten am ersten Tag leider kein Wasser, da Wasserproben durchgeführt wurden und am zweiten Tag kein Warmwasser. Unsere Fragen dazu konnten nicht wirklich beantwortet werden. Um 22 Uhr kam dann jemand der das Wasser wieder freigegeben hat.

Nagyon hangos a fűtőberendezés( szellőztetőrendszer), füldugóval tudtam csak aludni. Az utca zaja abszolút nem hallatszik be. Ami nagy negatívum, hogy az 500$ depositot több, mint 3 hét után kaptuk vissza.
Stefano (8/5): Appartamento ideale per famiglie con figli, posizione ottimale nel Financial District! - Posizione ottima nel Financial District, vicino a Supermarket (Jubilee), Metro (Fulton & One Trade Center), 10min a piedi dal ponte di Brooklyn. Ampi spazi comuni (cucina-sala), doppi bagni con doccia e 1 vasca (ideale per bambini) Le luci principali delle camere non funzionavano (in nessuna delle 3), abbiamo dovuto utilizzare le singole lampade, Spifferi d'aria continui dalle finestre, quindi caloriferi quasi sempre accessi. I bagni non sono molto attrezzati: mancano dei ripiani d'appoggio e delle mensole. Sono molto grandi, andrebbero sfruttati meglio. in uno mancano anche degli appendini per gli asciugamani.
Jeanette (3/5): Unfortunately the hotel was a bit rundown for what we paid and what we received. - It was spacious Continual Noise in the wall at night from the radiators and unable to call the rooms down. Scaffolding being taken down and starting at 5 am in the morning, unable to sleep. Broken security chain at the front door. Broken cupboard on the vanity unit in the bathroom. Elevators were too slow. Legionnaires disease detected on the water system… we totally understand that this is beyond the hotels control and Some hotel staff were fabulous, but one particular staff member was rude and obnoxious and literally didn’t care. I didn’t get his name but he was working during the day on Sunday 12th April. He is definitely not a good advertisement for your hotel. . We were told that our family would have to stay for two days without running water and we offered 1 gallon of water to cover the two days. Really not good when you’re paying $1250 a night.!

hag (1/5): חוסר גמישות שמעיד על שירות לקוחות לקוי - לא התאפשר לנו לאהוב כלום במלון לצערי לא התאפשר לנו להתארח במלון- הטיסות שלנו בוטלו בגלל מלחמה שהתחילה מול איראן. למרות הבקשות החוזרות מול המלון (שבוע לפני ההגעה שלנו) הם התעקשו לחייב אותנו בסכום המלא!!! גם אם זו המדיניות של המלון, הייתי מצפה לקצת גמישות לאור המצב הכל כך מיוחד. כל שאר המלונות וטיסות הפנים שסגרנו הבינו את המצב והציעו לנו החזר כספי או תחלופה. מעיד הרבה על שירות לקוי.

Katerina (6/5): Good location but not very good service. - Perfect location and spacious apartment It was not possible to heat the rooms, and when we complained about the cold, the reception only provided noisy portable heaters and was unable to resolve the issue. The hotel eventually turned on the heating only after three days, apparently following complaints from multiple guests. The apartment was also very noisy, mainly due to long-term construction work in the neighboring building (although we had been informed about this in advance).

Estuvimos 5 personas en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones con cocina y muy bien, las camas muy cómodas y la cocina estupenda para desayunos y alguna cena. Teníamos lavadora y secadora, por lo que no tuvimos que ir a una lavandería, fenomenal todo. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de la calle, pero no era exagerado. La verdad es que todo muy bien.

Ampia disponibilità di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici e fornitura dei relativi detersivi (per lavatrice e asciugatrice e per lavastoviglie). Materassi molto comodi e ottime spugne. Serramenti poco isolanti rispetto ai rumori della strada e poca cura dei dettagli e delle finiture.
Elena (8/5): Buona struttura, ottima posizione servita da metropolitana a pochi passi e da panetterie, supermercati e ristoranti di o - Gli appartamenti corrispondono alle immagini, belli e spaziosi. Noi eravamo in 6 l’appartamento aveva tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni entrambi con doccia, zona living con grande divano e cucina dotata di tutto. L’appartamento era dotato anche di lavatrice e asciugatrice con detersivi messi a disposizione dalla struttura. Il personale non molto espansivo ma comunque pronto a rispondere alle richieste. L’unica “pecca” se così si può chiamare è il riscaldamento rumoroso ma non da impedirne il sonno come ho letto in alcune recensioni.

L’impossibilité de gérer le chauffage, on a eu trop chaud : on ne pouvait mettre que la Clim pour rafraîchir l’appartement et du coup c’était trop frais :-) et dernier point de déception : le rooftop inaccessible à cette période.

Los ruidos de la calle son incontrolables, pero los del sistema de calefacción y la cisterna de uno de los baños (que se pasaba todo el tiempo descargando agua), deberían solucionarse. Además, nos pareció que el precio por alquilar el apartamento 8 noches fue excesivo, pero supongo que es el precio por alojarse en un sitio decente en Manhattan.

Would recommend to others. - Great location, very spacious, great facilities within and the bath was a great bonus as was the washing machine and tumble dryer! The blinds in the living area are not black out and as such let light in. Only an issue if someone is sleeping in this area - my daughter was in this instance. Not a major issue but did affect her sleep.

Barbara (10/5): Beim nächsten Trip nach New York auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel - Das Appartement und die Lage waren großartig! Das Personal sehr professionell und sehr freundlich Die Bauarbeiten vor der Tür starten morgens um 1 Uhr, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
Archontoula (10/5): Tolles Hotel, perfekte Lage und super Ausstattung – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - Das Hotel war super – man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt: Mit der Subway gelangte man überall schnell hin, und zu Fuß konnte man ebenfalls vieles erreichen. In der Nähe gab es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite waren leider etwas laut, und die Betten waren für amerikanische Verhältnisse zu klein.

Julia Elena (9/5): - Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip. Das One World Trade Center ist fussläufig in 5min zu erreichen, genau wie die UBahn Station, von welcher aus man überall schnell hinkommt. Um das Hotel sind mehrere Foodpoints, Bagelshops so wie Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Bars. Auf Grund einer Baustelle war es leider etwas laut, die Fenster sind nicht gut abgedichtet.
Nacho (4/5): Descepcionante. - Solo la ubicación aunque la calle muy ruidosa. En primer lugar el hotel tiene un andamio que te tapa la luz completamente y con trabajadores pasando lo Cual creo que se tendría que avisar pues no te permite en toda la estancia ni abrir la cortina. En segundo lugar la terraza cerrada también sin avisa. En tercer lugar la atención del personal es la peor que me he encontrado nunca, el primer día me anulan la tarjeta para entrar porque sin decirme nada como llegamos a las 23:00 horas ellos consideraban. Que teníamos que hacer un depósito adicional, estupendo pero no somos adivinos y nadie nos lo dijo ni nos envió un mensaje, simplemente te anulan la tarjeta y encima teniendo en cuenta que ya estaba pagada por anticipado toda la estancia. Para peor atención el último día cuando bajamos a recepción el maleducado de la puerta, antes de poder decir nada ni de dejar las maletas de cree en el derecho de decirnos que primero se dice buenos días….el mayor maleducado que jamás me he encontrado y he dado la vuelta al mundo. En cuarto lugar los radiadores de la calefacción hacen un ruido que es tal alto que no deja dormir y encima se inunda el apartamento del agua que sale de los mismos…cuando les avisas tardan en venir y no se soluciona, pues toda la estancia estuvo saliendo agua y haciendo un ruido tan fuerte que no dejo dormir.

Dilaxan (8/5): - Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal mit sehr guten Metroverbindungen, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal an der Rezeption – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Klare Empfehlung! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage liess sich leider nicht ausschalten bzw. die Temperatur nicht individuell erhöhen, was etwas störend war. Trotzdem insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
Andreas (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war absolut nicht in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft schmutzig und dreckig, und die Fenster waren undicht, sodass es ständig gezogen hat. Zusätzlich gab es in der Nacht starken Baustellenlärm, was den Schlaf erheblich gestört hat. Besonders problematisch war die Heizung: Im Zimmer war es eiskalt, und erst nach drei Tagen wurde das Problem behoben. Danach klopfte und pfiff die Heizung dauerhaft, was ebenfalls sehr störend war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm und entspricht in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft. Dieses Apartment ist aus meiner Sicht nicht weiterzuempfehlen. ❄️🔧😞
