Las vistas son hermosas al atardecer!!! Sería genial iluminar un poco más el parquizado.
- Juana Patricia (1/5): no confiable. - El entorno El anfitrión no comunica que es un barrio privado y que para acceder al lugar, pretende que dejes el auto a la entrada del barrio y camines 800 mts en pendiente para ir a buscar el control remoto del ingreso y obviamente los mismos 800 mts para poder volver al vehículo y así acceder a la vivienda y lo mismo, sentido contrario cuando te vas. Las 2 puertas de la casa estaban rotas, una corrediza se te caía en la cabeza y a la otra sin cerradura, le apoyaba un banquito para que quede cerrada. Pero para el dueño, eso no tenía importancia porque era un barrio tranquilo. Un toallón para 2 personas. Y sobre todo, no hacerse cargo de nada, minimizar "pavadas", como que te alquila una casa en la que las puertas quedan abiertas. Al precio de la página, que decía todo incluido, le agregó un 10% más (obviamente antes de que nos topemos con este desastre), venimos viajando y alquilando por esta página desde hace un mes y fue la primera vez que nos pidieron el 50% para reservarlo, y es lógico. Cualquiera que llegue ahí y se tope con el desmadre con el que nos topamos nosotros, si no comprometió la seña que te pide, huye despavorido. Es cierto que pudieron suceder acontecimientos no habituales, pero también es cierto, que el chabón no rebajó un peso, no se hizo cargo de nada, jamás dijo: bueno, miren, ante estos acontecimientos no habituales, no voy a cobrarles el precio habitual. No, nada. Por algo este propietario tiene uno de los puntajes más bajos de la página. Se los gana en buena ley.
- Lorena Edith (2/5): Muy mala todo desprolijo y sucio - Los zorros q iban a buscar comida la tranquilidad y la vista ingreso pésimo para una camioneta, incómodo para ingreso al Barrio caminar 600 metros a retirar la llave y volver a abrir el poder para ingreso vehicular.

- Yuliana (8/5): - El jardín es hermoso, la pileta (hacía frío no la usamos) pero tiene una vista a la montaña y al río hermosa. La casita es linda, tiene todo , cómodo, y un ventanal para ver la montaña divino . En verano debe ser mucho mejor Calefacción (había un caloventor y una pantalla) pero siempre tuvimos que estar abrigadas adentro . El tanque de agua es eléctrico hay que enchufarlo apenas llegas, sino el agua te sale tibia o fría
