• Nikoletta (5/5): Passable - The guys that helped me at the door were really kind, the owner was nowhere to be seen. I didn't stay in the end because there were only men.

• Krzysztof (3/5): Poor - I came there for 3 nights.on the way I was calling and texting that I'll be late for the check in - without answer. Finally I arrived at the front of the building. The telephone still doesn't answer. Then I booked another hostel for this night. When I arrived to the other hostel .I received a text message that is ok I can be checked in later this night. I was already in bed in another hostel. I came back for another 2 nights booked in Smart hostel. The contact person was finely very responsive for phone calls but her instructions were not effective. The numbers provided to open the smart locks didn't work. I was asking for a refund for the unused first night. Still not refunded. A dirty kitchen can scare you off !
