• ManuCiao (7/5): - Posizione, a due passi dalla metropolitana (stazione Cipro) e vicino al Vaticano. Appartamento un pò datato. Problemi di pressione dell'acqua nei bagni (doccia). Materassi dei letti singoli un pò scomodi.

• Balilou (2/5): - bon emplacement près du musée du Vatican, spacieux, lumineux literies vieillissantes, douches froides pendant 24h (la chaudière est très vieille et semble ne plus fonctionner dès que la pression de l'eau à Rome diminue, il faut de plus comprendre comment la rallumer car elle se met en erreur, au mieux quand elle marche, la pression d'eau chaude est très basse et varie beaucoup), lave vaisselle en panne, four en panne, toilettes aux abattants cassés, mauvaise insonorisation phonique et voisins très bruyants (enfants qui courent la journée au dessus et en dessous c'est toute la nuit un chien qui aboie et ses maîtres qui hurlent entre eux et pour lui crier "basta"), une des salles de bains sent tellement l'égout que nous l'avions condamnée. La conciergerie n'a rien fait face à ses problèmes et le propriétaire refuse actuellement de nous rembourser 25% du séjour (à notre demande) devant l'annonce mensongère. Il propose une ristourne pour un futur séjour ! Mais je n'y remettrai certainement pas les pieds.

Noche y una terraza enorme que se puede aprovechar al máximo Se. Fue el agua caliente, la tuvimos un dia y luego ya no. Y eso que antes de entrar aparentemente la arreglaron pero no fue el caso. Además los electrodomesticos de la cocina, camas estan muy deterioradas y algunos hasta sucios. Les falta mantenimiento

• PepeRojas86 (1/5): Horrible lugar, corres riesgo de vida - Nada Experiencia horrible. Mi hija de año y medio corrió riesgo de vida porque se desprendió del techo un gran volumen de agua, la cual tenía olor fuerte a detergente. El alojamiento no respondió al problema, se desentendió pues según ellos el problema era del edificio de arriba, y no se presentaron a resolver el problema ellos mismos al otro día temprano. Tuve que gestionar yo mismo las visitas del plomero, de los vecinos, de la señora que fue a "limpiar", pero que no pudo. La cocina quedó inutilizable. Pedimos a booking reacomodación y no quisieron nunca hacerse cargo del problema. Solo recibimos reembolso de los días que no alojamos, pero como crédito para futuros viajes. El alojamiento nunca se hizo cargo y se desesntendió, nadie asumió la responsbailidad del grave accidente. Mi hija, la noche del accidente, no pudo comer porque parte del líquido cayó en su alimento. El alojamiento dijo que devolvería el alimento, nunca lo hizo. Se lavaron las manos.

• montse (6/5): Excelente ubicación, al lado del Vaticano. - La Ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento son ideales para visitar Roma. El calentador no funcionaba y no había agua caliente. La decoración estaba muy descuidada.
• Eduardo (4/5): AVOID: Broken stove and shower: incredibly low pressure & poor drainage / Cocina rota y ducha fatal - EN: The best part of the accommodation is its strategic location for transport: it has a bus stop right at the door and a metro station less than a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting around Rome very easy. ES: Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación estratégica en cuanto a transporte: tiene una parada de autobús justo en la puerta y una estación de metro a menos de 10 minutos a pie, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos por Roma. EN: Terrible experience due to poor maintenance. We chose this flat to cook, but the stove was broken, forcing us to throw away groceries and spend much more eating out. The shower is a disaster: hot water comes out with the pressure of a pinky finger. If you use cold water, the pressure increases, but the drainage fails and it floods, causing hair from previous guests to float up from the drain (disgusting). The dishwasher cleans nothing, it just runs the cycle and leaves everything dirty. Additionally, the area feels unsafe: there is a sketchy casino 30m away on the same sidewalk where we witnessed "strange scenes" and a very aggressive shouting match. The host sent someone to try and fix the drain, but the improvement was minimal and the problem persisted throughout the stay. Regarding the stove, they offered no solution or alternative, ignoring the financial and logistical burden this caused us. ES: Experiencia nefasta por falta de mantenimiento. Elegimos este piso para cocinar, pero los fogones estaban rotos, obligándonos a tirar comida y gastar mucho más dinero fuera. La ducha es un desastre: el agua caliente sale con la presión de un dedo meñique. Si usas el agua fría la presión sube, pero el sumidero no drena y se inunda, haciendo que salgan pelos de huéspedes anteriores del desagüe (asqueroso). El lavavajillas no limpia nada, solo hace el ruido del ciclo. Además, el entorno es poco seguro: hay un casino a 30m en la misma acera donde presenciamos escenas extrañas y una pelea a gritos muy agresiva. El anfitrión envió a alguien para intentar arreglar el desagüe, pero la mejora fue mínima y el problema persistió durante toda la estancia. Respecto a la cocina, no ofrecieron ninguna solución ni alternativa, ignorando el perjuicio económico y logístico que nos causaron.
• Paolo (6/5): - Optimale Lage, gut erreichbar und mit den Öffis gut angebunden. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich leise und man hört vom Straßenverkehr nichts. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es Restaurants, Supermarket, Pizzeria und die Vatikanstadt. Tolle Terrasse, die man leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen konnte, aber die trotzdem in die Sommerzeit sicherlich gut benutzbar ist. Check In und Check Out ziemlich unkompliziert. Das große Potenzial der Wohnung ist noch nicht komplett genutzt. Eine bessere Qualität der Matratzen, sowie eine Modernisierung der Ausstattungen (Möblierung, Duschen z.B.) würden der Wohnung ermöglichen, einen neuen Standard zu erreichen. Es wäre schön, wenn alle Schlafräume über Klimaanlage verfügen werden, sowie wenn man nicht lange warten sollen, um Warmwasser zu bekommen.

• Mofferdin (8/5): Confortevole appartamento in zona tranquilla dietro ai Musei Vaticani molto comodo alla metro. - Alloggio ampio, luminoso, confortevole. Stanze di dimensioni generose, una matrimoniale ed una doppia con lettini singoli e due ampi bagni di cui uno a servizio della camera matrimoniale, oltre a sala con divano e cucina abitabile attrezzata. Grande terrazza panoramica sulla piazza. Presenza di arredamento completo: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigo, TV, WIFI. Appartamento al primo piano con ascensore di servizio, finestre nuove con ottima tenuta . Posizione estremamente comoda: fermate autobus per il centro davanti al portone e metro A Cipro al di là della piazza. Molti negozi nella via: farmacie, macelleria, ristoranti, pizzerie, un supermercato, un gradevole pub ed una gustosissima cornetteria aperta sino alle 2 di notte a pochi passi. Sarebbe molto più carino se l'arredamento fosse un poco meno patchwork e se l'impressione non fosse quella di andare a vivere a casa di amici che si sono trasferiti temporaneamente all'estero.

• veronica (8/5): Bien ubicado, sencillo y funcional. - La ubicación es perfecta y la zona super tranquila. La terraza es muy grande y muy agradable para tomar algo, comer, cenar... Es un piso es amplio, muy sencillo pero con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos un poco de problemas con el agua caliente en uno de los baños. Faltaría un pco de orden y tirar cosas que están por el apartamento y la terraza, sin ningún sentido.

Я забронировал в 1 ночи, через 15 минут мне ответили что подтвердили. Leonardo вёл нас всю дорогу с аэропорта, помогал с выбором транспорта. Квартира отличная, просторная, своя терраса. Уютно. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, от штопора до сковородок. Есть фен. 2 спальни, 2 - детская. 2 ванные комнаты. Все очень понравилось. Рекомендую!

• Uv (7/5): Amazing terrace flat right next to metro station - Amazing location just under the vatican and walking distance from amazing shopping, dining and chillin. SPacious apartment with a 200m2+ terrace which was the highlight for our trip. Spent time morning and evening just sitting out as a family and having fun. Fully furnished and all the modern convenience including a bidet and a singing shower panel in each of the two bathrooms. Given the heat in Roma, the air-con in the master bedroom was a lifesaver. At its price point the apartment is real value for money. Amazing property let down by third party management. Check in was delayed. Apartment is aged with all appliances & fixtures chugging along. Suited for a family of four but everything is creaky or makeshift. We must support the hosts as they really have a great property with amazing potential.

• Melania (10/5): Superbo! - The large apartment, the spacious rooms, the large and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and the superb terrace. Close to the Cipro metro station and the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Communication with property management excellent. A vacation where we felt at home!
• Mytravelprof (7/5): Perfect location - The location of this flat is just perfect. It is near the Vatikan (5 minutes walk to the museum entrance) and close (again, 5 minutes by foot) to a subway station ("Cipro", on the Metro A line). In addition, it was rather quiet at night. The interior is not in the best condition. The showers need a round of anti calc, one of the toilets is "wobbling", and the hinges of the door below the sink need a fix. The matress of the double bed needs to be replaced.
• Martin (6/5): Pleasant but could be cleaner and better maintained. - Good location, relatively large flat. There was a working dishwasher and washing machine, which was a big plus. The veranda was lovely, too, though we didn't hang out there much as it was a bit cold. The hot water wasn't running and the heaters weren't working during our last night, and several things were broken, including the kitchen cabinet under the sink, one toilet seat, the door at one of the showers, as well as both showers, which were leaking water.

• Kimberly (5/5): Overall, it was helpful to be close to the Vatican but we wouldn’t choose to stay at the apartment again. - It was close to the Vatican, a market,, restaurants, and a great gelato shop called Milleneum. It had a fully stocked and functioning kitchen. It was large for our family to get a little space and spread out. I enjoyed the perçulator for coffee in the morning and coffee, sugar, salt, garlic, and oil were provided. There is a large patio with a seating area which could benefit some people looking for outdoor space during their stay, although we didn’t really make use of it. The person who met us at the property, Matteo, was really sweet and helpful. The futon was terribly uncomfortable for my husband and I. My 6ft 3inch tall son was uncomfortable in the twin bed. The showers were a bit of a nightmare to work and then dripped after we turned it off, the drip made it difficult for us to fall asleep. We had to put a towel inside the shower to soften the noise. Also, people who have trouble with stairs should be aware there are stairs to the apartment. The facilities and furnishings were cheap and worn. The kitchen sink also dropped, and we couldn’t open the washing machine to use it.
• Lorelle (9/5): Very comfortable spacious apartment. Beautiful big balcony. - Gabriele met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us our keys. Spacious apartment. Comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaning products, pegs, clothes line on balcony. Very close to Metro. 10min walk to Vatican. Walkable to everything. Would stay here again. Light switch in main bathroom wasn’t working but my husband followed the wiring and found where it was plugged into the wall and turned it on.
• Sxmate (7/5): Nice stay close to the Vatican - Location was great and great for a stroll to the Vatican City. There many cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice big terrace too. Lots of storage space to spread out. Nice and quiet at night. The air conditioner is only in one room. The children’s room is VERY hot in the summer. Also, you need internet to communicate with the host constantly about arrival time - it’s not a problem for most people but if you’re a tourist it’s harder.

• Luana (10/5): An excellent week in the heart of Rome - - Great communication, we were able to leave our luggage earlier then the check-in time so we wouldn’t have to walk around Rome with our bags for half the day; - Great location: 5 min. walk to the Vatican Museum; 5 min. walk to the Cipro Metro station; bus station right in front of the building; - Very spacious and clean (with small exception in the kitchen); - Well equipped kitchen, lots of towels for the bathrooms; complimentary coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper No deal-breakers hence the 5 stars grading, but nice for the owners to take note and try remediate - The second key for the building’s front door almost impossible to use - The dish rack and the dishwasher could use a proper cleaning
