• Lally (10/5): A great hotel - This was a breath of fresh air. The people that worked here were genuinely kind and helpful. It was near a pharmacy, a small grocery store and a really reasonably priced restaurant the hotel recommended. They helped me get to the Nubian Village and that tour was actually enjoyable unlike another one I had booked through TripAdvisor. The room and hotel were both clean. The rooftop was a nice escape from the city. This was what it needed to be a safe and comfortable home base between adventures. Honestly, nothing. This place genuinely helped make the trip more enjoyable.

We stayed in a quadruple room which was spacious enough The window was poorly noise proved and being next to the train station proved to be noisier than it should, had the windows have appropriate sealing. I would strongly recommend the hotel to start breakfast earlier than 8am in a tourist area where activity start early!

• MENG MING (8/5): A decent stay at the Train Station plaza - the room is big and very clean. When you look at photos the rooms feel a bit plain, but in reality it actually feels a bit nicer. So maybe a better photographer is needed here. The location obviously is good—Aswan Train Station is just steps away. So there’re plenty good restaurants and variety of shops nearby. Staffs at the reception exhibit a sense of profession. And the breakfast is good. the check-in feels a bit old-fashioned; while the property building is modern and good inside, the outside of it is only partially decent—you can see the bricks at some part.

• Tatiana (10/5): - Останавливались в отеле на 2 ночи. Путешествовали семьёй из 4х человек. Номер был семейный, полностью соответствовал фотографиям, очень уютно и чисто, ключи выдали сразу. В номере есть мини бар, нам дали воду и печенья. Есть чайник, кофе и чай. Рядом с отелем, в шаговой доступности вокзал и набережная, очень много кафе и магазинов. Невероятный вид на Нил и город, с крыши отеля, где находится ресторан. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Рассказали, куда лучше поехать и что посмотреть, где вкусно поесть и т.д. Очень понравилось, поэтому с удовольствием вернёмся!

Hotel staff were all kind and accommodating. Room is big and very comfortable. They even allowed us to check in early. They also prepared early breakfast for us as we had an early trips. We booked a trip to the Nubian Village. It was advertised that there will be a guide and you will go there via Felucca Ride. There was no guide provided and we rode a speedboat without any shade at all. Didnt look like the lovely felucca boats sailing the Nile River. Although a great plus would be that the Boatman is a really kind man and made sure we are comfortable.

Besonders schön ist auch die Dachterrasse, wo man sein Frühstück bekommt und auch sonst seine Zeit verbringen kann. Die kurzen Wege zum Basar oder Bahnhof sind ebenfalls von Vorteil. Nach dem Check-in haben wir Getränke und Cookies erhalten. Ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Zubehör war auch vorhanden. Wir würden dieses Hotel unseren Freunden empfehlen. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch etwas Potential.😉

Posizione eccellente, a meno di 100 metri dal fiume Nilo e ancora meno dall'inizio del bellissimo souk e i ristoranti non mancano. Colazione buona e di qualità servita sulla terrazza attico dell'hotel con una bellissima vista. L'hotel è stato completamente ristrutturato da poco. lo consiglio a tutti chiederei di mettere in bagno una mensola o altro appoggio e di inziare l'ora della colazione almeno mezz'ora prima.

Le conducteur du bateau a été très désagréable et l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous rembourser ou faire au moins une reconnaissance Ils demandent 40 USD pour le transfert à l'aéroport et nous avons trouvé les taxis à côté de la gare pour 500 égyptien pounds (+/-14USD)

Balkon mit Blick auf Basar war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. In Anbetracht dessen, was in der Stadt bis tief in die Nacht los ist, war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Alles prima.

Next morning spoke with Mona at reservations for tours. I explained my time line and interests and with a little negotiation was offered a car and driver to visit Kom Ombo and Edfu. The young driver was quiet spoken, very patient with my dawdling and expressed he was at my service. Room was small but efficient.

Mona at reception was exceptionally helpful. Shower had no door/curtain so floods when used. Fridge in room didn’t work. A standard 1 size fits all Breakfast was served which was quite small and no alternate/extra options offered if not to your preference.

• Kevin (9/5): Great Staff, Quality Stay, Next to Train Station & Good Food - I worked hard to find a place central to my needs in Aswan and Nuba Nile was a great choice. I needed to be close to the train station (1 block) and basically just as close to dining options for my two-day trip to the Philae Temple and other nearby sights. My room was comfortable, but the internet was typically slow Egyptian speed, so my Etisalat SIM data took over just fine. Their roof deck is AMAZING and morning breakfast fresh and charming, but it's really the staff that shine here. I had an issue with (MY fault) booking two rides from the airport in error, and their reservations manager fixed my stupid mistake with a genuine smile. I have never been so pleased to be forgiven. Later, I had a different problem with a dishonest train ticket vendor and the owner interceded with them on my behalf, helping me fix things. I am very happy with my experience here and hope you do, too. The wifi is useless for anything other than maybe WhatsApp texting.

We asked at least to change towels and puck up garbage twice, no one came. The shower drain was blocked, the water didnt go down at all, i had to open it and found a lot of old dirt and many hair, which i had to clean by myself.
