• Harald (4/5): bremen schön unterkunft mau - Der gastgeber war nicht zu kontaktieren die angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht vergeben auf die anonymisierte emailadresse wurde nicht geantwortet. Der schlüsseltresor war defekt und ließ sich erst nach 30 minuten probieren und wackeln und einem abgebrochenen Fingernagel öffnen. Die angegebenen wlan daten waren falsch weder die angegenen ssid noch das passwort existierten. Die badewannenamatur war defekt das wasser liess sich nur über die handbrause einlassen. Das gefrierfach im kühlschrank war völlig vereist. Der abfluss der Spüle war defekt der ablauf ließ sich nicht schliessen. An der Decke war putz abgeplatzt. Ein heizkörper ließ sich nicht abstellen. Die matratze war für das bettgestell zu dünn. Es waren keine frei empfangbare programme vorhanden so dass das tv-gerät nutzlos war.

• A. G.-Brauns (5/5): In die Jahre gekommen - Es war ruhig. Heizungen ließen sich nicht regulieren. Parkplatz und Wohnungnummer waren schwer zu finden.
• Heiko (1/5): Hat überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen - Die Lage war gut; leider wurden unsere Ebikes vor dem Eingang gestohlen Die Wohnung war unsauber, im Eingangsbereich waren nasse Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufgehängt, eine Herdplatte war defekt, Vorhang hingt runter, unmögliche Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen, Kabelgewirr in der Fernsehecke. Schlüsselübergabe war eine Zumutung
• Jayden (7/5): Good for short stays. - Video showing where lock box is located would have been great! It took us 3 hours to understand where it was as we didn’t undertand where it was. Also would be better if the room was seperate to the living/sitting area

• Roman (10/5): Super apartament - Komfort prywatności, spokojna okolica, miejsce parkingowe i lokalizacja. Nie ma czegoś takiego.
• Michael (1/5): - Ich konnte die gebuchte und bezahlte FeWo nicht nutzen, da kein Schlüssel vor Ort war und musste kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft mit zusätzlichen Kosten mieten. Ein Schreiben mit bitte um Rückerstattung wurden an booking.com versandt.
• Tim (6/5): Okay, aber in die Jahre gekommen - Die Wohnung ist ruhig (wir haben gut geschlafen) und hat schöne Morgensonne. Die City ist ganz gut erreichbar, der Preis ist fair. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen (und ich meine nicht das Baujahr), alles wirkt etwas lieblos. Ein Loch im Deckenputz, die Wände könnten mal wieder geweißt werden, das Sofa hat kein Rückenpolster, das Bett keine Steckdose... Ihr versteht was ich meine. Mit ein wenig Mühe könnte man mehr daraus machen

• Hellen Karoline (1/5): Worst place possible, all the images shown are fake and old. - Absolutely nothing. Everything. All the pictures on the booking website are old and do not show how the room actually looks like. I've never seen a worst commodation, even 1* places are better than this. The whole place was smelling, everything had stains, it was not clean at all, the beg had bugs and other people's hair on it, the closet was full of trash and dirty. Couch was full of stains and smelled. The whole place was absolutely disgusting. The "adorable" balcony was trashed and full of bugs, spiders and spiderwebs. Washing machine was unusable, cooktop was cracked and a hazzard. Worst of the worst. I tried to communicate with the host and they ignored me for 3 weeks.
• Adrian (1/5): Völlig verwahrloste, gesundheitlich unzumutbare Unterkunft ohne Reaktion des Vermieters, weshalb wir als Familie sofort - Leider garnichts sowohl die Lage als auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war mangelhaft. Wir waren leider gezwungen uns spontan eine neue Bleibe zu suchen. Absolut unzumutbar! Die Lage ist schlecht, das Hochhaus total ungepflegt und die Wohnung ekelhaft. Starker Zigarettengeruch im Flur und in der Wohnung. Alles dreckig und verwahrlost. Wir haben den Vermieter sofort nach Ankunft kontaktiert keine Reaktion, kein Verständnis, kein Telefonkontakt. Gesundheitlich war der Aufenthalt für uns als Familie nicht tragbar, sodass wir sofort ein anderes Hotel buchen mussten. Es ist unfassbar, dass so etwas überhaupt vermietet wird. Menschenwürdig ist das nicht. Absolut abzuraten!

• Ranadip (8/5): Good option for budget stay, but try to check-in within the office hours. - Very good facilities within a budget. Couldn't ask for more. We arrived a little late (8 pm). We received no support from the host in collecting the keys. We were already quite tired by the journey and then we had to go to a property 600-700 meter away to collect the keys (with all our luggages). It was like solving a crime mystery after a day-long tiring journey.
• Essi (5/5): Passable - We liked that the buss (number 24) went really well and near to the apartment. There was also a Lidl near (400m). Also the kitchen was nice and very useful in the apartment. The price is very affortable! So, overall i would recommend the apartmend if you are looking cheap place to say, you are not afraid of little bit not so fancy place and do not have allergies. There were many things that weren't quite a good. The toilet sink was not working and when we asked about it, no one answered us via chat. The shower was not anymore in the wall, you had to use it by a hand. And the washing machine was dirty and didn't look nice. So, the badroom was working, but in the pictures it looks nicer. The apartment also offers sheets and towels, which is nice, but they smelled not good (like they had not been dried well or that they were really old and used). My sister also was not given any bed sheets and towel, even though we had booked it for three people. Info's also said no animals apartment, but i am allergic person who eats her allergy medicines, and i still got allergic reactions. The symptons went away when we left the apartment. And we know it was allergy symptons, because my boyfriend did not get anything. Also, my allergy is not deadly or anything, but to someone else this might be important info.
