• Guest (1/5): Nice until the end - The location Scammers made false/fake allegations against me and my husband that we smoked in the bedrooms and broke the wardrobe door etc and complained that we left our tooth brushes
• Traclyn (10/5): Stunning property!! six out of five stars!!! - This place is phenomenal! And the host is so attentive. It was so lovely that we didn't want to leave. The decor, the views, the peace made for an unforgettable experience. We had everything we needed and everything was well stocked. We will definitely be back. I did not care for how the last guests treated our host. Please, people take care of this gorgeous property. Your host is kind and accommodating so please remember to treat this property with respect. The previous guest was an absolute nightmare and our house was gracious enough to take care of the damage done by them so that we didn't feel it at all. That only shows how great of a host we had. If you are to book this property, you'll be in great hands.
• Hilary (9/5): - Lovely location, brilliant views over London. Air con was great. Very spacious, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Spare bedding, for the 2 X settees in living room. One stop on tube to 02 venue. There were a few cosmetic items needed fixing, wardrobe door didn't open in one of the rooms. They didn't really affect our stay.
• Neelaverni (Venessa) (1/5): It wasn’t a pleasant stay. I wish I had nice things to say buti feel like the host needs to do better for future guests - The location The aircon didn’t work upstairs and although the weather during our stay wasn’t very hot being the penthouse it got very hot upstairs. The bathroom sink upstairs blocked and was difficult to use so we had to use the one downstairs as a second option. The overall condition was quite dirty with chewing gum on the bedroom carpet. The glass window on the small balcony downstairs was shattered and a pot plant placed in front of it. The price did not match the condition. April (the CSR) tried to organise a contractor to fix these issues but the hours of 8am-10am didn’t suit us as we were on holiday and after a month long travel through Europe were tired and didn’t want to be disturbed at 8am. Overall this apartment was not up to standard and requires much need maintenance and cleaning. I wish I had taken photos which would’ve helped future guests on deciding to book this accommodation.

• Savage (5/5): Very dissapointed . - Great location , very nice apartment The apartment was very unkept , not very clean , dissapointed, especially paying top rates ! Broken cups and cutlery , curtains were broken and hanging , windows dirty , not what was expected at all ! Great apartment, but wouldn’t go back , feels like they simply want rent money , which is fair , but offer no value in return ! Very disappointing ! The linen was very poor , we went out and bought duvet covers and pillow cases , as it was substandard. In the laundry room , the previous tenants linen was just thrown on the floor , not washed or put away , the cupboards were full of supermarket bags , just thrown in , the bathrooms were filthy . We have asked the host for an invoice , it has still not been sent yet , but we will pursue that . We checked in a couple of hours early and were charged £56 extra , as check in was stated at 3 pm . That was shoddy , we wouldn’t have minded , if someone had bothered cleaning up behind the last host !!
