• Francesca (8/5): Da tornarci - Centralissima. Stanza piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort Il sanitrix in bagno.. non si può buttare la carta igienica quindi per un giorno va bene ma in tre è per più giorni potrebbe diventare un disagio
• Daniel (9/5): - The accommodation is located close to the Quattro Giornate or Vanvitelli metro stations. The street is lively during the day, with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Our room was situated directly on the street or in another busy area, so in the night, there was quite a bit of noise from outside.

• Pedro (10/5): - First the location is one of the best in town. Street full of restaurants and shops and full of movement during day and calm at night. The room with the kingsize bed was amazing, big and super confortable. And to finish the host was such a fantastic lady , always helpful and super nice. A place to return for sure!

• Mario (8/5): Perfectly located, perfectly served! - The host was extraordinarily available and responsive. It made our stay go like a breeze, she’s been courteous, patient and helpful every moment of our stay! Not much to report, maybe the noise of the gym aircon unit nearby that you can hear initially but then get used to it.

• Aurore (7/5): Nice room, good location, unclear services provided - the room was very nice, The layout was perfect and the photos don't do it justice. There is Plenty of space and a comfy bed. It's in a great location and only a few Metro stops from Napoli city centre and the harbour. Bathroom is clean and very modern. it was great to have an AC unit in the room, to bring down the temperature a bit. The neighborhood itself has loads of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. in the room there is a fridge and in the common area a coffee machine and a sink. we did have a few issues checking in. On the days leading up to the booking, we were communicating to organise a parking space for our vehicle with the host. As it says it is a provided facility. We said we'd like one and had been told be €25 per day, which was fine with us. But when we arrived, the car park attendant was unaware that there was a reservation for us. So the service provided at the end is the host tells you the name of the closest car park. Luckily we got a spot. When we arrive at the address, there was no indication of which bell to ring. I had been actively messaging with the host nevertheless no information had been given about checkin. So when I called, it was challenging as I don’t speak Italian and the host didn’t speak English. I gave my name and was told I Didn’t have a reservation. Eventually the host came to the door and I did have a reservation. Then, we travel with a dog and when we got to the room, we were challenged on that our dog was "big" and would shed a lot of hair. On booking it says, dogs no extra charge, not SMALL dog no extra charge. After booking I had confirmed we had a dog and nothing had been told about potential additional cost. Lastly, it says breakfast included on booking.com, but that is not true. There is an espresso machine shared for all guests, no food at all.
• Susan (7/5): Lovely host and lovely Italian community :-) - The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming. Very lovely person. The location is in a lovely Italian city but you can feel the community within this place. The rooms was lovely. The original bedroom that was given had a single sofa bed; this made the room smaller to fit comfortably 2 adults and a small 7yr old girl. The room is more suited for 2 people only. The sofa bed could be moved to a slightly bigger room, which will make the space more comfortable. And/or maybe a 'softer' sofa bed. I did book another room for the following day and this was with ease, thank you. Shower cubicle was slightly on a small side.

• Julien (9/5): +++ Superb location, great family room (1 bedroom + main room), very friendly host +++ - Beautiful building, good sized family room, small but functional bathroom, balcony (backyard court), amazing location (in Vomero), parking possibilities nearby, very helpful and flexible host (she works in a shop very closeby), clean and quiet (for Napoli standards), lots of good restaurant options, convenience shops, public transport (funicular) nearby, value for money. No coffee pods for coffee machine (in hallway) the 2nd day :-( breakfast in a nearby café is not amazing but decent
