• Nicole (3/5): Not worth it. - The house is great with lots of room. The kitchen is huge. It could be amazing. The yard had to have wood placed to make it a closed back yard for dogs. The TV was broken and there were many things we were told would be provided that were NOT. One big thing was trash bags. Also the house was cleaning. The yard it full of dog poop and lots of random things people have placed there. We had to run the dryer since the towels that were provided were wet in the dryer when we arrived. Hand soap is the only soap or shampoo on hand. Also the dishes are a hap hazard arrray of items. We also had a smoke alarm telling us it was low on battery for over 3 hours before we managed to fix it. It took the host over 2 hours to get someone there and even then the guy ran out before really making sure it was fixed, it wasn't. My husband finally fixed it so we could go to bed at 11pm. Communication was also an issue with vague answers. For the $200+ a night I was exspecting so much more.
• Brenda (5/5): I would stay again for sure Loved the home, and if the house would be cleaned including the dog poop and garbage floatin - The home was beautiful, nice little backyard for my fur babies to play. Beds were nice It needs a good clean every surface had yukkies, tv did not work lucky I had my computer. There wasn’t any dish detergent, no coffee…😒
• Belinda (1/5): Not impressed!!! - The location was out of the way. The house was a complete mess, dirty, uncared for and not worth the stay. We canceled our stay once we saw the condition it was in and are still waiting for our reimbursement. I was not happy. The host offered to get the cleaner in to accommodate us, however it needed more than a few hours of cleaning and scrubbing. A party was hosted there prior to our arrival and the cleaner did not do their job. The property was a complete mess! Inside and out
• Walter (1/5): not a clean space - the door was wide open when we got there, it was so duty, cabinets where gross, mirrors not washed, was not vacuumed, beds were not made, pop cans and cigarette buds everywhere. worst house i stayed in.

• Jacqueline (1/5): Extremely disappointed - Nothing!!!! They canceled at the very last minute Told me that Booking.com would call me, and they never did! I had to go and spend 3 times more money than I had planned! I want not only my money back but all the money I had to spend!

Our recent stay at this property had several challenges that impacted our experience: Delayed Check-In: Despite arriving during the agreed-upon check-in window, the cleaning staff was still present, delaying access to the property. Entry Code Issues: No entry code was provided upon arrival, and we had to contact the host to gain access. Thermostat Restrictions: The thermostat was locked without a code provided, leaving the temperature uncomfortably cold at night, which was difficult for our family with young children. Kitchen Supplies: The listing advertised a "fully equipped kitchen," but several essential items were missing, including paper towels, dish towels, bath towels, dish cleaner, coffee filters, utensils, and cooking pots/pans. TV and Entertainment: The TV and the advertised gaming console were not functional. While the host provided a Fire Stick after being notified, we had to install and activate it ourselves. Appliances: The dishwasher was out of order, adding inconvenience during our stay. Garage Access: The two-car garage listed in the description was not operational. Cleanliness Concerns: The property was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Garbage bins inside were not emptied, the floors were dirty, the tub and shower were unclean, and some dishes were left dirty. Outdoor garbage bins were also overflowing. Fire Alarm Incident: At 2 AM, the fire alarm went off due to a low battery, resulting in the fire department being dispatched to resolve the issue. Wifi Access: No Wifi password was provided, but thankfully, the default password on the router worked. While the host was responsive to some issues during our stay, the number of problems significantly detracted from the experience.
